Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In this application, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a service request method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The service request method includes the steps of:
s101: a service request is received requesting a target service provided by a target leg of a target voyage.
It should be noted that, the target service requested by the passenger may be an onboard wheelchair, a stretcher passenger, a child meal, etc., the target airline may be an airline company, for example, a chinese international airline CA, a Shanghai lucky airline HO, a Hainan airline HU, a Dauhua airline CN, a capital airline JD, etc., and the target leg may be Beijing to Shanghai, etc. The target navigation unit, the target navigation section and the target service in the embodiment of the invention can be set according to practical application, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited.
S102: and judging whether the preset first service information table stores first service information matched with the service request.
It should be noted that the first service information includes a first time limit for requesting the target service provided by the target leg of the target voyage.
It should be noted that the preset first service information table may be an advanced time limit rule control table. And the advanced time limit control table contains at least one piece of first service information.
In the specific execution of step S102, by determining a target flight, a target flight segment and a target service requested by a passenger according to a received service request, and determining whether first service information matched with the target flight, the target flight segment and the target service according to the determined target flight, the target flight segment and the target service is stored in a preset advanced time limit rule control table, that is, whether first service information indicating the target service provided by the target flight segment of the target flight is stored in the advanced time limit rule control table is used as a query condition, and if the first service information indicating the target service provided by the target flight segment of the target flight segment is stored in the first service information table, the first service information is determined to be the first service information matched with the service request.
S103: if the first service information table stores the first service information matched with the service request, judging whether the time for sending the service request meets the first time limit.
It should be noted that if the time of sending the service request satisfies the first time limit, step S104 is executed, and if the time of sending the service request does not satisfy the first time limit, step S105 is executed.
The service request sent by the passenger carries the time of sending the service request and the departure time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request.
In the specific execution process of step S103, when the first service information table stores the first service information matched with the service request, determining a first zero point identifier in the first service information, further determining a first deadline determination rule indicated by the first zero point identifier, and determining the first deadline by using the departure time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request according to the first deadline determination rule; when the time of sending the service request is earlier than the first deadline, calculating a first time difference between the time of sending the service request and the first deadline, and comparing the first time difference with the first deadline to determine whether the time of sending the service request meets the first deadline.
S104: and accepting the service request.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the difference between the calculated first expiration time and the time of sending the service request meets the first time limit, the service request is accepted. For example, when the difference between the calculated first deadline and the time of sending the service request is 4 days and the first time limit is 4320 minutes, that is, 3 days, since 4 is greater than 3, it is determined that the time of the service request satisfies the first time limit, and the service request is accepted.
On the contrary, if the difference between the first deadline and the time of sending the service request is calculated to be 2 days, and the first time limit is 4320 minutes, that is, 3 days, since 2 is less than 3, it is determined that the time of the service request does not satisfy the first time limit, and the service is refused.
S105: the service request is denied.
The invention provides a service request method, which judges whether the time of sending a service request meets a first time limit included in first service information or not when first service information matched with the service request is stored in a preset first service information table, and accepts the service request if the first time limit is met, and refuses the service request if the first time limit is not met. Therefore, when the passenger sends the request service, whether the passenger can be provided with the service according to the time of sending the service request by the passenger, when the passenger can be provided with the service, enough time is provided for the airline company to carry out service allocation, when the passenger cannot be provided with the service, the passenger is refused to request the service and informed of the service, and other flights capable of providing the service request can be purchased by the passenger, and the like, so that the problems that the aviation business cannot provide the service for the passenger and the travel of the passenger is influenced due to the fact that the time of submitting the service request by the passenger is too short from the flight take-off time are avoided.
Step S102 disclosed in fig. 1 of the above embodiment of the present invention determines whether the preset first service information table stores the first service information matched with the service request, as shown in fig. 2, and specifically includes the following steps:
s201: and judging whether the preset first service information table stores first service information indicating target service provided by a target leg of the target voyage.
It should be noted that, if the first service information table stores the first service information indicating the target service provided by the target leg of the target navigation, step S202 is executed, and if the first service information table does not store the first service information indicating the target service provided by the target leg of the target navigation, step S203 is executed.
It should be noted that the preset first service information table may be an advanced time limit rule control table, and the advanced time limit control table is shown in table 1.
Table 1:
AIRLINE ID DEP ARR SSR TIME_LIMIT IS_DEPTIME_ZERO
CA PEK SAO WCHC 4320 N
CA LAX PEK STCR 2880 N
HO URC * BLML 2160 N
HO URC * CHML 2160 N
referring to Table 1, AIRLINE ID IS a voyage, DEP IS a departure airport, ARR IS an arrival airport, SSR IS a requested service, TIME_LIMIT IS a first TIME LIMIT, IS_DEPTIME_ZERO IS a first ZERO point identification.
