Abstract
The invention discloses a garment capable of adjusting body sensing temperature and a manufacturing method thereof. The garment includes a plurality of temperature regulating capsule particles affixed to at least a portion of the garment, the plurality of temperature regulating capsule particles including temperature regulating capsule particles attached to fibers of the fabric and/or temperature regulating capsule particles as a coating printed onto a surface of the fabric. When the plurality of temperature regulating capsule particles comprise temperature regulating capsule particles attached to fabric fibers, the method of making the garment comprises: mixing the temperature-adjusting capsule particles with fiber raw materials and spinning; and spinning the fiber obtained by spinning into fabric. When the plurality of temperature regulating capsule particles comprises temperature regulating capsule particles as a coating printed onto the surface of the facestock, the method comprises: preparing the temperature-regulating capsule particles into temperature-regulating capsule particle emulsion; mixing the temperature-adjusting capsule particle emulsion with an adhesive to prepare a printing sizing material; printing the printing sizing material on the surface of the fabric. The clothes can absorb, store and release heat to adjust proper temperature, thereby keeping the human body in a comfortable temperature range.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a garment, in particular to a garment capable of adjusting body sensing temperature and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
With the increasing living standard, the functional requirements of people on the needed living goods are higher and higher. In hot summer, people usually live in an environment where the air-conditioned room and the outside are alternately switched, the body feels uncomfortable when the temperature of the air-conditioned room to the outside environment is suddenly increased, and the body feels uncomfortable when the temperature of the air-conditioned room is too low. On the contrary, in cold winter, the body feels uncomfortable when the temperature suddenly becomes lower from the heating room to the external environment, and the body feels uncomfortable when the temperature of the heating room is too high.
Therefore, there is a need for an intelligent temperature-adjustable garment that will not cause the wearer to feel too cold in a cold climate, and will not cause the wearer to feel too hot in a high temperature environment, and will always maintain a comfortable skin feel.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a garment capable of adjusting body sensing temperature and a manufacturing method thereof, and the climate and environment temperature in the garment can be intelligently adjusted according to the temperature difference between the environment temperature and the human body temperature.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in one aspect, the present disclosure provides a garment capable of regulating sensible temperature. The garment capable of adjusting the sensible temperature comprises a plurality of temperature adjusting capsule particles fixed on at least partial area of the garment, and the temperature adjusting capsule particles comprise temperature adjusting capsule particles attached to fabric fibers and/or temperature adjusting capsule particles serving as a coating printed on the surface of the fabric.
Optionally, for the body-temperature-regulating garment, the temperature-regulating capsule particles comprise paraffin contained in a capsule.
Optionally, for the body temperature-adjustable garment, the garment fabric comprises a polyester material.
In another aspect, the present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing the clothing capable of adjusting sensible temperature. When the plurality of temperature regulating capsule particles comprise temperature regulating capsule particles attached to fabric fibers, the method for making the garment comprises: mixing the temperature-adjusting capsule particles with fiber raw materials and spinning; and spinning the fiber obtained by spinning into fabric.
Optionally, for the manufacturing method, the spinning after mixing the temperature-regulating capsule particles with the fiber raw material comprises: the temperature-regulating capsule particles are physically blended with the fiber raw material so that the temperature-regulating capsule particles are dispersed in the spinning melt, and then the spinning is carried out after passing through a spinneret plate.
Optionally, for the manufacturing method, the spinning conditions are a spinning temperature of 260 ℃ to 290 ℃.
Optionally, for the manufacturing method, the spinning after mixing the temperature-regulating capsule particles with the fiber raw material comprises: and (3) cooling the fiber obtained by spinning by blowing, oiling, stretching, winding and forming to obtain the raw yarn.

