All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In this application, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a service request method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The service request method comprises the following steps:
s101: a service request requesting a target service provided by a target leg of a target airline operator is received.
It should be noted that the target service requested by the passenger may be an onboard wheelchair, a stretcher passenger, a children meal, etc., the target airline may be an airline such as international airline CA, lucky airline HO in shanghai, airline HU in south of the hai, airline CN in xinhua, airline JD in capital, etc., and the target segment may be beijing to shanghai, etc. The target navigation, the target navigation section and the target service in the embodiment of the invention can be set according to practical application, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited.
S102: and judging whether a preset first service information table stores first service information matched with the service request.
It should be noted that the first service information includes a first time limit for requesting the target service provided by the target segment of the target airline company.
It should be noted that the preset first service information table may be an advance time limit rule control table. And the advance time limit control table contains at least one piece of first service information.
In the specific process of step S102, the target navigation system, the target navigation segment and the target service requested by the passenger are determined according to the received service request, and whether the first service information matched with the target navigation system, the target navigation segment and the target service is stored in the preset advanced time limit rule control table is determined according to the determined target navigation system, the target navigation segment and the target service, that is, the target navigation system, the target navigation segment and the target service are used as query conditions, whether the first service information indicating the target service provided by the target navigation segment of the target navigation system is stored in the advanced time limit rule control table is queried, and if the first service information indicating the target service provided by the target navigation segment of the target navigation system is stored in the first service information table, the first service information is determined as the first service information matched with the service request.
S103: and if the first service information matched with the service request is stored in the first service information table, judging whether the time for sending the service request meets a first time limit.
It should be noted that step S104 is executed if the time for sending the service request satisfies the first time limit, and step S105 is executed if the time for sending the service request does not satisfy the first time limit.
It should be noted that the service request sent by the passenger carries the time for sending the service request and the departure time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request.
In the specific execution process of step S103, when the first service information table stores the first service information matching the service request, determining a first zero point identifier in the first service information, and further determining a first off-time determination rule indicated by the first zero point identifier, and determining the first off-time by using the takeoff time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request according to the first off-time determination rule; when the time for sending the service request is earlier than the first cutoff time, a first time difference between the time for sending the service request and the first cutoff time is calculated, and the first time difference is compared with the first time limit to determine whether the time for sending the service request meets the first time limit.
S104: the service request is accepted.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the service request is accepted when a difference between the calculated first off-time and the time the service request is sent satisfies a first time limit. For example, when the difference between the first off-time and the time of sending the service request is calculated to be 4 days, and the first time limit is 4320 minutes, that is, 3 days, since 4 is greater than 3, it is determined that the time of the service request satisfies the first time limit, and the service request is accepted.
On the contrary, if the difference between the first off-time and the time for sending the service request is calculated to be 2 days and the first time limit is 4320 minutes, that is, 3 days, since 2 is less than 3, it is determined that the time for sending the service request does not satisfy the first time limit, the service is rejected.
S105: the service request is denied.
The invention provides a service request method, which judges whether the time for sending a service request meets a first time limit included by first service information or not when the first service information matched with the service request is stored in a preset first service information table, accepts the service request if the first time limit is met, and rejects the service request if the first time limit is not met. Therefore, whether the passenger can be provided with the service can be determined according to the time of sending the service request by the passenger when the passenger sends the request service, when the passenger can be provided with the service, enough time is provided for an airline company to allocate the service, when the passenger cannot be provided with the service, the service request is rejected, the passenger is informed, the passenger can purchase other flights and the like which can provide the service request, and the problem that the passenger is influenced by the fact that the passenger cannot be provided with the service by the airline business due to the fact that the time of submitting the service request by the passenger is too short from the flight takeoff time is solved.
In the foregoing embodiment of the present invention, step S102 disclosed in fig. 1 determines whether a preset first service information table stores first service information matched with the service request, as shown in fig. 2, specifically includes the following steps:
s201: and judging whether a preset first service information table stores first service information indicating a target service provided by a target navigation section of the target navigation server.
It should be noted that, if the first service information table stores the first service information indicating the target service provided by the target segment of the target airline company, step S202 is executed, and if the first service information table does not store the first service information indicating the target service provided by the target segment of the target airline company, step S203 is executed.
It should be noted that the preset first service information table may be an advance time limit rule control table, which is shown in table 1.
