Description

Arch bridge arch center excavation construction method suitable for steep mountain
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of foundation pit excavation of arch bridge arch bases, and particularly relates to a construction method for arch base cutting excavation by a rope saw, wherein an arch base is positioned on a steep mountain or is positioned in a geographical environment where blasting construction is not suitable.
Background
The bridge spanning the river (valley) in the mountainous area is usually in a steel pipe arch bridge structure, and arch seats of the arch bridge are arranged on mountains on two sides and are directly formed by excavation on rocks of the mountains. Fig. 1 shows an arch design excavation structure located on a mountain, and dotted lines in fig. 1 indicate a contour line of an arch to be excavated, including 3 steps, each of which has a horizontal surface and a vertical side wall surface; the right side of the dotted line is a mountain body, the left side of the dotted line is a side near the river, and rocks on the side near the river of the arch abutment contour line need to be excavated and removed to form the arch abutment. The common excavation method adopts a blasting method, but the blasting method has the defects that the overbreak is easily caused, the arch center excavation forming is irregular, and the stability of the mountain slope is easily damaged, so that the safety of the bridge is influenced; in some construction areas, blasting construction is not allowed due to the environment protection or navigation guarantee requirements. Although the mechanical excavation can effectively control the over-excavation, the construction machinery cannot be unfolded and used on a steep mountain body.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the construction problems of arch center excavation on steep mountains, and provides a construction method for arch center cutting excavation by using a rope saw, which ensures the size of an arch center, the stability of a rock wall and the construction safety.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
an arch bridge arch center excavation construction method suitable for steep mountains is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) measuring and positioning the side line of the arch abutment by a measurer, dividing the excavation position of the arch abutment into a plurality of excavation layers from top to bottom, wherein the bottom surface of each excavation layer is parallel to the horizontal plane of the step of the arch abutment;
(2) drilling a plurality of transverse drill holes from the free face of the mountain body into the mountain body along the bottom surface of the first excavation layer, wherein the transverse drill holes are arranged at equal intervals, and the depth of each transverse drill hole is from the depth of the transverse drill hole to the side wall surface of the abutment step opposite to the transverse drill hole; drilling a vertical drilling hole downwards corresponding to each transverse drilling hole on the top surface of the first excavation layer along the side wall surface of the arch support step, wherein the bottom of each vertical drilling hole is communicated with the corresponding transverse drilling hole;
(3) the rope saw penetrates through each vertical drilling hole and the transverse drilling holes communicated with the vertical drilling holes, the rope saw is connected with a rope saw machine on the top surface of the first excavation layer, the rope saw machine is started to cut the rock, and the first excavation layer is longitudinally cut into a plurality of rock slices;
(4) crushing and decomposing each rock slice by adopting a stone crushing device, removing rock slag and finishing the excavation of the first excavation layer;
(5) and (4) sequentially cutting and excavating each subsequent excavation layer by adopting the methods in the steps (2) to (4) to finish the arch seat excavation construction.
The rope saw is adopted to cut and excavate the rock mass at the arch center excavation part in a layering mode, the problem that large machinery cannot be used for construction due to terrain limitation is effectively solved, and compared with the traditional blasting method, the method has the advantages that the construction period time is the same, the disturbance to the rock mass in the excavation process is avoided, the excavation size of the arch center is guaranteed, the method is more economical and environment-friendly, the operation is simple, and the construction is safe.

Detailed Description
The rope saw is a tool capable of carrying out annular cutting, and is commonly used in the fields of mining, rough material shaping, bridge cutting, underwater cutting and the like. The invention utilizes the characteristics of the rope saw to cut the large rock mass at the arch center excavation part into a plurality of sheets with smaller volume and thinner thickness for the rock mass which is not suitable for being constructed by adopting the blasting method, and then the sheets are crushed and removed.
The specific construction method of the invention is as follows:
(1) as shown in fig. 2, firstly, a measurer measures and positions the side lines of the abutment, and then divides the excavation position of the abutment into a plurality of excavation layers from top to bottom, wherein the bottom surface of each excavation layer is parallel to the horizontal plane of the abutment step. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the rock mass of the arch excavation part is divided into 5 excavation layers, and excavation is performed layer by layer from top to bottom, and the horizontal dotted line in fig. 2 represents the excavation line of each layer.
(2) As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a plurality of transverse drill holes 1 are drilled from the free surface of the mountain body, namely from the side of the river to the interior of the mountain body along the bottom surface of the set first excavation layer, wherein the transverse drill holes 1 are arranged at equal intervals, and the depth of each transverse drill hole 1 is up to the side wall surface of the abutment step opposite to the transverse drill hole; drilling a vertical drilling hole 2 downwards corresponding to each transverse drilling hole on the top surface of the first excavation layer along the side wall surface of the arch support step, wherein the bottom of each vertical drilling hole 2 is communicated with the corresponding transverse drilling hole 1;
(3) as shown in fig. 5, a rope wire 3 of the rope saw passes through each vertical drilling hole 2 and the transverse drilling hole 1 communicated with the vertical drilling hole, the rope wire of the rope saw is connected with a rope saw 4 on the top surface of the first excavation layer, the rope saw 4 is started to cut the rock, and the first excavation layer is longitudinally cut into a plurality of rock slices;
(4) because each rock slice is thin, each rock slice can be broken by adopting handheld or small mechanical stone breaking equipment, and then broken rock slag is removed to finish the excavation of the first excavation layer. The effect of the first excavated layer is shown in fig. 6.
(5) And then, drilling a transverse drilling hole on the bottom surface of the second excavation layer, drilling a vertical drilling hole on the top surface of the second excavation layer along the side wall of the abutment step by adopting the excavation method of the first layer, and breaking the second excavation layer by using a wire saw. And sequentially cutting and breaking each subsequent excavation layer by adopting the same method to complete arch seat excavation. Fig. 7 shows a state after the arch 5 is excavated.
In the construction method, the transverse drilling hole and the vertical drilling hole can be drilled by adopting an air compressor and an air pipe to be connected with a handheld pneumatic rock drill, and the diameters of the transverse drilling hole and the vertical drilling hole are not less than 6cm, so that a rope of a rope saw can conveniently pass through the transverse drilling hole and the vertical drilling hole.
When the invention is implemented specifically, when the rope saw is threaded in the drilling hole, one end of the rope saw can be connected with one end of a fishing line, the other end of the fishing line is placed in the vertical drilling hole, and because the fishing line is light, a pneumatic rock drill can be adopted to blow strong wind into the vertical drilling hole, blow the fishing line out from the hole opening of the transverse drilling hole, and then drag the fishing line to pull the rope saw to pass through the vertical drilling hole and the transverse drilling hole.
In the cutting process of the rope saw, the running speed of the rope is controlled to be about 20m/s by the operation control platform of the rope saw; the stability of the machine tool is observed at any time during cutting, the deviation of the guide wheel is controlled and adjusted at any time, and the cutting rope is ensured to be in the same plane. In order to ensure that the wire is not damaged due to overhigh temperature when the wire is cut by the wire saw, cooling water is synchronously supplied into the drill hole to cool the wire and eliminate cutting powder.