Note that, the term "ARR" means that the arrival at an airport is not limited. For example, when it is determined that the target carrier of the service request is HO, the departure airport is URC, and the requested service is BLML, referring to table 1, it is determined that the first service information matched with the service request is the third first service information in the advanced time limit control table, and the content in the ARR in the third first service information is x, which indicates that the arrival airport is not limited, that is, when the target carrier of the service request is HO, the departure airport is URC, and the requested service is BLML, it is determined that the first service information matched with the service request is the third first service information in the advanced time limit control table no matter where the arrival airport is.
S202: the first service information is determined as first service information matching the service request.
S203: it is determined that the first service information matching the service request is not stored in the first service information table.
For a better understanding of the foregoing, examples are provided below in connection with Table 1.
For example, when it is determined that the target carrier of the service request is CA, the target carrier is PEK to SAO, and the requested service is WCHC, according to CA, PEK to SAO, and WCHC, as can be seen from table 1 above, the first service information matched with the service request is stored in the advanced time limit control table (first service information table), and the first service information is the first piece of first service information in the advanced time limit control table, and if it is determined that the target carrier of the service request is CA, the target carrier is PEK to SHA, and the requested service is WCHC, as can be seen from table 1 above, the first service information matched with the service request is not stored in the advanced time limit control table.
In the embodiment of the invention, the target navigation unit, the target navigation section and the target service are used as query conditions, the first service information meeting the query conditions is queried in the preset first service information table, and whether the service sending time meets the first time limit is further judged, so that whether the service request sent by the passenger is accepted or not can be determined based on the first time limit.
Step S103 disclosed in fig. 1 of the above embodiment of the present invention determines whether the time for sending the service request satisfies the first time limit as shown in fig. 3, and specifically includes the following steps:
s301: and acquiring a first zero point identifier included in the first service information, wherein the first zero point identifier indicates a first deadline determination rule.
It should be noted that, the first deadline determining rule indicated by the first zero identifier may be: if the first zero point mark is N, determining the first cut-off time indicated by the first zero point mark as the departure time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request according to the first cut-off time determination rule; and if the first zero point mark is Y, determining the first deadline indicated by the first zero point mark as a zero point of the departure time of the flight of the target service, wherein the zero point of the departure time of the flight of the target service is the zero point of the departure date of the flight of the target service requested by the passenger.
For example, when the service request sent by the passenger is WCHC in CA1202 of PEK flying SAO from 19 days 5 month 25 in 2019, where CA1202 is a flight requesting the target service, see table 1, the first service information matching the service request is determined to be the first piece of first service information in the advanced time limit control table, and the first zero point identifier in the first service information is determined to be N, the first deadline determination rule according to the first zero point identifier is to determine the first deadline as the departure time of CA1202 of the requesting WCHC indicated by the service request (19 days 5 month 25 in 2019).
S302: and determining the first deadline by utilizing the departure time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request according to the first deadline determination rule.
The first deadline determination rule indicated by the first zero identifier may be to determine the first deadline as a departure time of a flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request, or determine a zero point of the departure time of the flight requesting the target service as the first deadline.
For example, the departure time of the flight of the target service is 14 # 8, if the first zero point in the first service information is identified as N, the first departure time is determined as the departure time of the flight of the target service requested by the service request, that is, the 8 # 14, and if the first zero point in the first service information is identified as Y, the first deadline is determined as the zero point of the departure time of the flight of the target service requested by the service request, that is, the 14 # zero point. The setting may be performed according to practical applications, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
In the process of specifically executing step S302, according to the first deadline determination rule, it is determined that the first deadline is the departure time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request or is a zero point of the departure time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request.
S303: a first time difference between the time the service request was sent and the first deadline is calculated.
In the process of specifically executing step S303, a first deadline is determined according to a first deadline determination rule, and in the case where the first deadline is later than the time at which the service request is transmitted, a first time difference between the time at which the service request is transmitted and the first deadline is calculated.
For example, when the departure time of the flight of the target service is 14 # 8, and the first zero point in the first service information is identified as N, the first departure time is determined as the departure time of the flight of the target service requested by the service request, i.e. 8 # 14, and if the time of sending the target service request is 8 # 10, the first time difference between the time of sending the service request and the first deadline is calculated to be 4 days.
