Abstract
The invention provides a start prevention detection method, a system and an air conditioner, wherein the start prevention detection method comprises the steps of setting a detection threshold value before a load starts to operate, and applying a test voltage to the load; and integrating the detection parameters of the load, comparing the detection parameters with the detection threshold, starting the load if the detection parameters fall into the range of the detection threshold, and keeping the load in a shutdown state if the detection parameters do not fall into the range of the detection threshold. Compared with the prior art, the start prevention detection method provided by the invention has the advantages that the test voltage is added on the load, the detection parameter of the load is detected and compared with the detection threshold value, and the load is allowed to start after the detection parameter of the load is determined to be within the normal range. The method has the advantages that the trial operation is performed before the load is operated, whether the load can be operated or not is detected, the condition that the load is easy to break down when the load is directly started is avoided, and the safety of load starting is greatly improved.

The start prevention detection method provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the test voltage is applied to the load, the detection parameter of the load is detected and compared with the detection threshold value, and the load is allowed to start after the detection parameter of the load is determined to be within the normal range. The method is equivalent to that the load is firstly subjected to test operation under the detection voltage before the load is started, and if the test operation of the load is normal, the load is allowed to be normally started. If the detected leakage current value is smaller than the leakage current threshold value, the load is started, otherwise, the load is kept in a shutdown state. For example, the insulation resistance threshold is set to 1M Ω, and the leakage current threshold is set to 30mA ± 10%.
In addition to the detection of insulation resistance and leakage current mentioned above, the detection parameter may be a temperature change rate, and whether the load can be started or not is determined by testing the temperature change rate at which the load is trial-run at the test voltage.

And if the detection parameter does not fall into the range of the detection threshold, the main control unit controls the power switch to keep the disconnected state.

integrating detection parameters of the load, comparing the detection parameters with a detection threshold, if the detection parameters fall into the range of the detection threshold, controlling the power switch to be switched on and the load to be started, otherwise, controlling the power switch to be switched off and the load to be in a shutdown state, and recording abnormal information values;
the detection parameters comprise the temperature change rate of the test operation of the load under the test voltage, the resistance value of the insulation resistor and the numerical value of the leakage current;
if the detected resistance value of the insulation resistor is larger than the insulation resistor threshold value, starting the load, otherwise, continuing to stop the machine if the load is kept unchanged;
if the detected leakage current value is smaller than the leakage current threshold value, the load is started, otherwise, the load is kept in a shutdown state.
