本发明实施例公开了一种刷量终端检测方法及装置，其中的方法包括：获取发送第一下载请求的目标终端的下载信息，所述第一下载请求携带第一资源标识，所述下载信息包括所述目标终端在第一预设时间段内的总下载次数；在检测到所述总下载次数大于或等于第一预设阈值时，确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。本发明实施例有利于实现检测刷量终端。