When the departure time of the flight of the target service is 14 # 8 points and the first zero point identifier in the first service information is Y, the first time is determined as the zero point of the departure time of the flight of the target service, which is indicated by the service request, namely, the zero point of the 14 #, and if the time of sending the target service request is 10 # 8 points, the first time difference between the time of sending the service request and the first deadline is calculated to be 3 days and 16 hours.
S304: it is determined whether the first time difference is less than a first time limit.
It should be noted that, if the first time difference is not less than the first time limit, step S305 is executed, and if the first time difference is less than the first time limit, step S306 is executed.
S305: it is determined that the time to send the service request satisfies the first time limit.
S306: it is determined that the time to send the service request does not satisfy the first time limit.
For a better understanding of the foregoing, examples are provided below.
For example, when the target carrier of the service request is CA, the target carrier is WCHC for the target service from PEK to SAO, which is the case of the Beijing to St Paul airport, and the requested target service is WCHC, as can be seen from the above table 1, the first service information is determined to be the first piece of first service information in table 1, and further, the first time limit is determined to be 4320, that is, 3 days, when the departure time of the flight of the target service is 14 # 8, and the first zero point in the first service information is identified as N, the first cut-off time is determined to be the departure time of the flight of the target service request indicated by the service request, that is, 8 points of 14, and if the time of sending the target service request is 8 points of 10, the first time difference between the time of sending the service request and the first cut-off time is calculated to be 4 days, and since 4 is greater than 3, the first time difference is determined to be not less than the first time limit, and further, the time of sending the service request is determined to satisfy the first time limit.
On the contrary, if the time of sending the target service request is 8 points of number 12, the first time difference between the time of sending the service request and the first deadline is calculated to be 2 days, and since 2 is less than 3, the first time difference is determined to be less than the first time limit, and further, the time of sending the service request is determined to not meet the first time limit.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the first service information matched with the service request is stored in the first service information table, a first deadline determination rule is determined according to a first zero mark included in the acquired first service information, and then the first deadline is determined according to the first deadline determination rule, whether the time of the service request meets the first deadline is judged by comparing the time of sending the service request with the first time difference between the first deadline and the first deadline, when the time of the service request meets the first time limit, the service request is received, and when the time of the service request does not meet the first time limit, the service request is refused.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of another service request method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The service request method includes the following step S401: a service request is received requesting a target service provided by a target leg of a target voyage.
In the process of specifically executing step S401, the specific execution process and implementation principle of S401 are identical to those of S101 shown in fig. 1 and are not described herein.
S402: and judging whether the preset first service information table stores first service information matched with the service request, wherein the first service information comprises a first time limit of a target service provided by a target leg of a target voyage.
It should be noted that, if the first service information table stores the first service information matched with the service request, step S403 is executed, and if the first service information table does not store the first service information matched with the service request, step S404 is executed.
In the process of specifically executing step S402, the specific execution process and implementation principle of S402 are identical to those of S102 shown in fig. 1 and are not described herein.
S403: it is determined whether the time to send the service request meets a first time limit.
It should be noted that if the time of sending the service request satisfies the first time limit, step S408 is performed, and if the time of sending the service request does not satisfy the first time limit, step S409 is performed.
In the process of specifically executing step S403, the specific execution process and implementation principle of S403 are identical to those of S103 shown in fig. 1 and are not described herein.
S404: and inquiring a preset second service information table, and determining second service information which is stored in the second service information table and is matched with the target service provided by the target navigation.
In the specific execution process of step S404, second service information indicating the target service provided by the target navigation in the second service information table is obtained by querying a preset second service information table, and the obtained second service information is determined to be second service information matched with the target service provided by the target navigation and stored in the second service information table.
It should be noted that, the preset second service information table may be a default time-raising rule control table, where the default time-raising rule control table includes at least one piece of second service information, and the default time-raising rule control table is shown in table 2:
table 2:
Figure BDA0002241802240000121
referring to table 2, ailline IS an airline, SSR IS a service, dom_earline_time_limit IS a domestic line EARLIEST advanced TIME LIMIT, int_earline_time_limit IS an international line EARLIEST advanced TIME LIMIT, is_dom_depptime_zero IS whether or not the domestic advanced TIME LIMIT IS calculated according to a departure date ZERO, is_int_depptime_zero IS whether or not the international advanced TIME LIMIT IS calculated according to a departure date ZERO, time_limit_type IS an advanced TIME LIMIT TYPE (flight TYPE judgment rule), dom_latest_time_limit IS a domestic line LATEST advanced TIME LIMIT, int_latest_time_limit IS an international line LATEST advanced TIME LIMIT, HU IS a sea boarding, KK IS a passenger quick boarding service of the K cabin, XK IS a passenger quick boarding service of the X cabin, EK IS a passenger quick boarding service of the E cabin, SCTR IS a stretcher service, and ml IS a light meal service.