Table 1:
AIRLINE ID DEP ARR SSR TIME_LIMIT IS_DEPTIME_ZERO
CA PEK SAO WCHC 4320 N
CA LAX PEK STCR 2880 N
HO URC * BLML 2160 N
HO URC * CHML 2160 N
referring to table 1, AIRLINE ID shows the driver, DEP shows the departure airport, ARR shows the arrival airport, SSR shows the requested service, TIME _ LIMIT shows the first TIME LIMIT, and IS _ deadline shows the first ZERO point identifier.
Note that, the star in the ARR indicates that arrival at an airport is not restricted. For example, when the target airline driver of the service request is HO, the departure airport is URC, and the requested service is BLML, referring to table 1, it is determined that the first service information matched with the service request is the third piece of first service information in the advance time limit control table, and the content in the ARR in the third piece of first service information is —, which indicates that the arrival airport is not limited, that is, when the target airline driver of the service request is HO, the departure airport is URC, and the requested service is BLML, the first service information matched with the service request can be determined to be the third piece of first service information in the advance time limit control table no matter where the arrival airport is.
S202: and determining the first service information as the first service information matched with the service request.
S203: and determining that the first service information matched with the service request is not stored in the first service information table.
For a better understanding of the above, the following is illustrated in connection with table 1.
For example, when it is determined that the target navigation service of the service request is CA, the target navigation segment is PEK to SAO, and the requested service is WCHC, it can be known from table 1 that the advance time limit control table (first service information table) stores first service information matched with the service request, and the first service information is first piece of first service information in the advance time limit control table, if it is determined that the target navigation service of the service request is CA, the target navigation segment is PEK to shanghai rainbow bridge, i.e., PEK to SHA, and the requested service is WCHC, it can be known from table 1 that the advance time limit control table does not store the first service information matched with the service request.
In the embodiment of the invention, the target navigation server, the target navigation section and the target service are used as query conditions, the first service information meeting the query conditions is queried in the preset first service information table, whether the service sending time meets the first time limit is further judged, and whether the service request sent by the passenger is accepted can be determined based on the judgment.
Step S103 disclosed in fig. 1 of the above embodiment of the present invention determines whether the time for sending the service request satisfies the first time limit, as shown in fig. 3, and specifically includes the following steps:
s301: and acquiring a first zero point identifier included in the first service information, wherein the first zero point identifier indicates a first off-time determination rule.
It should be noted that, the first off-time determination rule indicated by the first zero-point identifier may be: if the first zero point identifier is N, determining a first off-time determination rule indicated by the first zero point identifier as the takeoff time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request; and if the first zero point identifier is Y, determining the first off-time determination rule indicated by the first zero point identifier as the zero point of the flight take-off time of the target service, wherein the zero point of the flight take-off time of the target service is the zero point of the take-off date of the flight of the target service requested by the passenger.
For example, when the passenger sends a service request requesting to fly the WCHC in the CA1202 of the SAO from the PEK at 19 o 5/25/2019, where the CA1202 is the flight requesting the target service, see table 1, it is determined that the first service information matching the service request is the first piece of first service information in the advance time limit control table, and it is determined that the first zero point identifier in the first service information is N, then the rule is determined according to the first off-time indicated by the first zero point identifier as the takeoff time of the CA1202 requesting the WCHC indicated by the service request (19 o 19/25/5/2019).
S302: and determining the first off-time by using the takeoff time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request according to the first off-time determination rule.
It should be noted that the first off-time determination rule indicated by the first zero-point identifier may be to determine the first off-time as the departure time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request, or to determine the zero point of the departure time of the flight requesting the target service as the first off-time.
For example, the departure time of the flight requesting the target service is 14 # 8, if the first zero point in the first service information is denoted by N, the first deadline is determined as the departure time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request, that is, 8 of 14 #, and if the first zero point in the first service information is denoted by Y, the first deadline is determined as the zero point of the departure time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request, that is, zero of 14 #. The present invention can be set according to practical applications, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited.
Specifically executing the process of step S302, according to the first off-time determination rule, the first off-time is determined as the takeoff time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request or as the zero point of the takeoff time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request.
S303: a first time difference between the time the service request is sent and the first expiration time is calculated.
In the specific execution of step S303, the first off-time is determined according to the first off-time determination rule, and in the case where the first off-time is later than the time at which the service request is transmitted, a first time difference between the time at which the service request is transmitted and the first off-time is calculated.
