Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that in the prior art, the opening of a box cover of a tank protection box is not controllable, so that a loading and unloading valve is easily corroded by pollutants when in work, and the loading and unloading valve is damaged.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a protection box of a tank, which is arranged outside a valve piece of the tank; the protection box comprises a box body and a box cover, wherein the box body is provided with an opening, and the box cover is rotatably arranged at the opening of the box body so as to open or close the box body; the outer side wall of the protection box is provided with a sliding chute, the protection box also comprises a locking and positioning device, and the locking and positioning device comprises a rotating piece, a sliding piece and a locking piece; one end of the rotating piece is rotatably connected to the side wall of the box cover; the sliding piece is fixed at the other end of the rotating piece; the sliding piece can slide along the sliding groove to drive the rotating piece to rotate, so that the box cover is opened or closed; a locking member cooperates with the slider to secure the slider in a predetermined position in the chute.
Preferably, the sliding groove comprises a positioning section and a locking section connected with the positioning section; when the sliding piece slides in the positioning section, the rotating piece rotates to enable the box cover to be relatively close to or far away from the box body; the locking section is arc-shaped, and the circle center of the locking section is a connecting point of the rotating part and the box cover; the lid is held in a closed state while the slider slides in the locking section.
Preferably, the positioning section comprises a straight section and a transition section, and the transition section is connected between the straight section and the locking section; the straight line section is vertically arranged, and the locking section is arranged on one side of the straight line section close to the opening of the box body; when the sliding piece slides to the bottom end of the straight line section from the top end of the straight line section, the box cover is relatively close to the box body.
Preferably, the distance between the straight line section and the edge of the opening of the box body is smaller than the distance between the sliding piece and the joint of the rotating piece and the box cover.
Preferably, the locking and positioning device further comprises a guide piece fixed on the outer side wall of the box body; the sliding groove is formed in the guide member, penetrates through the guide member, and extends in the longitudinal direction of the guide member.
Preferably, a connecting piece is arranged on the side wall of the box cover, the connecting piece is provided with a connecting shaft, and the axis of the connecting shaft is vertical to the plane of the side wall of the box cover; the end of the rotating part is provided with a through hole matched with the connecting shaft, so that the rotating part is sleeved on the rotating shaft.
Preferably, the connecting shaft is sleeved with a stopping member, and the stopping member is arranged on the outer side of the rotating member to stop the rotating member from being separated from the connecting shaft.
Preferably, the sliding part is arranged in the sliding groove in a penetrating way, the end part of the sliding part exceeds the sliding groove, and the locking part is arranged on the part of the sliding part, which exceeds the sliding groove; the slider is the bolt, the locking piece be with bolt spiro union complex nut.
Preferably, the sliding part is further provided with a limiting part, and the limiting part is arranged on the outer side of the locking part to limit the locking part.
The invention also provides a tank box, which comprises a tank body and a frame arranged on the outer side of the tank body, wherein the bottom of the tank body is provided with a material loading and unloading valve, and the tank box also comprises the protection box, and the protection box is arranged outside the material loading and unloading valve.
According to the technical scheme, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
in the tank and the protection box thereof, the sliding part can drive the rotating part to rotate when sliding along the sliding groove, so that the box cover can be opened or closed; the locking piece is in locking fit with the sliding piece, so that the sliding piece can be fixed in the sliding groove, and the box cover is fixed in an opening state with different opening degrees. The opening degree of the box cover in the opening state is controllable, so that the box cover can be fixed in the opening state with proper opening degree according to requirements. When the loading and unloading valve is used, the opening degree of the box cover is controlled, so that the normal operation of the loading and unloading valve is ensured, meanwhile, the corrosion of pollutants such as dust, rainwater and the like to the loading and unloading valve can be avoided, and the loading and unloading valve is effectively protected during working.

It is to be understood that the invention is capable of other embodiments and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the scope of the invention and the description and drawings are to be regarded as illustrative in nature and not as restrictive.
For further explanation of the principles and construction of the present invention, reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
The application provides a tank and a protection box thereof. The tank box comprises a tank body and a frame arranged on the outer side of the tank body, and the frame is used for supporting the tank body. The bottom of the tank body is provided with a loading and unloading valve, and the protection box is arranged outside the loading and unloading valve to protect the loading and unloading valve, so that the loading and unloading valve is prevented from being corroded or polluted by seawater, rainwater, dust and the like.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in a preferred embodiment of the present application, a protective case 1 includes a case body 11 and a case cover 12. Wherein the case body 11 has an opening 13, and the cover 12 is rotatably provided at the opening 13 of the case body 11 to open or close the case body 11.
Specifically, the box body 11 of the present embodiment includes a top plate 111, two side plates 112 respectively disposed at both sides of the top plate 111, a bottom plate 113 connected to bottom ends of the two side plates 112 and opposite to the top plate 111, and end plates 114 respectively connected to the side plates 112 and the bottom plate 113. The side plate 112 has a sliding groove 21 formed on an outer side wall thereof, and the end plate 114 faces the opening 13 of the box 11.
In this embodiment, the top plate 111, the side plate 112 and the end plate 114 are all connected to the outer side wall of the tank, and the bottom plate 113 is fixed to the bottom ends of the side plate 112 and the end plate 114. The top plate 111, side plate 112, bottom plate 113, and end plate 114 of the box 11 are arranged on the peripheral side of the loading/unloading valve so that the loading/unloading valve is housed inside the box 11. The lid 12 of this embodiment is hinged to the edge of the top plate 111 of the case 11 to rotate with respect to the case 11, thereby opening or closing the case 11.
Further, the protection box 1 of the present embodiment further includes a locking and positioning device 2. In the present embodiment, the locking and positioning device 2 includes a rotating member 22, a sliding member 23, and a locking member 24.
Specifically, one end of the rotating member 22 is rotatably coupled to a side wall of the cap 12, and the sliding member 23 is fixed to the other end of the rotating member 22, the sliding member 23 being slidable along the sliding groove 21 to drive the rotating member 22 to rotate, thereby opening or closing the cap 12. The lock member 24 cooperates with the slider 23 to fix the slider 23 at a predetermined position in the slide groove 21. The predetermined position is a position set according to the use requirement, and when the sliding member 23 is fixed at the predetermined position in the sliding groove 21, the box cover 12 can be opened at a proper opening degree.
Further, the locking and positioning device 2 of the present embodiment further includes a guide 25, and the guide 25 is fixed on the outer surface of the side plate 112 of the box body 11. Both ends of the guide 25 in the length direction are provided with fixing blocks, and the fixing blocks are disposed on the surface of the guide 25 facing the protection box 1.
In this embodiment, the fixing block is welded and fixed to the outer surface of the side plate 112 of the case 11, so that the guide 25 is fixedly connected to the case 11. When the guide 25 is fixed to the case 11 by the fixing block, a space is provided between the outer surface of the side plate 112 and the surface of the guide 25. The slide groove 21 of the present embodiment is opened in the guide 25, and the slide groove 21 penetrates the guide 25 and extends in the longitudinal direction of the guide 25.
Referring to fig. 1, the slide groove 21 of the present embodiment includes a positioning section 210 and a locking section 212, and the locking section 212 is connected to an end of the positioning section 210. When the sliding member 23 slides in the positioning section 210, the rotating member 22 rotates to move the cap 12 relatively closer to or away from the case 11. The locking section 212 is arc-shaped, and the center of the locking section 212 is the connection point of the rotating member 22 and the box cover 12. The cap 12 is maintained in a closed state while the slider 23 is slid in the locking section 212.
