when the application interface of the order issuing owner monitors a triggered response message for agreeing to the rapid distribution request, returning the response message to the server;
after receiving the response message, the server generates two-dimensional code data, and sends the two-dimensional code data to an application end of the takeaway personnel and an internet of things center of a community where the owner is located, wherein the two-dimensional code is used for starting the elevator to ascend and descend by the takeaway personnel and enabling the takeaway personnel to pass through a cell access control device;
when the takeaway personnel pass through the community access control device by using the two-dimension code, the community access control device transmits the event to an internet of things center of the community, and the internet of things center acquires the address data of the order owner and controls the elevator in the building corresponding to the address to descend to the first floor.
2. The intelligent community-based takeaway quick distribution method according to claim 1, wherein the quick distribution request includes identity information of the takeaway personnel and a client routing address of the order owner.
3. The intelligent community-based takeaway quick distribution method of claim 1, wherein the step of receiving and processing the quick distribution request via the server comprises:
the server receives a rapid delivery request initiated by the takeout personnel through the application terminal and stores the request;
and the server adds a window calling instruction to the rapid distribution request, and sends the rapid distribution request added with the window calling instruction to the application end of the order owner, wherein the window calling instruction is used for enabling the application end of the order owner to display a preset application interface.
4. The intelligent community-based takeaway quick distribution method according to claim 3, wherein the preset application interface includes a takeaway personnel information display area, an approval request trigger button and a rejection request trigger button.

The intelligent community-based takeaway quick distribution method according to claim 4, wherein before the step of monitoring a response message for granting a quick distribution request triggered by the application interface of the next owner and returning the response message to the server, the method further comprises:
