In the related art, referring to fig. 4, a total process of selling insurance can involve a policy sale system facing a client, a core business system facing a worker (e.g., a medical insurance manager for manual insurance), an agent system facing an insurance agent, a central system and a centralized printing system, and the like. Wherein, the whole process of selling an insurance can comprise the following steps:
step S411, the client starts the insurance application process through the insurance sales client or the webpage;
step S412, the client initiates an application request;
step S421, the central station system judges whether the self-core passes through, and enters step S431 after the self-core passes through;
step S431, carrying out manual underwriting in a core service system;
step S432, manually judging whether a risk exists outside the system, and entering step S433 after judging that the risk exists, or entering step S441 after judging that no risk exists;
step S433, manually providing data, wherein during the period, manual notification is needed, a process notice is transferred to the client, and the client is waited for supplementing the data and manually uploading the data;
step S434, after the data is completed, the manual underwriting is performed again;
step S441-S442, after passing the underwriting, charging and signing;
steps S451-S452, the insurance policy printing is carried out in the centralized printing system, and the insurance policy is sent;
step S461, sending a receipt to the core service system, and reimbursing the task.
Through the steps, it can be seen that in the manual underwriting link in the core business system, many process objects (such as process notice) are collected and manually filled out from the system, and multiple times of communication and confirmation between the process objects and clients are required, so that timeliness is reduced and client experience is influenced.
In addition, from order submission of a sales system, manual approval of a core service system, issuance of a security policy to a central system, printing of a centralized printing system to final sending and receipt, because order information exists in the central system and data after approval exists in the core service system and data of the systems cannot be communicated, each system forms an isolated island of data information, information cannot be shared, and further transparency of management in an application process is influenced.
The technical solution of the embodiment of the present disclosure is explained in detail below:
the present exemplary embodiment first provides an application process management method. The application process management method may be applied to the server 105, and may also be applied to one or more of the terminal devices 101, 102, and 103, which is not particularly limited in this exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 3, the application process management method may include the steps of:
s310, responding an application request of an insurance policy to be applied and judging whether the insurance policy to be applied meets application conditions;
s320, when the insurance policy to be applied does not meet the application conditions, performing first manual examination and verification on the insurance policy to be applied, and determining the underwriting data to be supplemented;
s330, generating a process notice based on the underwriting data to be supplemented, and sending the process notice to a client and an agent system;
and S340, receiving the underwriting data, performing secondary manual examination and verification on the insurance policy to be applied when the underwriting data is completely supplemented, and signing after the examination and verification are passed.
The application process management method, the application process management device, the electronic device, and the computer-readable storage medium according to the exemplary embodiment can send the underwriting data to be supplemented to the client and the agent system in the form of a process notice in a manual underwriting link in the application process, and manually review the policy again when the underwriting data is completely supplemented.
On one hand, the traditional offline manual check and protection, manual delivery and supplement data notification and manual data supply are replaced by an online process notice book for generating and delivering supplement data, online upload data and the like, so that the online and offline interaction degree is deepened, and the timeliness of process object delivery is improved; on the other hand, the notice is sent to the client and simultaneously sent to the agent system, so that the agent can know the insurance policy application state at the first time, and the transparency of the insurance application process is improved; and the agent is convenient to remind the client of data supplement for the second time, so that the insurance application efficiency is improved.
Next, the above steps of the present exemplary embodiment will be described in more detail with reference to fig. 3 and 5.
In step S310, in response to an application request of a policy to be applied, it is determined whether the policy to be applied satisfies an application condition.
In this exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the method for managing an application process may first include the following steps: step S511, the client starts the insurance process through the insurance sales client or the insurance policy sales system such as the web page; step S512, after the client selects the insurance product and fills in the relevant information, the client initiates an insurance application request.
In step S521, it is determined whether or not the self-core passes, and if the self-core does not pass, the process proceeds to step S531. In detail, the core service system may include a central station system, and the central station system may first determine whether the policy to be applied satisfies the application rule of the corresponding insurance product.
In detail, most of the policy filling formats are structured formats, and accordingly, policy data filled by the client is naturally structured data. For example, the filling information of the policy may include: basic information of insured life (name, gender, age, income, marital status, nationality, occupation type, academic calendar, etc.); selecting related parameters (basic premium, standard premium, stage payment premium, total payment period, payment duration, guarantee year, guarantee at most years, relation of invested insured persons and the like) of the insured product to be insured; and health status, property status, etc. of the insured life.
The application rules of the insurance product may include: corresponding to each filling item of the insurance policy, corresponding insurance application conditions are preset in the system, such as the age range, income range and health condition of the insured person, and the condition of excluding the diagnosed disease.
Therefore, the system can judge whether the insurance policy to be applied meets the application rule or not based on the preset application rule of the insurance product and combined with the structured insurance policy data filled by the client. And when the insurance policy to be applied meets the application condition, the policy is directly released, and subsequent steps of charging, signing, printing and the like are carried out. Otherwise, the process proceeds to step S320.
Step S320, when the insurance policy to be applied does not meet the application condition, performing first manual examination and verification on the insurance policy to be applied, and determining the underwriting data to be supplemented;
and when the policy to be applied is judged not to meet the application condition, entering a manual checking step.