In the present embodiment, the positioning section 210 includes a straight section 211 and a transition section 213. The straight line section 211 is vertically arranged and extends along the height direction of the box body 11, and the distance between the straight line section 211 and the edge of the side plate 112 close to the opening 13 is smaller than the distance between the sliding piece 23 and the joint of the rotating piece 22 and the box cover 12. The locking section 212 is arranged on one side of the straight section 211 close to the opening 13 of the box body 11, and the transition section 213 is connected between the locking section 212 and the straight section 211, and the transition section 213 is arc-shaped.
When the sliding member 23 slides from the top end of the straight section 211 to the bottom end of the straight section 211 and slides from the straight section 211 to the transition section 213, the box cover 12 is relatively close to the box body 11. The sliding member 23 slides from the transition section 213 to the bottom end of the straight section 211, and then slides from the bottom end of the straight section 211 to the top end of the straight section 211, so that the box cover 12 is relatively far away from the box body 11. When the sliding piece 23 is located at the top end of the straight line section 211, the opening degree of the box cover 12 is maximum.
The guide 25 of the present embodiment is a rod-like structure, and the outer contour of the guide 25 conforms to the shape of the slide groove 21. This arrangement not only simplifies the structure of the guide 25, but also facilitates the opening of the slide groove 21 in the guide 25.
When the sliding member 23 slides in the straight section 211 and the transition section 213 of the slide groove 21, the lid 12 is in an open state. When the sliding part 23 is positioned at the top end of the straight line section 211, the opening degree of the box cover 12 relative to the box body 11 is maximum, and at the moment, the box cover 12 is completely opened; when the sliding piece 23 slides from the top end of the straight line section 211 to the bottom end of the straight line section 211, the opening degree of the box cover 12 gradually decreases; when the sliding member 23 slides in the transition section 213, the opening degree of the cap 12 with respect to the case 11 is minimized. When the sliding member 23 slides in the locking section 212, the cover 12 is kept in a closed state, and the distance from the connection point of the rotating member 22 and the cover 12 to each point on the locking section 212 is the same.
Further, the rotation member 22 is provided at one side in the width direction of the box cover 12. In this embodiment, the rotation member 22 is a rod, and one end of the rotation member 22 in the length direction is rotatably connected to the side wall of the box cover 12.
Specifically, the box cover 12 is provided with a connecting member 26, and the connecting member 26 is welded and fixed on the side wall of the box cover 12. In this embodiment, the connecting member 26 has a connecting shaft 261, the connecting shaft 261 protrudes outward from the side wall of the box cover 12, and the axis of the connecting shaft 261 is perpendicular to the plane of the side wall of the box cover 12. The end of the rotating member 22 is provided with a through hole adapted to the connecting shaft 261, so that the rotating member 22 is sleeved on the connecting shaft 261, thereby the rotating member 22 is rotatably connected to the side wall of the box cover 12. In this embodiment, the connector 26 is a hinge.
Preferably, the connecting shaft 261 is sleeved with a stopper 262. The stopping member 262 is disposed at the outer side of the rotating member 22 to stop the rotating member 22 from being separated from the connecting shaft 261, so as to ensure the stability of the connection between the connecting member 26 and the box cover 12, and thus ensure the smooth opening and closing of the box cover 12. In the present embodiment, the stop 262 is a retainer ring.
Further, a slider 23 is provided on the other end of the rotation piece 22 opposite to the through hole. The end of the rotating member 22 is provided with a mounting hole for mounting the sliding member 23, and the sliding member 23 passes through the mounting hole and is welded and fixed with the rotating member 22. When the slider 23 is mounted on the rotating member 22, the end portion of the slider 23 projects outward from the surface of the rotating member 22.
When the sliding member 23 slides along the slide groove 21, the portion of the sliding member 23 protruding from the rotating member 22 is inserted into the slide groove 21, and the end of the rotating member 22 is located in the space between the guide member 25 and the side plate 112 of the case 11.