For example, when the departure time of the flight of the target service is 14 # 8 and the first zero point identifier in the first service information is N, the first deadline is determined as the departure time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request, that is, 8 # 14, and if the time of sending the target service request is 8 # 10, the first time difference between the time of sending the service request and the first deadline is calculated to be 4 days.
When the takeoff time of the flight of the target service is 14 # 8 and the first zero point identifier in the first service information is Y, the first deadline is determined as the zero point of the takeoff time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request, namely the zero point of 14 #, and if the time for sending the target service request is 8 # 10, the first time difference between the time for sending the service request and the first deadline is calculated to be 3 days and 16 hours.
S304: and judging whether the first time difference is smaller than the first time limit.
If the first time difference is not less than the first time limit, step S305 is executed, and if the first time difference is less than the first time limit, step S306 is executed.
S305: it is determined that the time to send the service request satisfies a first time limit.
S306: it is determined that the time to send the service request does not satisfy the first time limit.
For a better understanding of the above, the following examples are given.
For example, when the target airline for the service request is CA, the target leg is for the airport of san Pao, Beijing, namely PEK to SAO, and the requested target service is WCHC, it can be known from the above table 1 that the first service information is determined to be the first piece of the first service information in table 1, and further the first time limit can be determined to be 4320, i.e., 3 days, when the departure time of the flight of the target service is 14 # 8, and the first zero point in the first service information is marked as N, the first deadline is determined as the departure time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request, i.e., 8 o 'clock 14, and when the time for transmitting the destination service request is 8 o' clock 10, a first time difference between the time for transmitting the service request and the first expiration time is calculated to be 4 days, since 4 is greater than 3, it is determined that the first time difference is not less than the first time limit, and it is determined that the time for sending the service request satisfies the first time limit.
On the contrary, if the time for sending the target service request is 8 o' clock of 12, the first time difference between the time for sending the service request and the first cut-off time is calculated to be 2 days, and since 2 is less than 3, the first time difference is determined to be less than the first time limit, and further the time for sending the service request is determined not to meet the first time limit.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the first service information matched with the service request is determined to be stored in the first service information table, a first deadline determination rule is determined according to a first zero point identifier included in the acquired first service information, a first deadline is determined according to the first deadline determination rule, whether the time of the service request meets a first time limit or not is judged by comparing a first time difference between the time of sending the service request and the first deadline with the size of the first time limit, the service request is received when the time of the service request meets the first time limit, and the service request is rejected when the time of the service request does not meet the first time limit.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of another service request method provided by the embodiment of the invention is shown. The service request method includes the following steps S401: a service request requesting a target service provided by a target leg of a target airline operator is received.
In the process of specifically executing step S401, the specific execution process and implementation principle of S401 are consistent with the specific execution process and implementation principle of S101 shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
S402: and judging whether a preset first service information table stores first service information matched with the service request or not, wherein the first service information comprises a first time limit of a target service provided by a target flight segment of a request target navigation server.
It should be noted that step S403 is executed if the first service information table stores the first service information matching the service request, and step S404 is executed if the first service information table does not store the first service information matching the service request.
In the process of specifically executing step S402, the specific execution process and implementation principle of S402 are consistent with the specific execution process and implementation principle of S102 shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
S403: it is determined whether the time for sending the service request satisfies a first time limit.
It should be noted that step S408 is executed if the time for sending the service request satisfies the first time limit, and step S409 is executed if the time for sending the service request does not satisfy the first time limit.

The operation interface related to the service is specifically shown in fig. 5a and 5 b.
S405: and judging the target flight segment according to the flight type judgment rule carried by the second service information, and determining the target flight type of the target flight segment.
Note that the target flight type includes international flight and domestic flight.
In the specific process of step S405, the flight type determination rule includes an S-type flight type determination rule and a D-type flight type determination rule. When the flight type judgment rule is an S-type flight type judgment rule, determining a target flight type of the target flight segment according to a take-off airport and an arrival airport of the target flight segment, if the take-off airport and the arrival airport of the target flight segment are both domestic airports, determining that the target flight type of the target flight segment is domestic flight, and if any one of the take-off airport and the arrival airport of the target flight segment is an international airport, determining that the target flight type of the target flight segment is international flight; and when the flight type judgment rule is a D-type flight type judgment rule, determining a target flight type of the target flight segment according to the take-off airport of the target flight segment, if the take-off airport of the target flight segment is a domestic airport, determining that the target flight type of the target flight segment is a domestic airport, and if the take-off airport of the target flight segment is an international flight, determining that the target flight type of the target flight segment is an international flight. The present invention can be set according to practical applications, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited.