Optionally, for the method of making, printing a printing size on a surface of the facing comprises: coating the printing glue on the surface of the fabric through a printing process of a flat screen machine, and then baking.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following main advantages:
the clothes provided by the embodiment of the invention have the function of adjusting the climate environment temperature in the clothes, the temperature adjusting capsule particles are fixed in the clothes, paraffin is injected into the capsules, the temperature of the paste paraffin is very close to the temperature of a human body (about 32-33 ℃), the paste paraffin can change between solid and liquid along with the change of the temperature, and meanwhile, heat absorption, heat storage and heat release are carried out to adjust the proper temperature, so that the human body is kept in a comfortable temperature range, and the intelligent temperature adjusting clothes product experience is brought to a wearer.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
The garment capable of adjusting body-sensory temperature provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention comprises a plurality of temperature-adjusting capsule particles fixed on at least partial area of the garment. The plurality of temperature regulating capsule particles comprise temperature regulating capsule particles attached to fibers of the facing material and/or temperature regulating capsule particles as a coating printed onto the surface of the facing material. Wherein, the temperature adjusting capsule particles can be capsules with the length of 2-30 microns. The temperature regulating capsule particle may have soft paste paraffin wax inside the capsule, and the soft paste paraffin wax has temperature similar to that of human body, about 32-33 deg.c, and may change between solid and liquid with the temperature change and absorb, accumulate and release heat to regulate proper temperature. The garment material may comprise a polyester material.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of adjusting the climate temperature inside a garment according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, when the sensible temperature is high, i.e. heat is felt, the paraffin in the form of a soft paste in the temperature-regulating capsule particles is melted, and the body surface temperature is lowered by heat absorption, so that the human body can keep a comfortable temperature. On the contrary, when the sensible temperature is low, i.e. the feeling is cold, the ointment paraffin becomes solid, and the body surface temperature is raised through heat release, so that the human body keeps a comfortable temperature.
The garment capable of adjusting the body feeling temperature in the embodiment 1 can be applied to the warming function of winter garments and the cooling function of summer garments.
The cooling function of the body temperature adjustable garment applied to summer garments is further explained by the following specific examples.
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a summer T-shirt provided in example 1. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of Polo shirts provided in example 2. Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a home wear provided in example 3. Therefore, the garment capable of adjusting the body feeling temperature can be applied to the cooling function of the summer garment. When the sensible temperature is high, namely heat is felt, the paraffin in the soft paste shape in the temperature regulating capsule particles is dissolved, the paraffin changes from solid to liquid along with the change of the temperature, and simultaneously, the paraffin absorbs heat to reduce the body surface temperature so as to regulate the proper temperature.
The warming function of the body temperature adjustable garment applied to winter garments is further explained by the following specific examples.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of a winter down jacket provided in example 4. Fig. 6 is a schematic view of a winter cotton dress provided in example 5. Fig. 7 is a schematic view of a winter sweater provided in example 6. Fig. 8 is a schematic view of a winter wind jacket provided in example 7. Therefore, the clothes capable of adjusting the body feeling temperature can be applied to the cooling function of summer clothes and the warming function of winter clothes. When the sensible temperature is low, namely the feeling is cold, the paraffin in the soft paste shape in the temperature adjusting capsule particles can be changed into solid, and the body surface temperature is raised through heat release, so that the human body can keep comfortable temperature.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart of a method for manufacturing a temperature-regulating garment according to embodiment 2 of the present invention, when a plurality of temperature-regulating capsule particles include temperature-regulating capsule particles attached to fabric fibers.
As shown in fig. 9, in step S910, the temperature-controlled capsule particles are mixed with the fiber material and spun. As an alternative embodiment of the specific process of step S910, the temperature-controlled capsule particles may be physically blended with the fiber raw material so that the temperature-controlled capsule particles are directly dispersed in the spinning melt, and then spun after passing through the spinneret. Wherein, the fiber raw material can be polyester master batch. The spinning condition is that the spinning temperature is 260-290 ℃. And (3) cooling the fiber obtained by spinning by blowing, oiling, stretching, winding and forming to obtain the raw yarn. The cooling air temperature is 15-25 ℃, the cooling air speed is 0.5-1 m/s, and the relative humidity of the cooling air is 60-90%. The stretching ratio is 1.1 to 1.5.
In step S920, the spun fiber is woven into a fabric. As an alternative embodiment, the fabric is finished by weaving, dyeing and finishing, and then cut to make the garment. The garment may include at least one of a summer T-shirt, a summer POLO shirt, a summer home wear, a winter down wear, a winter cotton wear, a winter sanitary wear, and a winter wind wear.
As mentioned above, the temperature regulating capsule particles may be attached to the material yarn by a fiber yarn process.
Fig. 10 is a flowchart of a manufacturing method of a temperature-regulating garment according to embodiment 3 of the present invention, when a plurality of temperature-regulating capsule particles include temperature-regulating capsule particles as a coating printed on a surface of a fabric.
As shown in fig. 10, in step S1010, the temperature-regulating capsule particles are made into a temperature-regulating capsule particle emulsion. Further, the concentration of the tempering capsule particle emulsion can be 37% -40%.
