The invention discloses an engine cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the engine cleaning agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 32-60 parts of dipropylene glycol ether, 20-40 parts of dichloromethane, 16-23 parts of ethanol, 15-18 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 14-16 parts of trichloroethylene, 1-2 parts of corrosion inhibitor hexadecylamine, 0.5-2 parts of antiwear additive calcium borate, 0.5-2 parts of metal deactivator N.N' -methylene propylene diamine and 0.1-1 part of surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate. The cleaning agent is simple to prepare, can effectively remove substances in an automobile engine, prolongs the service life of the automobile, does not need to be added with a protective agent after being cleaned, and does not have the phenomenon of oil leakage around a crankshaft oil seal and a valve chamber cover.

Background

The existing cleaning agent basically takes a solvent as a main body and is assisted with other chemicals, and has the advantages of quick and labor-saving engine cleaning, and the defects that the solvent used by some formulas is toxic, and some patents have no actual use methods, so that maintenance personnel of the engine cannot perform cleaning work; the solvents used in most patents are the cellosolve family of products, such as: the use of ethylene glycol butyl ether, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, and polyethylene oxide-propylene oxide monobutyl ether, as a large amount of these cellosolve solvents, is liable to be flammable and dangerous.

(1) adding dipropylene glycol ether, dichloromethane, ethanol, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, trichloroethylene, a corrosion inhibitor hexadecylamine, an antiwear additive calcium borate, a metal passivator N.N' -methylene propylene diamine and a surface active agent sodium dodecyl sulfate into a reaction tank in sequence, heating to 40-60 ℃, and stirring at a constant temperature for 0.8-1.4h to fully fuse all the raw materials;
(2) adding an alkaline solution, adjusting the pH value, measuring the pH value of the product in the reaction tank by using standard test paper, and stopping adding the alkaline solution when the pH value is 7.

(1) adding dipropylene glycol ether, dichloromethane, ethanol, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, trichloroethylene, a corrosion inhibitor hexadecylamine, an antiwear additive calcium borate, a metal passivator N.N' -methylene propylene diamine and a surface active agent sodium dodecyl sulfate into a reaction tank in sequence, heating to 40-60 ℃, and stirring at a constant temperature for 0.8-1.4h to fully fuse all the raw materials;
(2) adding an alkaline solution, adjusting the pH value, measuring the pH value of the product in the reaction tank by using standard test paper, and stopping adding the alkaline solution when the pH value is 7.
Example 2: an engine cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 48 parts of dipropylene glycol ethyl ether, 30 parts of dichloromethane, 19.5 parts of ethanol, 16.5 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 15 parts of trichloroethylene, 1.5 parts of corrosion inhibitor hexadecylamine, 1.7 parts of antiwear additive calcium borate, 1.6 parts of metal passivator N, N' -dipropylene-based propane diamine and 0.5 part of surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate.
The engine cleaning agent and the preparation method thereof comprise the following steps:
(1) adding dipropylene glycol ether, dichloromethane, ethanol, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, trichloroethylene, a corrosion inhibitor hexadecylamine, an antiwear additive calcium borate, a metal passivator N.N' -methylene propylene diamine and a surface active agent sodium dodecyl sulfate into a reaction tank in sequence, heating to 40-60 ℃, and stirring at a constant temperature for 0.8-1.4h to fully fuse all the raw materials;

The engine cleaning agent and the preparation method thereof comprise the following steps:
(1) adding dipropylene glycol ether, dichloromethane, ethanol, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, trichloroethylene, a corrosion inhibitor hexadecylamine, an antiwear additive calcium borate, a metal passivator N.N' -methylene propylene diamine and a surface active agent sodium dodecyl sulfate into a reaction tank in sequence, heating to 40-60 ℃, and stirring at a constant temperature for 0.8-1.4h to fully fuse all the raw materials;

(2) adding an alkaline solution, adjusting the pH value, measuring the pH value of the product in the reaction tank by using standard test paper, and stopping adding the alkaline solution when the pH value is 7.
