when the mobile phone is watched for a period of time (which can be set by a user), the singlechip starts the speed reducing motor 52 circuit, the power key is turned off, and the mobile phone is turned off, so that the mobile phone is properly used, and the eye health is prevented from being influenced by fatigue of eyes.