In step S1020, the temperature-regulating capsule particle emulsion is mixed with an adhesive to make a printing size. Further, the temperature-adjusting capsule particles and the adhesive can be uniformly mixed according to the ratio of 1:1 to prepare the printing glue material.
In step S1030, the printing compound is printed on the surface of the fabric. Specifically, the printing glue can be uniformly coated on the surface of the fabric through a flat screen machine printing process and then baked. The baking temperature can be 130-160 ℃. Different screen printing plates can be selected according to different patterns to print on the surface of the fabric to finish the fabric.
The method for manufacturing a body temperature-adjustable garment according to embodiment 3, after step S1030, may further include: and cutting to make the clothes. The garment may include at least one of a summer T-shirt, a summer POLO shirt, a summer home wear, a winter down wear, a winter cotton wear, a winter sanitary wear, and a winter wind wear.
As described above, the temperature regulating capsule particles may be printed on the surface of the fabric through a fabric printing process.
In conclusion, the temperature-regulating capsule particles can be attached to the material yarns through a fiber yarn process and/or printed on the surface of the fabric through a fabric printing process to manufacture the functional clothes capable of regulating the temperature of the internal climate environment, so that the internal climate environment can be regulated to maintain an ideal temperature. FIG. 11 is a schematic illustration of an exemplary form of attaching temperature regulating capsule particles to a yarn of material by a fiber yarn process. The form of attachment of the temperature-adjusted capsule particles under microscopic observation is shown in FIG. 11. FIG. 12 is a schematic view of an exemplary form of providing temperature regulating capsule particles printed on the surface of a facestock by a facestock printing process. The fabric is manufactured through the two forms to further manufacture the functional clothes capable of adjusting the temperature of the internal climate environment, so that the internal climate environment can be adjusted to keep an ideal temperature.
The garment capable of adjusting the body feeling temperature can be applied to the warm keeping function of winter garments and the cooling function of summer garments. When the external temperature is higher than the temperature of a human body, namely heat is felt, the paraffin in the soft paste shape in the temperature-adjusting capsule particles is dissolved, and the redundant heat is absorbed to reduce the surface temperature of the body. On the contrary, when the sensible temperature is low, namely the feeling is cold, the pasty paraffin in the temperature-adjusting capsule particles can be changed into solid, and the accumulated heat is released. It is because of this repeated cycling that the desired temperature range for the human body can be maintained.

3. The body-temperature-sensing-adjustable garment according to claim 1, wherein the garment fabric comprises a polyester material.
4. A method of making a body temperature regulating garment according to any of claims 1-3, wherein when said plurality of temperature regulating capsule particles comprises temperature regulating capsule particles attached to fibers of a fabric, said method comprises:
mixing the temperature-adjusting capsule particles with fiber raw materials and spinning;
and spinning the fiber obtained by spinning into fabric.

The method of claim 4, wherein spinning after mixing the temperature-regulating capsule particles with the fiber material comprises: the temperature-regulating capsule particles are physically blended with the fiber raw material so that the temperature-regulating capsule particles are dispersed in the spinning melt, and then the spinning is carried out after passing through a spinneret plate.
6. The method of claim 4 or 5, wherein the spinning conditions are a spinning temperature of 260 ℃ to 290 ℃.
7. The method of claim 4 or 5, wherein the step of mixing the temperature-controlled capsule particles with the fiber material to form a spun yarn comprises: and (3) cooling the fiber obtained by spinning by blowing, oiling, stretching, winding and forming to obtain the raw yarn.
8. The manufacturing method of claim 7, wherein the cooling air temperature is 15 ℃ to 25 ℃, the cooling air speed is 0.5m/s to 1m/s, and the relative humidity of the cooling air is 60% to 90%; the stretching ratio is 1.1 to 1.5.
9. A method of making a body temperature regulating garment according to any of claims 1-3, wherein when said plurality of thermoregulating capsule particles comprises thermoregulating capsule particles as a coating printed onto a surface of a fabric, said method comprising:
preparing the temperature-regulating capsule particles into temperature-regulating capsule particle emulsion;
mixing the temperature-adjusting capsule particle emulsion with an adhesive to prepare a printing sizing material;
printing the printing sizing material on the surface of the fabric.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein printing the printing size on the face fabric surface comprises: coating the printing glue on the surface of the fabric through a printing process of a flat screen machine, and then baking.
