Therefore, the visitor access authorization flow is optimized, the visitor management labor cost is reduced, the visitor passing efficiency is ensured, and therefore the community visitor experience of various different identities is improved.

Claims (10)
1. A self-service visitor management method, comprising:
obtaining an access authorization request, wherein the access authorization request comprises identity information and position information of a current visitor;
generating visitor information according to the identity information of the current visitor, and sending the visitor information to a corresponding cell management platform according to the position information of the current visitor so that the cell management platform carries out monitoring verification according to the visitor information;
and receiving a monitoring verification result fed back by the cell management platform, determining that the current visitor passes the verification according to the monitoring verification result, generating authorization information according to the visitor information, and sending the authorization information to the current visitor.
2. The self-service visitor management method of claim 1 wherein generating visitor information based on the identity information of the current visitor comprises:
and determining occupational information, access items and the frequency of entering and exiting the cell of the current visitor according to the identity information of the current visitor.
3. The self-service visitor management method of claim 2 wherein generating authorization information based on the visitor information comprises:
and generating a pass code according to the occupation information, the access items and the frequency of entering and exiting the cell of the current visitor, and setting effective duration for the pass code.
4. The self-service visitor management method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein when the authorization information is within a valid duration, the authorization information is further authenticated, and when it is determined that the current visitor is in a blacklist according to an authentication processing result, the authorization information is controlled to be invalid.
5. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a self-service guest management program which, when executed by a processor, implements a self-service guest management method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
6. A cloud platform comprising a memory, a processor and a self-service guest management program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, the processor implementing the self-service guest management method of any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the self-service guest management program.
7. A self-service visitor management system, comprising: a self-service terminal, a cloud platform, a mobile terminal and a cell management platform, wherein the mobile terminal and the cell management platform are communicated with the cloud platform,
the mobile terminal is used for sending an access authorization request, wherein the access authorization request comprises identity information and position information of a current visitor;
the cloud platform is used for receiving the access authorization request, generating visitor information according to the identity information of the current visitor and sending the visitor information to the cell management platform according to the position information of the current visitor;
the community management platform is used for monitoring and verifying the current visitor information acquired by the self-service terminal according to the visitor information and sending a monitoring and verifying result to the cloud platform;
the cloud platform is further used for receiving a monitoring verification result fed back by the cell management platform, determining that the current visitor passes the verification according to the monitoring verification result, generating authorization information according to the visitor information, and sending the authorization information to the mobile terminal.
8. The self-service visitor management system of claim 7 wherein the cloud platform is further configured to determine occupational information, access issues, and frequency of entering and exiting a cell of the current visitor based on the identity information of the current visitor.
9. The self-service visitor management system of claim 8 wherein the cloud platform is further configured to generate a pass code based on occupational information, access issues, and frequency of entering and exiting a cell of the current visitor and set an effective duration for the pass code.
10. The self-service visitor management system of any one of claims 7-9 wherein the cloud platform is further configured to perform authentication processing on the authorization information when the authorization information is within a valid duration, and to control the authorization information to be invalid when the current visitor is determined to be in a blacklist according to an authentication processing result.