And step S531, carrying out manual review on the insurance policy to be applied. If the verification is passed through the manual verification, the verification can be directly released, and subsequent steps of charging, signing, printing and the like are carried out. If the information is not approved by manual examination, the underwriter can determine the underwriting data which needs to be supplemented according to the conditions of the policy and the insured life. It should be added that the manual review here is located in the core business system.
Step S330, generating a process notice based on the underwriting data to be supplemented, and sending the process notice to the client and the agent system.
In the present exemplary embodiment, referring to step S532, at the core business system, the underwriting personnel may form a process notice based on underwriting materials to be supplemented. The process notice can include four categories, such as supplementary material notice, survey notice, physical examination notice, and guardian notice.
Further, referring to step S5331, the core service system may send the process notice to the central station system in a batch processing manner, and the central station system may forward the process notice to the client, i.e., the policy sales system, and further, in order to enhance the prompt to the client, so that the client can log in the client to check the process notice in time, and can also send the supplementary data prompt to the client at the same time, and display the prompt in the notification center of the mobile phone where the client is located; or sending the information to the mobile phone where the client is located in a short message reminding mode.
Referring to step S5332, the central station system can forward the process notice to the agent system while forwarding the process notice to the client, so that the agent can know the insurance policy insurance state at the first time, thereby improving the transparency of the insurance process; and the agent is convenient to remind the client of data supplement for the second time, so that the insurance application efficiency is improved.
And S340, receiving the underwriting data, performing secondary manual examination and verification on the insurance policy to be applied when the underwriting data is completely supplemented, and signing after the examination and verification are passed.
In this exemplary embodiment, the client can prepare the underwriting material according to the underwriting material described in the process notice and requiring replenishment. Referring to step S5341, the client can upload the prepared underwriting data through the policy sales system. Referring to step S5342, the client can also upload the prepared underwriting data through the core service system.
Meanwhile, no matter from which side, the information such as the uploaded data is put into the message queue. And only one message queue is established, and can be monitored by the insurance policy sales system, the core system and the middle station system at the same time, forming a mode of monitoring queue 1 and queue 3.
Referring to step S535, the middle station system determines whether the client' S underwriting data is completely supplemented according to the monitoring result, that is, when the number of the received underwriting data is equal to the number of the underwriting data to be supplemented, the underwriting status is to be checked, and step S536 is performed.
And when the quantity of the received underwriting data is less than the quantity of the underwriting data to be supplemented, the underwriting state is the data to be uploaded, and the system continues to wait for the customer to supplement the data.
Referring to step S536, after receiving the complete insurance application data, performing a second manual audit on the policy to be insured and generating an audit result; the audit results may be communicated to the client and agent systems in the form of decision notifications.
The core business system can send the decision notice to the middle platform system in a batch processing mode, and the middle platform system can forward the decision notice to the client, namely a policy sales system, in addition, in order to strengthen the prompt to the client, so that the client can log in the client to check the decision notice in time, and can also send the decision notice to the client and display the notice in a notice center of a mobile phone where the client is located; or sending the information to the mobile phone where the client is located in a short message reminding mode.
The audit result may include audit pass and delay of refusal to guarantee. The approval pass may include acceptance and insurance without additional conditions, and acceptance and insurance with additional conditions, wherein the additional conditions may include charging, removing liability, derating and the like.
In addition, after the secondary manual review of the policy to be applied may not be passed, the underwriter may determine the underwriting data to be supplemented again according to the conditions of the policy and the insured person. And steps S532-S536 are repeated.
Referring to steps S541 and S542, after the audit is passed, the central station system may charge and sign a bill with the customer.
Referring to steps S551 and S552, after the contract is completed for the policy to be applied, printing is performed. And sends the insurance policy to the branch company after printing the policy.
In this example embodiment, the print data of the policy may be synchronized to the database after the policy is printed. In detail, in the related art, there is no system record of the past policy after printing the policy. In order to synchronize the printing data state of the insurance policy after the policy is printed out in a centralized manner in time, a synchronization table can be established in the printing front-end processor, and the printing data can be stored in the synchronization table after the policy is printed in a centralized manner. In addition, the core business system can also scan the table in a batch processing mode, scan once every certain time (for example, every day), and synchronize the printing data of the policy to the database.
The synchronization table structure is shown in table 1. Wherein Primary is the Primary key, nullable is "can be null", and X is "can not be null".

TABLE 1
In step S561, the branch company receives the sent policy, signs the policy, and sends the policy to the central office again; or the middle branch organization signs in directly.
In step S562, a reception link is reserved. When making a reservation, the agent or the client manager confirms the scope of the policy which the agent system wants to receive, specifically details the date and time, and can call an interface of the core system to generate a reservation verification code. When the policy is used, the agent or the client manager receives the policy in the branch company or the middle branch organization, checks the policy according to the entered employee number and the reservation verification code, and receives the policy after the checking is finished.
In step S563, the agent or customer manager hands the policy to the customer, who signs a receipt.
In step S564, the receipt is returned to the core business system, and the policy is reimbursed in the system.
