Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The tank cover, the liquid storage tank and the unmanned aerial vehicle of the invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The features of the following examples and embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a cover 30 of a liquid storage tank 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a clamping ring 1, a cover 2, and a sealing structure 4. Wherein, hoop ring 1 is used for with liquid reserve tank 200 fixed connection, specifically, liquid reserve tank 200 includes box 10 and locates the first opening 20 on the box 10, hoop ring 1 and first opening 20 (being the inlet) fixed connection. The cover 2 of the present embodiment is engaged with the fastening ring 1, and the cover 2 and the fastening ring 1 form a receiving space 3. Further, the cover 2 is further provided with an opening 21, and the opening 21 is communicated with the accommodating space 3. The seal structure 4 is accommodated in the accommodation space 3, and the seal structure 4 is rotatably connected to the lid body 2.
The seal structure 4 of the present embodiment includes a sealed state and an opened state. When the sealing structure 4 is in a sealing state (at this time, the box cover 30 is also in a sealing state), the sealing structure 4 cooperates with the opening 21 under the action of the self-locking force to seal the opening 21 and prevent the liquid medicine (or other liquid) in the box body 10 from splashing out.
When the seal structure 4 is pressurized, the seal structure 4 can be rotated to an open state (at this time, the cover 30 is also in an open state) within the housing space 3 with respect to the lid body 2 to open the opening 21. The sealing structure 4 of this embodiment can overcome the locking force of self and rotate to the open mode relatively lid 2 under the external pressure effect to make opening 21 open, need not the manual case lid 30 of opening and can add the liquid medicine in the box 10 fast, promote the efficiency that the liquid medicine added.
In the present embodiment, the sealing structure 4 is pressurized from the side of the sealing structure 4 away from the housing space 3, so that the sealing structure 4 is switched from the sealed state to the open state. For example, when needing to use automatic doser to add the liquid medicine for liquid reserve tank 200, accessible automatic doser water injection well choke top is held seal structure 4 and is kept away from accommodating space 3 and goes out one side, when the locking force of seal structure 4 is overcome to the top holding force that the water injection well choke was exerted on seal structure 4, seal structure 4 rotates to the open mode relative lid 2 in accommodating space 3 promptly for opening 21 is opened, and the water injection well choke stretches into opening 21 and gets into in the box 10 and realize the function of adding the liquid medicine fast, need not manual case lid 30 of opening. The automatic extension of the water nozzle into the opening 21 can not only prevent the added liquid medicine from spilling, but also save the cost, and has the advantages of cleanness, sanitation and environmental protection.
The lid 2 of the present embodiment is substantially circular, and the opening 21 is provided in the middle of the lid 2 or at another position of the lid 2. The opening 21 may be circular, oval or other shape, and the shape and size of the sealing structure 4 are matched with those of the opening 21.
The specific structure of the sealing structure 4 may be designed according to actual requirements, for example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4 to 7, the sealing structure 4 may include a sealing cover 41 and a locking member 42 for connecting the sealing cover 41 to the cover body 2. Specifically, the locker 42 has a locking force, and the sealing cover 41 is engaged with the opening 21 by the locking force of the locker 42 to seal the opening 21. When the sealing cover 41 is pressurized, the sealing cover 41 can be rotated in the housing space 3 to be separated from the opening 21 with respect to the lid body 2 to open the lid body 2. In this embodiment, when the box cover 30 is in the sealed state, a pushing force can be applied to the sealing cover 41 from the side of the sealing cover 41 away from the accommodating space 3, and when the pushing force is large enough (the pushing force can overcome the locking force of the locking member 42), the sealing cover 41 will rotate relative to the cover 2 and separate from the opening 21, thereby opening the cover 2. In the process of opening the cover body 2, the water nozzle of the automatic doser can apply jacking force to the sealing cover 41, so that the time for manually disassembling the box cover 30 from the box body 10 is saved, and the liquid medicine adding efficiency is improved.
The shape and size of the sealing cover 41 of the present embodiment are adapted to the shape and size of the opening 21. In one embodiment, the sealing cover 41 has a size equal to that of the opening 21, and the sealing cover 41 is embedded in the opening 21. In another embodiment, the sealing cover 41 is slightly larger than the opening 21, and the side of the sealing cover 41 remote from the housing space 3 abuts the edge of the opening 21.
When the seal structure 4 is in the sealed state, the side of the seal cover 41 remote from the housing space 3 abuts against the area of the lid body 2 near the opening 21,
the specific structure of the locking member 42 can also be designed according to practical requirements, for example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4 to 7, the locking member 42 can include a connecting shaft 421 and a torsion spring 422 sleeved on the connecting shaft 421. The sealing cover 41 of this embodiment is connected to the lid body 2 through a connecting shaft 421, and one end of the torsion spring 422 is engaged with the lid body 2 and the other end is engaged with the sealing cover 41.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, the cover 2 is provided with a mounting portion 22, the sealing cover 41 is provided with a connecting portion 412, and the connecting shaft 421 penetrates the mounting portion 22 and the connecting portion 412, so that the sealing cover 41 is rotatably connected to the cover 2. Specifically, the connecting portion 412 includes a first connecting portion 4121 and a second connecting portion 4122, and the mounting portion 22 is disposed between the first connecting portion 4121 and the second connecting portion 4122. The connecting shaft 421 includes a first end and a second end (not labeled in the figure), the first end is inserted into the first connecting portion 4121 after passing through the mounting portion 22, the second end is inserted into the second connecting portion 4122 after passing through the mounting portion 22, and the torsion spring 422 is disposed between the first end and the second end, so that the torsion spring 422 can be limited by the first connecting portion 4121 and the second connecting portion 4122.