It should be further noted that, when the flight type of the destination flight of the service request is a domestic flight, the TIME of the service request cannot be earlier than the TIME set in the dom_earline_time_limit and cannot be later than the TIME set in the dom_latest_time_limit; INT_EARLIEST_TIME_LIMIT is the international route EARLIEST advanced TIME LIMIT, INT_LATEST_TIME_LIMIT is the international route LATEST advanced TIME LIMIT, and when the flight type of the target flight of the service request is an international flight, the TIME of the service request cannot be earlier than the TIME set in INT_EARLIEST_TIME_LIMIT, and cannot be later than the TIME set in INT_LATEST_TIME_LIMIT.
For example, when the target airline of the service request is HU, the requested target service is KK, the departure airport of the service request is PEK, and the arrival airport is SAO, it is known from table 2 that the second service information is determined to be the first piece of second service information in table 2, from which the content in time_limit_type may be determined to be S, further, the flight TYPE judgment rule is determined to be an S-TYPE flight TYPE judgment rule, and the target flight TYPE to which the target airline belongs is determined to be an international flight according to the departure airport (PEK) and the arrival airport (SAO) of the target airline, further, the content in int_earleiest_time_limit is determined to be 0, and the content in int_earleime_time_limit is 9999999, that is, the TIME required by the target service KK should be in the range of 0 to 9999999 minutes.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, after a technician of an airline logs in the SKYONE system, the advanced time limit control table and the default advanced time limit rule control table are set in advance in an operation interface related to the service, so as to obtain the advanced time limit rule control table and the default advanced time limit rule control table. The operation interface related to the service is specifically shown in fig. 5a and 5 b.
S405: and judging the target air section according to the flight type judging rule carried by the second service information, and determining the target flight type of the target air section.
The target flight types include international flights and domestic flights.
In the process of specifically executing step S405, the flight type judgment rule includes an S-type flight type judgment rule and a D-type flight type judgment rule. When the flight type judgment rule is an S-shaped flight type judgment rule, determining the type of the target flight to which the target flight belongs according to the take-off airport and the arrival airport of the target flight, if the take-off airport and the arrival airport of the target flight are both domestic airports, determining the type of the target flight to which the target flight belongs to be domestic flights, and if any one of the take-off airport and the arrival airport of the target flight is an international airport, determining the type of the target flight to which the target flight belongs to be international flights; when the flight type judgment rule is a D-type flight type judgment rule, determining the target flight type of the target airport according to the take-off airport of the target airport, if the take-off airport of the target airport is a domestic airport, determining the target flight type of the target airport to be a domestic airport, and if the take-off airport of the target airport is an international flight, determining the target flight type of the target airport to be an international flight. The setting may be performed according to practical applications, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
S406: and searching a second time limit for requesting the target service provided by the target airline corresponding to the target flight type from the second service information.
The second time period is preset, and may be preset to 4320 minutes. The setting may be performed according to practical applications, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
In the specific execution of step S406, after determining the second service information matching the target service provided by the target airline and the type of the target flight type to which the target flight segment belongs, the second time limit of the target service provided by the requested target airline corresponding to the second service information table may be searched according to the target flight type to which the target flight segment belongs.
For example, when the target airline of the service request is HU, the requested target service is KK, the departure airport of the service request is PEK, and the arrival airport is SAO, it is known from table 2 that the second service information is determined to be the first piece of second service information in table 2, from which the content in time_limit_type can be determined to be S, the flight TYPE judgment rule is determined to be an S-TYPE flight TYPE judgment rule, the target flight TYPE to which the target airline belongs is determined to be an international flight according to the departure airport (PEK) and the arrival airport (SAO) of the target airline, and then the second TIME LIMIT of the target service provided by the requested target airline corresponding to the target flight TYPE is 0 to 9999999 minutes.
S407: it is determined whether the time to send the service request satisfies a second time limit.
It should be noted that if the time of sending the service request satisfies the second time limit, step S408 is performed, and if the time of sending the service request does not satisfy the second time limit, step S409 is performed.
The service request includes a departure time indicating a flight requesting the target service and a time for transmitting the service request.
In the specific execution of step S407, a second deadline is determined according to a second zero identifier in the second service information, and when the time of sending the service request is earlier than the second deadline, a difference between the time of sending the service request and the second deadline is calculated, and whether the time of sending the service request meets the second deadline is determined by comparing the difference between the time of sending the service request and the second deadline with the second deadline.
For a better understanding of the foregoing, examples are provided below.