S406: and searching a second time limit corresponding to the target flight type and requesting the target service provided by the target navigation department from the second service information.
It should be noted that the second time limit is preset, and the second time limit may be preset to 4320 minutes. The present invention can be set according to practical applications, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited.
In the specific process of step S406, after the second service information matched with the target service provided by the target driver and the type of the target flight type to which the target flight segment belongs are determined, the second time limit corresponding to the target service requested by the target driver can be searched from the second service information table according to the target flight type to which the target flight segment belongs.
For example, when the target airline company of the service request is HU, the target service requested is KK, the departure airport of the service request is PEK, and the arrival airport is SAO, it can be known from table 2 that the second service information is the first second service information in table 2, the content in TIME _ LIMIT _ TYPE can be determined as S from the second service information, the flight TYPE determination rule is determined as an S-TYPE flight TYPE determination rule, the target flight TYPE to which the target airline segment belongs is determined as an international flight according to the departure airport (PEK) and the arrival airport (SAO) of the target airline segment, and the second TIME LIMIT of the target service provided by the target airline company of the target airline segment corresponding to the target flight TYPE is 0 to 9999999 minutes.
S407: it is determined whether the time for sending the service request meets a second time limit.
It should be noted that step S408 is executed if the time for sending the service request satisfies the second time limit, and step S409 is executed if the time for sending the service request does not satisfy the second time limit.
It should be noted that the service request carries the departure time of the flight requesting the target service and the time for sending the service request.
During the specific execution of step S407, a second deadline is determined based on the second zero point flag in the second service information, a difference between the time of sending the service request and the second deadline is calculated when the time of sending the service request is earlier than the second deadline, and whether the time of sending the service request satisfies the second time limit is determined by comparing the difference between the time of sending the service request and the second deadline with the size of the second time limit.
For a better understanding of the above, the following examples are given.
For example, when the target flight service of the service request IS CN, the requested target service IS STCR, the departure airport of the service request IS PEK, and the arrival airport IS SAO, it can be known from table 2 that the second service information IS the fourth second service information in table 2, the content of TIME _ LIMIT _ TYPE can be determined as D from the second service information, the flight TYPE determination rule IS determined as D-TYPE flight TYPE determination rule, the target flight TYPE to which the target flight segment belongs IS determined as a domestic flight according to the departure airport (PEK) of the target flight segment, the second TIME LIMIT of the target service provided by the requested target flight service corresponding to the target flight TYPE IS 60 to 9999999 minutes, the ZERO point content of IS _ DOM _ depth _ ZERO point can be determined as Y from the second service information, the second identifier IS determined as Y, and when the departure TIME of the target service IS No. 14, 8 points, the ZERO point TIME of the flight TIME of the target service IS determined according to the second ZERO point determination rule indicated by the second cut-off TIME And a second deadline, which is the second deadline being 14 zero, and when the time to transmit the target service request is zero of 10, calculating a second time difference between the time to transmit the service request and the second deadline to be 4 days, since 4 days is equal to 5760 minutes and 5760 minutes is in a range of 60 to 9999999 minutes, and determining that the second time difference satisfies the second time limit, and determining that the time to transmit the service request satisfies the second time limit.
S408: the service request is accepted.
S409: the service request is denied.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the preset first service information table does not store the first service information matched with the service request, determining second service information which is stored in the second service information table and is matched with the target service provided by the target navigation driver by inquiring and inquiring a preset second service information table, and the target flight segment is judged according to the flight type judgment rule carried by the second service information, the target flight type of the target flight segment is determined, after the target flight type of the target flight segment is determined, searching a second time limit corresponding to the target flight type and requesting the target service provided by the target driver from the second service information, and judging whether the time for sending the service request meets the second time limit, if so, accepting the service request, otherwise, rejecting the service request. Therefore, whether the passenger can be provided with service can be further determined according to the time of sending the service request by the passenger when the passenger sends the request service, enough time is provided for an airline company to allocate the service when the passenger can be provided with the service, the service request is refused and the passenger is informed when the passenger cannot be provided with the service, the passenger can purchase other flights capable of providing the service request in advance, and the problem that the passenger trip is influenced because the time for the passenger to submit the service request is too short from the departure time of the flight, so that the airline business cannot provide the service for the passenger is solved.