Alternatively, the connecting portion 412 may be integrally formed with the sealing cover 41, or/and the mounting portion 22 may be integrally formed with the lid body 2.
In the sealing cover 41 of the present embodiment, whether in the sealing state or the opening state, the torsion spring 422 always maintains a state in which one end thereof is engaged with the lid body 2 and the other end thereof is engaged with the sealing cover 41. For example, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the torsion spring 422 includes two end portions 4221 and an insertion portion 4222 disposed between the two end portions 4221, the two end portions 4221 abut against one side of the cover body 2 facing the accommodating space 3, and the insertion portion 4222 is inserted into and engaged with the sealing cover 41. In this embodiment, the sealing cover 41 includes a plug groove, and the plug portion 4222 is plugged into the plug groove. In the process that the sealing cover 41 rotates relative to the cover body 2, the insertion part 4222 is in insertion fit with the insertion groove, so that the torsion spring 422 is not easy to separate from the sealing cover 41, the torsion spring 422 is ensured to apply a locking force to the sealing cover 41 all the time, and after the external pressure is removed, the sealing cover 41 can be restored to a sealing state from an opening state under the action of the locking force. Wherein, the inserting groove is arranged between the first connecting part 4121 and the second connecting part 4122. Of course, the two end portions 4221 may be engaged with the side of the cover 2 facing the receiving space 3, and/or the engagement portion 4222 may abut against the seal cover 41.
In another embodiment, the torsion spring 422 includes two end portions 4221, one end portion 4221 abuts or is inserted into one side of the cover 2 facing the accommodating space 3, and the other end portion 4221 abuts or is inserted into the sealing cover 41.
Of course, the torsion spring 422 of the present embodiment may be replaced by other elastic members having locking force.
Referring again to fig. 4-7, the sealing structure 4 may further include a first sealing member 43 disposed on the sealing cover 41. When the sealing structure 4 is in the sealing state, the first sealing member 43 is engaged with the sealing cover 41 toward the side of the accommodating space 3 to seal the opening 21 and prevent the liquid medicine in the case 10 from leaking out from the connection between the opening 21 and the sealing cover 41. The first seal 43 of the present embodiment is a packing, and seals the periphery of the opening 21 with the packing to prevent leakage of the chemical solution. In addition, the material of the first sealing member 43 can be selected according to the requirement, such as rubber, silicon gel, etc.
The way of matching the first sealing member 43 with the sealing cover 41 can be designed according to the requirement, for example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 9, the sealing cover 41 is slightly larger than the opening 21, the edge of the side of the sealing cover 41 far away from the accommodating space 3 is provided with a groove 413, and the first sealing member 43 is embedded in the groove 413. In the present embodiment, the seal cover 41 prevents the leakage of the chemical solution from the joint between the seal cover 41 and the opening 21 by the first seal 43 abutting against the edge of the opening 21.
In another embodiment, the sealing cover 41 has a size equal to that of the opening 21, the first sealing member 43 is sleeved on the outer edge of the sealing cover 41, and the sealing cover 41 is in interference fit with the opening 21 via the first sealing member 43, so as to prevent the liquid medicine from leaking out from the connection between the sealing cover 41 and the opening 21.
Referring to fig. 3 to 9, the sealing cover 41 is provided with an air hole 411, and the sealing structure 4 further includes a ventilation sealing member 44 provided inside the sealing cover 41. In this embodiment, when the air pressure in the tank 200 is greater than or equal to a predetermined pressure (the predetermined pressure is greater than or equal to atmospheric pressure), the vent seal 44 is used to seal the air hole 411 to prevent the liquid medicine in the tank 200 from flowing out through the air hole 411. After the liquid medicine in the liquid reserve tank 200 flows out from the liquid outlet, can make the atmospheric pressure in the liquid reserve tank 200 reduce gradually when the atmospheric pressure in the liquid reserve tank 200 reduces to being less than preset pressure, ventilate sealing member 44 and air vent 411 phase separation to make the atmospheric pressure in the liquid reserve tank 200 equal to atmospheric pressure.
In the present embodiment, the ventilation sealing member 44 includes a knob 441 and a sealing pad 442 disposed on the knob 441, and the knob 441 is fixedly connected to the sealing cover 41. The packing 442 is used to seal the air hole 411 when the air pressure in the reservoir 200 is greater than or equal to a predetermined pressure. When the air pressure in the liquid storage tank 200 is less than the predetermined pressure, the gasket 442 is separated from the air hole 411, so that the air pressure in the liquid storage tank 200 is gradually increased to be equal to the atmospheric pressure. Specifically, when the amount of the liquid medicine in the liquid storage tank 200 is large, the air pressure in the liquid storage tank 200 is greater than or equal to the preset pressure, and at this time, the air hole 411 is blocked by the gasket 442 under the action of the air pressure in the liquid storage tank 200 (the action force of the air pressure in the liquid storage tank 200 on the gasket 442 is opposite to the direction a shown in fig. 4), so that the air hole 411 is sealed, and the liquid medicine in the liquid storage tank 200 is prevented from flowing out through the air hole 411. When the liquid medicine volume in the liquid reserve tank 200 flows from the liquid outlet of the liquid reserve tank 200 gradually, so that the air pressure in the liquid reserve tank 200 is gradually reduced, the external atmospheric pressure can push open the sealing gasket 442 (the acting force of the external atmospheric pressure on the sealing gasket 442 is in the direction a shown in fig. 4), so that the sealing gasket 442 is separated from the air hole 411, the air pressure in the liquid reserve tank 200 is kept consistent with the external atmospheric pressure, the air pressure is kept balanced, the air pressure in the liquid reserve tank 200 is prevented from being too low, and the liquid medicine is difficult to flow out.
The fixing connection between the knob 441 and the sealing cover 41 can be designed as required, for example, in an embodiment, a first buckle is disposed in the sealing cover 41, and the knob 441 is engaged with the first buckle. In other embodiments, the knob 441 may be fixedly connected to the sealing cover 41 by screwing, plugging, or the like.
The tightening ring 1 and the lid body 2 may be integrally formed or may be provided separately. When the tightening ring 1 and the cover body 2 are arranged separately, the cover body 2 is connected to the tightening ring 1. The connection mode of the cover 2 and the tightening ring 1 can be selected according to the requirement, for example, in an embodiment, the cover 30 further includes a rotating shaft 6, the cover 2 is rotatably connected to the tightening ring 1 through the rotating shaft 6, and the cover 2 can rotate relative to the tightening ring 1 to realize opening and closing. In other embodiments, the cover 2 and the fastening ring 1 may be screwed, fastened or otherwise connected.
The fastening manner of the fastening ring 1 and the reservoir 200 can be selected according to the requirement, for example, in one embodiment, the inner sidewall or the outer sidewall of the fastening ring 1 is provided with a thread for fixedly connecting with the reservoir 200 (specifically for fixedly connecting with the first opening 20). In another embodiment, the inner sidewall or the outer sidewall of the fastening ring 1 is provided with a fastener for fixedly connecting with the reservoir 200 (specifically, for fixedly connecting with the first opening 20).
Further, referring to fig. 3 to 7 and fig. 10, the box cover 30 further includes a locking mechanism disposed on the tightening ring 1, and one end of the locking mechanism is fixedly connected to the cover 2 to lock the cover 2 on the tightening ring 1. The other end of the locking mechanism is fixedly connected to the liquid storage tank 200 to lock the cover 2 and the tightening ring 1 to the liquid storage tank 200. Optionally, the locking mechanism includes a locking portion fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the hooping ring 1, the cover body 2 is provided with a second buckle, and the locking portion is in clamping fit with the second buckle. Of course, the matching mode of the locking mechanism and the cover body 2 is not limited to the clamping mode, and the locking mechanism and the cover body 2 can also be fixedly connected by adopting the screw 8 connection or other modes. In addition, the locking mechanism may be connected to the reservoir 200 by a snap-fit connection, or other connection.
In this embodiment, the locking portion is fixedly attached to the outer side wall of the tightening ring 1 by a screw 8. Optionally, the outer side wall of the tightening ring 1 is provided with a first protrusion and a second protrusion (not shown in the drawings), one end of the screw 8 is fixedly connected with the first protrusion, the other end of the screw is fixedly connected with the second protrusion, and the locking portion is fixedly connected with the portion of the screw 8 located between the first protrusion and the second protrusion.
Further, the lid 30 of the present embodiment further includes a second seal 5 provided on the side of the lid body 2 facing the housing space 3. When the lid 2 is placed on the first opening 20 of the reservoir 200, the second sealing member 5 seals the first opening 20 to prevent leakage of the chemical solution from the joint between the second opening 40 and the lid 2.
The matching manner of the second sealing member 5 and the cover 2 can be designed according to requirements, for example, the second sealing member 5 can be embedded on the cover 2, and can also be attached on the cover 2. The second sealing member 5 of the present embodiment is a gasket, and prevents leakage of the chemical liquid by sealing the periphery of the first opening 20 with the gasket. In addition, the material of the second sealing member 5 can be selected according to the requirement, such as rubber, silicon gel, etc.

Wherein, the box body 10 is provided with a liquid storage cavity for storing liquid medicine. The first opening 20 communicates with the liquid storage chamber, and the first opening 20 of this embodiment is used as a liquid inlet. The structure of the case cover 30 is shown in fig. 1 to 10, and reference may be made to the description of the first embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
In the present embodiment, the tightening ring 1 of the cover 30 is fixedly connected to the first opening 20.