In this embodiment, the sliding member 23 is a bolt, and the locking member 24 is a nut adapted to the bolt. When the sliding member 23 is inserted into the slide groove 21, an end portion of the sliding member 23 is beyond a surface of the guide 25, and the locking member 24 is disposed at a portion of the end portion of the sliding member 23 beyond the surface of the guide 25.
By tightening the nut, the nut is screwed to the bolt, and the nut is pressed against the surface of the guide 25 to press the guide 25, so that the slider 23 is fixed in the slide groove 21. When the slider 23 is fixed in the slide groove 21, the rotation member 22 is fixed with respect to the case body 11, thereby fixing the lid 12 in the opened state or the closed state.
Preferably, a limiting member 27 is disposed on the sliding member 23, and the limiting member 27 is disposed on an outer side of the locking member 24 to limit the locking member 24, so as to ensure stability of locking between the locking member 24 and the sliding member 23. In the present embodiment, the stopper 27 is a wire retainer.
When the slider 23 slides in the straight section 211 and the transition section 213 of the slide groove 21, the lid 12 assumes an open state. When the sliding member 23 slides from the top end of the straight section 211 to the bottom end of the straight section 211 and the transition section 213, the opening degree of the box cover 12 relative to the box body 11 gradually decreases. When the sliding part 23 slides to the predetermined position of the straight section 211 and the transition section 213 to open the box cover 12 to the proper opening degree, the sliding part 23 can be fixed in the sliding groove by the locking of the locking part 24 and the sliding part 23, thereby ensuring that the box cover 12 is fixedly positioned at the proper opening degree.
In this embodiment, the box cover 12 maintains a closed state while the slider 23 slides in the locking section 212. When the cover 12 is fastened to the body 11, the distances from the connection point of the rotating member 22 and the cover 12 to the points on the locking section 212 are the same, i.e. the distances from the connection member 26 to the points on the locking section 212 are the same. In this embodiment, when the cover 12 is closed, the distance between the connecting member 26 and the locking section 212 is equal to the distance between the through hole and the mounting hole of the rotating member 22. This arrangement ensures that the lid 12 is secured in the closed position when the slider 23 is in the locking section 212 without the need for locking engagement by the locking member 24, thereby preventing the lid 12 from being opened due to incorrect manipulation or bumping during transportation.
When the tank and the protection box 1 thereof of the embodiment are used, when the material loading and unloading operation is performed on the material loading and unloading valve, the sliding piece 23 can be adjusted to a preset position of the straight section 211 or the transition section 213 of the sliding groove 21, so that the box cover 12 is opened to a proper opening degree, at the moment, the locking piece 24 is screwed, the sliding piece 23 is fixed in the sliding groove 21, and the box cover 12 is kept in a fixed state at the proper opening degree. When the box cover 12 is at a proper opening degree, on one hand, the communication between the loading and unloading valve and external equipment can be ensured, and the normal use of the loading and unloading valve is ensured; on the other hand can shelter from some pollutants such as dust, rainwater, protects loading and unloading material valve during operation, avoids the pollutant to corrode loading and unloading material valve. After the loading and unloading operation of the loading and unloading valve is completed, the sliding part 23 is adjusted to the locking section 212, so as to ensure that the box cover 12 is completely buckled on the box body 11, and the loading and unloading valve is protected in a non-working state.
In summary, for the tank and the protection box thereof of the embodiment, the sliding member can drive the rotating member to rotate when sliding along the sliding slot, so that the box cover can be opened or closed. The locking piece is in locking fit with the sliding piece, so that the sliding piece can be fixed in the sliding groove, and the box cover is fixed in an opening state with different opening degrees. The opening degree of the box cover in the opening state is controllable, so that the box cover can be fixed in the opening state with proper opening degree according to requirements. When the loading and unloading valve is used, the opening degree of the box cover is controlled, so that the normal operation of the loading and unloading valve is ensured, meanwhile, the corrosion of pollutants such as dust, rainwater and the like to the loading and unloading valve can be avoided, and the loading and unloading valve is effectively protected during working.
