Abstract
本发明公开了一种防溢乳垫底层复合材料,其特征在于,为三层复合结构,其中,第一层为贴近吸收芯体的纺熔布,即纺粘布与熔喷布的复合材料且纺熔布的两个外表面均为纺粘布,第二层为熔喷布,第三层为纺粘布。本发明提供的防溢乳垫底层复合材料既能改善原有底层的透气性和舒适度,又能提高防溢乳垫的抗渗透性,达到更好的防溢乳功能,耐静水压性能可达单层纺熔布的2倍,单层熔喷布的8倍。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防溢乳垫底层复合材料,属于复合非织造材料技术领域。
背景技术
防溢乳垫是女性哺乳期间控制渗乳必不可少的生活用品,防溢乳垫一般分为表层、导流层、吸收芯体以及底层四大部分,各层之间由喷胶粘结在一起,底层附有背胶和离型纸。底层在整个防溢乳垫的结构中起着至关重要的作用,对防止乳液的渗透和提高佩戴的舒适性有着极大的影响。
目前市场和研究中常用的防溢乳垫底层材料为聚乙烯膜,但其透气性差;即使一些防溢乳垫底层为了改善透气性而采用非织造材料,但其抗渗透性较差,耐静水压性能低。所以,底层材料有很大的需要改进的空间。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:现有防溢乳垫透气性差、抗渗透性差、耐静水压性能差等技术问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种防溢乳垫底层复合材料,其特征在于,为三层复合结构,其中,第一层为贴近吸收芯体的纺熔布,即纺粘布与熔喷布的复合材料且纺熔布的两个外表面均为纺粘布,第二层为熔喷布,第三层为纺粘布。
优选地,所述第一层、第二层、第三层的材质均为聚丙烯。聚丙烯纤维自身具有拒水性。
优选地,所述第一层的克重为24~26g/m2,第二层的克重为9.00~11.00g/m2,第三层的克重为8.0~9.0g/m2。
优选地,所述第一层中纺粘布的纤维直径为8.80~9.50μm,熔喷布的纤维直径为2.00~2.50μm;第二层中熔喷布的纤维直径为1.70-2.20μm;第三层中纺粘布的纤维直径为5.0~6.0μm。第三层的纺粘布,纤维之间的孔隙大,但是纤维之间的固结力强,可以提供强力支撑。
优选地,所述第一层的纺熔布由纺粘布与熔喷布相互复合后热轧而成。
优选地,所述纺熔布包括2~3层纺粘布及1~2层熔喷布。
优选地,所述第一层中熔喷布的纤维之间孔隙和直径均小于纺粘布。
优选地,所述第一层与第二层之间通过轧点粘合,第三层的中部为折叠状,第三层边缘的封边处与第二层通过轧点粘合。
更优选地,所述轧点采用超声波粘合技术或热轧形成。
更优选地,所述轧点的形成温度为150~170℃,相邻轧点之间的间距为3.50~4.50cm,轧点的直径为1~4mm;第一层与第二层之间的轧点以矩阵形式排列;第三层与第二层之间设有沿两者边缘均布的八个轧点。
本发明提供的防溢乳垫底层复合材料既能改善原有底层的透气性和舒适度,又能提高防溢乳垫的抗渗透性,达到更好的防溢乳功能,耐静水压性能可达单层纺熔布的2倍,单层熔喷布的8倍。

具体实施方式
为使本发明更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。
实施例
如图1所示,为本发明提供的一种防溢乳垫底层复合材料,其为三层复合结构,其中,第一层1为贴近吸收芯体的纺熔布(如图2所示),第二层2为熔喷布(如图3所示),第三层3为纺粘布(如图4所示)。第一层1、第二层2、第三层3的材质均为聚丙烯。
第一层1的纺熔布由依次复合的2层纺粘布、2层熔喷布、1层纺粘布热轧而成。第一层1与第二层2之间通过轧点粘合,第三层3的中部为折叠状(如图6所示,沿6条折叠线折叠,3根正折叠线与3根反折叠线间隔布置,折叠部分的总宽度为9cm,共有6个重复单元,每个重复单元的宽度为5mm),第三层3边缘的封边处与第二层2通过轧点粘合,轧点采用超声波粘合技术形成。轧点的形成温度为170℃,相邻轧点之间的间距为4.0cm,轧点的面积为1~4mm2。第一层1与第二层2之间的轧点以矩阵形式排列(3×3,边缘均布四个轧点,如图5所示,图中黑点为轧点);第三层3与第二层2之间设有沿两者边缘均布的八个轧点(如图6所示,图中黑点为轧点)。
第一层1的克重为25g/m2,第二层2的克重为10.0g/m2,第三层3的克重为8.5g/m2。第一层1中纺粘布的纤维直径为8.80~9.50μm,熔喷布的纤维直径为2.00~2.50μm;第二层2中熔喷布的纤维直径为2.0μm;第三层3中纺粘布的纤维直径为5.5μm。第一层1中纺粘布纤维直径为9.0μm,熔喷布的纤维直径为2.2μm。
本实施例制得的防溢乳垫的形状为直径16cm的圆形。
Claims (10)
1.一种防溢乳垫底层复合材料,其特征在于,为三层复合结构,其中,第一层(1)为贴近吸收芯体的纺熔布,即纺粘布与熔喷布的复合材料且纺熔布的两个外表面均为纺粘布,第二层(2)为熔喷布,第三层(3)为纺粘布。
2.如权利要求1所述的防溢乳垫底层复合材料,其特征在于,所述第一层(1)、第二层(2)、第三层(3)的材质均为聚丙烯。
3.如权利要求1所述的防溢乳垫底层复合材料,其特征在于,所述第一层(1)的克重为24~26g/m2,第二层(2)的克重为9.00~11.00g/m2,第三层(3)的克重为8.0~9.0g/m2。
4.如权利要求1所述的防溢乳垫底层复合材料,其特征在于,所述第一层(1)中纺粘布的纤维直径为8.80~9.50μm,熔喷布的纤维直径为2.00~2.50μm;第二层(2)中熔喷布的纤维直径为1.70-2.20μm;第三层(3)中纺粘布的纤维直径为5.0~6.0μm。
5.如权利要求1所述的防溢乳垫底层复合材料,其特征在于,所述第一层(1)的纺熔布由纺粘布与熔喷布相互复合后热轧而成。
6.如权利要求1或5所述的防溢乳垫底层复合材料,其特征在于,所述纺熔布包括2~3层纺粘布及1~2层熔喷布。
7.如权利要求1或6所述的防溢乳垫底层复合材料,其特征在于,所述第一层(1)中熔喷布的纤维之间孔隙和直径均小于纺粘布。
8.如权利要求1所述的防溢乳垫底层复合材料,其特征在于,所述第一层(1)与第二层(2)之间通过轧点粘合,第三层(3)的中部为折叠状,第三层(3)边缘的封边处与第二层(2)通过轧点粘合。
9.如权利要求8所述的防溢乳垫底层复合材料,其特征在于,所述轧点采用超声波粘合技术或热轧形成。
10.如权利要求8所述的防溢乳垫底层复合材料,其特征在于,所述轧点的形成温度为150~170℃,相邻轧点之间的间距为3.50~4.50cm,轧点的直径为1~4mm;第一层(1)与第二层(2)之间的轧点以矩阵形式排列;第三层(3)与第二层(2)之间设有沿两者边缘均布的八个轧点。
