Abstract
Compared with the prior art, the treatment method for producing the building material by using the barium-containing slag mud specifically comprises the following steps: stirring, mixing and heating the barium slag mud and water in a ratio of 1:1, and combining the barium slag mud and the water by using nitric acid; after combination, adjusting the pH value to 6.5-8; precipitating and filtering to separate out barium nitrate solution; after sedimentation, adding sulfuric acid into the barium nitrate solution for reaction to produce precipitated barium sulfate and dilute nitric acid; washing, filter pressing and drying the precipitated barium sulfate to obtain a finished product barium sulfate; solidifying barium ions; and (3) drying the barium slag, fully mixing the cement, the sand and the barium slag according to the proportion of 10:20:70 when the water content is about 4-6%, and treating by using a curing agent to prepare the cement baking-free brick. The treatment method for producing the building material by using the barium-containing slag mud can realize harmless treatment of the barium-containing slag mud, reasonably utilizes the barium-containing slag mud as resources, produces cement baking-free bricks, and improves the resource utilization rate.

after combination, adjusting the pH value to 6.5-8;
precipitating and filtering to separate out barium nitrate solution;
after sedimentation, adding sulfuric acid into the barium nitrate solution for reaction to produce precipitated barium sulfate and dilute nitric acid;
washing, filter pressing and drying the precipitated barium sulfate to obtain a finished product barium sulfate;
solidifying barium ions;
and (3) drying the barium slag, fully mixing the cement, the sand and the barium slag according to the proportion of 10:20:70 when the water content is about 4-6%, and treating by using a curing agent to prepare the cement baking-free brick.

The treatment method for producing the building material by using the barium-containing slag sludge as claimed in claim 1, wherein the barium-containing slag sludge and water are stirred, mixed and heated in a ratio of 1:1, and combined by nitric acid, and the pH is adjusted to 6.5-8 after combination, specifically: after combination, the pH is adjusted to 7-7.5.
