Description

Weeding composition containing oxaziclomefone and pinoxaden and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a weeding composition containing oxaziclomefone and pinoxaden and application thereof.
Background
Rice is the main grain crop in China, and rice field weeding is one of the most main problems in rice production. Chemical weeding is the most economic and effective means in preventing and removing weeds in rice fields, and has the characteristics of low cost, high efficiency, simple and convenient operation, low labor intensity, obvious prevention and control effect and the like, but the problems of drug resistance and resistance evolution of weeds and the like can be caused by long-term continuous high-dose application of a single variety or a single action mode of chemical herbicide. In addition, the weed phase of the paddy field is complex, various weeds such as gramineous weeds, broadleaf weeds and cyperaceae are mixed, the weeds in the paddy field cannot be completely solved by a single variety of herbicide, and the defects or limitations of one aspect can be shown. Hitherto, the reasonable compounding or mixing of different kinds of herbicides has the advantages of expanding the weed spectrum, improving the control effect, delaying the generation of drug resistance and resistance of weeds, and the like, and is one of the most effective methods for solving the problems.
The oxaziclomefone (oxaziclomefone) is developed by two Mitsubishi oil chemical Co., Ltd and the Japanese agricultural cooperation union, belongs to organic heterocycles, has an unknown action mechanism, is an systemic conduction type paddy field herbicide, can prevent and kill various weeds such as barnyard grass, chickweed, moleplant seed, cyperus rotundus L and the like, and particularly has the advantages of high efficiency and long residual effect on the prevention and control of the barnyard grass. After the oxaziclomefone is applied to the paddy field, the oxaziclomefone is mainly absorbed by roots, stems and leaves of weeds, and the stems and leaves of the weeds lose green and stop growing after the weeds are contacted with the pesticide until the weeds die.
Pinoxaden, common english name: pinoxaden. Pinoxaden is a new chemical class-representatives of the phenylpyrazoline class. After it is absorbed by plant, by inhibiting acetyl coenzyme A carboxylase in plant body, fatty acid synthesis is hindered, cell growth and division are stopped, and lipid-containing structure of cell membrane is destroyed, so that weed is killed. After being absorbed by plant leaves, the weeding composition is quickly transferred to growing points of the leaves and stems, then transferred to the whole plant, sensitive weeds stop growing after 48 hours, the leaves of the weeds begin to yellow within 1-2 weeks, the weeds die completely within 3-4 weeks, the weeding composition is safe to rice, has an excellent effect of preventing and treating barnyard grass, and is suitable for preventing and killing weeds such as barnyard grass, moleplant, crabgrass, cricket grass, green bristlegrass and alopecurus pubescens in rice, wheat, soybean, peanut, corn, vegetable fields and orchards.
The reasonable compounding of the herbicide is an effective method for improving the control effect, delaying the succession speed of weed communities, reducing the resistance risk brought by the use of a single variety of herbicide, reducing the pollution to the environment, reducing the use cost and reducing the herbicide residue. The inventor carries out intensive research on the herbicide, finds that the compounding of the oxaziclomefone and the pinoxaden shows a synergistic effect on weeds in the paddy field within a certain compounding ratio range on the basis of a large amount of indoor formula screening tests and field pesticide effect tests, and the compounding and application of the oxaziclomefone and the pinoxaden are not reported at present.

After the application, the damage symptoms of the barnyard grass are recorded in detail, and the fresh weight parts of the barnyard grass treated on the ground are cut off 40 days after the treatment and weighed, and the fresh weight inhibition rate is calculated.
The formula for evaluating the herbicide combination according to the Colby method is as follows:
in the formula:
a is the percentage of the fresh weight inhibition rate of the oxaziclomefone to the target weeds when a certain dosage is used singly as a control;
b is the percentage of the fresh weight inhibition rate of pinoxaden to the target weeds when a certain dosage is used singly as a control;
n is the number of the mixed herbicide products, and n is 2 in the test;
E 0the fresh weight inhibition rate of the two agents, namely oxaziclomefone and pinoxaden, to the target weeds when the two agents are mixed is the theoretical value of the control percentage;
and E is an actual measurement value of the contrast of the fresh weight inhibition rate of the target weeds when two medicaments, namely oxaziclomefone and pinoxaden, are mixed.
Evaluation criteria: when E is 0-E > 10%, expressed as a synergistic effect; when the proportion is less than or equal to 10 percent of E 0When E is less than or equal to 10 percent, the composition is expressed as a synergistic phaseAdding; when E is 0When E is less than-10%, the synergistic antagonism is shown.