In the above embodiment of the present invention, step S405 disclosed in fig. 4 judges the target flight segment according to the flight type judgment rule carried by the second service information, and determines the target flight type to which the target flight segment belongs, as shown in fig. 6, specifically includes the following steps:
s601: and acquiring the flight type judgment rule carried by the second service information.
It should be noted that the flight type determination rule carried by the second service information includes a first rule and a second rule. The first rule may be an S-type flight type determination rule, and the second rule may be a D-type flight type determination rule. The present invention can be set according to practical applications, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited.
S602: and judging whether the flight type judgment rule is a first rule or not.
It should be noted that, if the flight type determination rule is the first rule, step S603 is executed, and if the flight type determination rule is not the first rule, the flight type determination rule is determined to be the second rule, and step S604 is executed.
In the process of specifically executing step S602, determining whether the flight TYPE determination rule is the first rule or not, or determining the second rule, for example, as can be seen from table 2, when the determined second service information is the first piece of second service information in the second service information table, determining that the content in the TIME _ LIMIT _ TYPE is S, that is, determining that the flight TYPE determination rule is the S-TYPE flight TYPE determination rule, and further determining that the flight TYPE determination rule carried in the second service information is the first rule; and when the determined second service information is the fourth second service information in the second service information table, determining that the content in the TIME _ LIMIT _ TYPE is D, that is, determining that the flight TYPE judgment rule is a D-TYPE flight TYPE judgment rule, and further determining that the flight TYPE judgment rule carried in the second service information is the second rule.
S603: and determining the target flight type of the target flight section according to the takeoff airport and the arrival airport of the target flight section.
It should be noted that the target flight type includes international flight and domestic flight, and may be set according to practical applications, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
In the process of specifically executing step S603, when it is determined that the flight type determination rule carried in the second service information is the first rule, it is determined whether the target flight type to which the target flight segment belongs is a domestic flight or an international flight according to the takeoff airport and the arrival airport of the target flight segment. For example, when the takeoff airport of the target flight segment is Beijing and the arrival airport is san Francisco, the type of the target flight segment is determined to be an international flight.
S604: and determining the target flight type of the target flight section according to the takeoff airport of the target flight section.
In the specific execution process of step S604, when it is determined that the flight type determination rule carried in the second service information is the second rule, it is determined whether the target flight type to which the target flight leg belongs is an international flight or a domestic flight according to the takeoff airport of the target flight leg. For example, when the takeoff airport of the target flight segment is beijing, the target flight type to which the target flight segment belongs is determined to be a domestic flight, and when the takeoff airport of the target flight segment is london, the target flight type to which the target flight segment belongs is determined to be an international flight.
In the embodiment of the invention, after second service information which is stored in a second service information table and matched with target service provided by a target navigation department is determined, a flight type judgment rule carried by the second service information is obtained, whether the flight type judgment rule carried by the second service information belongs to a first rule or a second rule is judged, when the flight type judgment rule is the first rule, a target flight type to which the target navigation department belongs is determined according to a take-off airport and an arrival airport of the target navigation department, and when the flight type judgment rule is determined to be the second rule, the target flight type to which the target navigation department belongs is determined according to the take-off airport of the target navigation department.
Step S407 disclosed in fig. 4 of the above embodiment of the present invention determines whether the time for sending the service request satisfies the second time limit, as shown in fig. 7, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s701: and acquiring a second zero point identifier corresponding to the target flight type and included in the second service information, wherein the second zero point identifier indicates a second deadline determination rule.
When the target flight type of the target flight section of the requested service IS determined to be a domestic flight, if the content in the IS _ DOM _ DEPTIME _ ZERO IS N, determining that a second ZERO point identifier corresponding to the target flight type IS N, and determining a second cut-off time as the takeoff time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request according to a second cut-off time determination rule indicated by the second ZERO point identifier; and if the content in the IS _ DOM _ DEPTIME _ ZERO IS Y, determining that a second ZERO point identifier corresponding to the target flight type IS Y, and determining the second cutoff time as the ZERO point of the flight takeoff time of the target service according to a second cutoff time determination rule indicated by the second ZERO point identifier.
