本发明公布一种点胶枪两级出胶管头，属于电子产品加工技术领域。包括枪体，枪体上设有把手和第一出胶管头，所述把手上设有点胶按钮；所述第一出胶管头上滑动套装有第二出胶管头，第二出胶管头前端伸出第一出胶管头；所述第二出胶管头的后端与枪体之间设有推力弹簧，所述第二出胶管头后端连接有扳手，扳手位于把手前侧；所述扳手前侧设有一个固定在枪体上的限位档台。当遇到小直径布胶间隙时，用手指拉动扳手，第二出胶管头向后移动，露出第一出胶管头，第一出胶管头的直径即为出胶直径，适用于小间隙布胶。本发明采用两级布胶的出胶管头，便于在大小布胶间隙件切换，简单易行，提高了布胶效率。

本发明涉及电子产品加工技术领域，具体是一种点胶枪两级出胶管头。
背景技术
胶枪是一种打胶的工具，广泛用于建筑装饰，电子电器，汽车及汽车部件，船舶及集装箱等行业。
电子行业中经常使用胶枪将高粘度硅胶类胶均匀涂在元器件上，进行固定和封装。根据不
同的工况，胶枪的出胶管头的直径要求不同，市场需要更换胶枪或者出胶管头。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种点胶枪两级出胶管头，可以实现两种直径的出胶管头的在线切换。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现：一种点胶枪两级出胶管头，包括枪体，枪体上设有把手和第一出胶管头，所述把手上设有点胶按钮；所述第一出胶管头上滑动套装有第二出胶管头，第二出胶管头前端伸出第一出胶管头；所述第二出胶管头的后端与枪体之间设有推力弹簧，所述第二出胶管头后端连接有扳手，扳手位于把手前侧；所述扳手前侧设有一个固定在枪体上的限位档台。
其进一步是：所述第一出胶管头的前端呈锥形。
所述第二出胶管头的前端外壁具有周向式的凸起，第二出胶管头的前端内壁具有周向式的凹槽。
所述第一出胶管头的前端外圆周面上开有安装沉槽，在安装沉槽中安装有密封环。
在常规工况下，第二出胶管头的前端伸出第一出胶管头，第二出胶管头的直径即为出胶直径；当遇到小直径布胶间隙时，用手指拉动扳手，第二出胶管头向后移动，露出第一出胶管头，第一出胶管头的直径即为出胶直径，适用于小间隙布胶。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：采用两级布胶的出胶管头，便于在大小布胶间隙件切换，简单易行，提高了布胶效率。

如图1和图2所示，一种点胶枪两级出胶管头，包括枪体1，枪体1上设有把手2和第一出胶管头3，把手2上设有点胶按钮4。
本实施例的改进之处在于：
第一出胶管头3的前端呈锥形；
第一出胶管头3上滑动套装有第二出胶管头5，第二出胶管头5前端伸出第一出胶管头3；二出胶管头5的前端外壁具有周向式的凸起，第二出胶管头5的前端内壁具有周向式的凹槽。第一出胶管头3的前端外圆周面上开有安装沉槽，在安装沉槽中安装有密封环9；
第二出胶管头5的后端与枪体1之间设有推力弹簧6，第二出胶管头5后端连接有扳手7，扳手7位于把手2前侧；扳手7前侧设有一个固定在枪体1上的限位档台8。
在常规工况下；
第二出胶管头的前端伸出第一出胶管头，第二出胶管头的直径即为出胶直径；
当遇到小直径布胶间隙时；
用手指拉动扳手，第二出胶管头向后移动，露出第一出胶管头，第一出胶管头的直径即为出胶直径，适用于小间隙布胶。
本实施例采用两级布胶的出胶管头，便于在大小布胶间隙件切换，简单易行，提高了布胶效率。

1.一种点胶枪两级出胶管头，包括枪体（1），枪体（1）上设有把手（2）和第一出胶管头（3），所述把手（2）上设有点胶按钮（4）；
其特征在用于：
所述第一出胶管头（3）上滑动套装有第二出胶管头（5），第二出胶管头（5）前端伸出第一出胶管头（3）；
所述第二出胶管头（5）的后端与枪体（1）之间设有推力弹簧（6），所述第二出胶管头（5）后端连接有扳手（7），扳手（7）位于把手（2）前侧；所述扳手（7）前侧设有一个固定在枪体（1）上的限位档台（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的点胶枪两级出胶管头，其特征在用于：所述第一出胶管头（3）的前端呈锥形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的点胶枪两级出胶管头，其特征在用于：所述第二出胶管头（5）的前端外壁具有周向式的凸起，第二出胶管头（5）的前端内壁具有周向式的凹槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的点胶枪两级出胶管头，其特征在用于：所述第一出胶管头（3）的前端外圆周面上开有安装沉槽，在安装沉槽中安装有密封环（9）。