When the target flight type to which the target flight segment of the requested service belongs IS determined to be an international flight, if the content in the IS _ INT _ DEPTIME _ ZERO IS N, determining that a second ZERO point identifier corresponding to the target flight type IS N, determining that second deadline IS the takeoff time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request according to a second deadline determination rule indicated by the second ZERO point identifier, if the content in the IS _ INT _ DEPTIME _ ZERO IS Y, determining that the second ZERO point identifier corresponding to the target flight type IS Y, and determining that the second deadline IS the ZERO point of the takeoff time of the flight requesting the target service according to the second deadline determination rule indicated by the second ZERO point identifier.
In the specific execution of step S701, a second deadline determination rule is determined by obtaining a second zero point identifier corresponding to the target flight type included in the second service information. For example, as can be seen from table 2, when the determined second service information is the first piece of second service information in the second service information, if the second zero identifier included in the second service information and corresponding to the target flight type is obtained as N, the departure time of the flight of the target service is determined as the second deadline by the second deadline determination rule indicated by the second zero identifier; when the determined second service information is the 4 th piece of second service information in the second service information, if the second zero point identifier, which is included in the second service information and corresponds to the target flight type, is obtained as Y, the second deadline determination rule indicated by the second zero point is determined to determine the zero point of the takeoff time of the flight of the target service as the second deadline.
S702: and determining the second deadline according to the second deadline determination rule by using the takeoff time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request.
S703: a second time difference between the time the service request was sent and a second deadline is calculated.
In specifically performing step S703, a second time difference between the time of sending the service request and the second deadline is calculated. For example, when the departure time of the flight of the target service is No. 14 and No. 8, as can be seen from table 2, when the determined second service information is the 4 th second service information in the second service information, the second zero-point identifier included in the second service information and corresponding to the target flight type is obtained as Y, the zero point of the departure time of the flight of the target service is determined as the second deadline according to the second deadline determination rule indicated by the second zero point, that is, the second deadline is No. 14, and when the time of the service request is the zero point of No. 10, the second time difference between the time of sending the service request and the second deadline is calculated as 4 days.
S704: and judging whether the second time difference is smaller than the second time limit.
If the second time difference is not less than the second time limit, step S705 is executed, and if the second time difference is less than the second time limit, step S706 is executed.
The second time limit is preset, and the second time limit may be set to 1 day or 2 days, and may be set according to practical applications, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
S705: it is determined that the time to send the service request satisfies the second time limit.
S706: it is determined that the time to send the service request does not satisfy the second time limit.
For a better understanding of the above, the following examples are given.
For example, when the target flight of the service request IS CN and the requested target service IS STCR, as can be seen from table 2, the second service information IS the 4 th piece of second service information in table 2, the content in TIME _ LIMIT _ TYPE IS determined to be D, that IS, the flight TYPE determination rule IS determined to be a D-TYPE flight TYPE determination rule, the flight TYPE determination rule carried in the second service information IS further determined to be a second rule, if the takeoff airport of the service request IS los angeles, the target flight TYPE of the target flight segment IS determined to be international flight, the content in IS _ INT _ deptifme _ ZERO IS further determined to be Y, and the second TIME LIMIT IS determined to be 1440 to 9999999 minutes, when the takeoff TIME of the flight of the target service IS No. 14, No. 8, since the second ZERO point identifier in the service request IS Y, the ZERO point of the takeoff TIME of the flight of the target service IS determined to be the second deadline according to the second deadline determination rule indicated by the second deadline determination rule, that is, the second deadline is zero 14, and when the time to transmit the target service request is zero 10, a second time difference between the time to transmit the service request and the second deadline is calculated to be 4 days, since 4 days is equal to 5760 minutes and 5760 minutes is in a range of 1440 to 9999999 minutes, it is determined that the second time difference satisfies the second time limit, and it is determined that the time to transmit the service request satisfies the second time limit.
On the contrary, when the time for sending the target service request is 8 o' clock of 13, the second time difference between the time for sending the service request and the first expiration time is calculated to be 16 hours, and since 16 hours is less than 1 day (24 hours), the second time difference is determined to be less than the second time limit, and further the time for sending the service request is determined not to meet the second time limit.
In the embodiment of the invention, a second deadline determining rule is determined according to a second zero point identifier corresponding to the target flight type and included in the second service information, a second deadline of the requested target service is determined according to the determined second deadline rule, and finally whether the time of the service request meets a second time limit is determined by comparing a second time difference between the time of sending the service request and the second deadline with the size of the second time limit.