For example, when the target airline of the service request IS CN, the requested target service IS STCR, the departure airport of the service request IS PEK, and the arrival airport IS SAO, it IS known from table 2 that the second service information IS determined to be the fourth piece of second service information in table 2, from which the content in time_limit_type can be determined to be D, the flight TYPE judgment rule IS determined to be D-TYPE flight TYPE judgment rule, the target flight TYPE to which the target airline belongs IS determined to be domestic flight according to the departure airport (PEK) of the target airline, further the second TIME LIMIT of the target service provided by the requested target airline corresponding to the target flight TYPE IS 60 to 9999999 minutes, from which the content in is_dom_deptidime_zero can be determined to be Y, and determining the second ZERO mark as Y, when the departure TIME of the flight of the target service IS 14 # 8 points, determining the ZERO point of the departure TIME of the flight of the target service as the second deadline according to a second deadline determination rule indicated by the second ZERO point, namely, determining the second deadline as the 14 # ZERO point, and when the TIME of sending the target service request IS the 10 # ZERO point, calculating a second TIME difference between the TIME of sending the service request and the second deadline as 4 days, wherein the 4 days are equal to 5760 minutes, and 5760 minutes are in the range of 60 to 9999999 minutes, so as to determine that the second TIME difference meets the second TIME LIMIT, and further determining that the TIME of sending the service request meets the second TIME LIMIT.
S408: and accepting the service request.
S409: the service request is denied.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the first service information matched with the service request is not stored in the preset first service information table, the second service information matched with the target service provided by the target airline is determined by inquiring the preset second service information table, the target airline is judged according to the flight type judging rule carried by the second service information, the target flight type of the target airline is determined, after the target flight type of the target airline is determined, the second time limit of the target service provided by the target airline corresponding to the target flight type is searched from the second service information, whether the time for sending the service request meets the second time limit is judged, if the time for sending the service request meets the second time limit, the service request is accepted, otherwise, the service request is refused. Therefore, whether the passenger can be provided with service can be further determined according to the time of sending the service request by the passenger when the passenger sends the service request, when the passenger can be provided with the service, enough time is provided for an airline company to perform service allocation, when the passenger cannot be provided with the service, the service request is refused and the passenger is informed, the passenger can purchase other flights capable of providing the service request in advance, and further the problems that the aviation official business cannot provide the service for the passenger and the travel of the passenger is influenced due to the fact that the time of submitting the service request by the passenger is too short from the flight take-off time are avoided.
In step S405 disclosed in fig. 4 of the above embodiment of the present invention, the target leg is determined according to the flight type determining rule carried by the second service information, and the target flight type to which the target leg belongs is determined, as shown in fig. 6, which specifically includes the following steps:
s601: and acquiring a flight type judgment rule carried by the second service information.
It should be noted that the flight type judgment rule carried by the second service information includes a first rule and a second rule. The first rule may be an S-type flight type judgment rule, and the second rule may be a D-type flight type judgment rule. The setting may be performed according to practical applications, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
S602: whether the flight type judgment rule is the first rule is judged.
If the flight type determination rule is the first rule, step S603 is executed, and if the flight type determination rule is not the first rule, it is determined that the flight type determination rule is the second rule, and step S604 is executed.
Judging whether the flight TYPE judgment rule is a first rule or a second rule in the specific execution of step S602, for example, as can be seen from the above table 2, when the determined second service information is the first piece of second service information in the second service information table, determining the content in time_limit_type as S, that is, determining the flight TYPE judgment rule as an S-TYPE flight TYPE judgment rule, and further determining the flight TYPE judgment rule carried in the second service information as the first rule; and when the determined second service information is the fourth piece of second service information in the second service information table, determining that the content in the TIME_LIMIT_TYPE is D, namely determining that the flight TYPE judgment rule is D-TYPE flight TYPE judgment rule, and further determining that the flight TYPE judgment rule carried in the second service information is the second rule.
S603: and determining the type of the target flight to which the target flight belongs according to the take-off airport and the arrival airport of the target flight.
It should be noted that, the types of the target flights include international flights and domestic flights, which can be set according to practical applications, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
In the process of specifically executing step S603, when it is determined that the flight type determination rule carried in the second service information is the first rule, it is determined whether the target flight type to which the target leg belongs is a domestic flight or an international flight according to the departure airport and the arrival airport of the target leg. For example, when the departure airport of the target leg is Beijing and the arrival airport is san francisco, it is determined that the target flight type of the target leg belongs to an international flight.
S604: and determining the type of the target flight to which the target leg belongs according to the take-off airport of the target leg.
In the specific execution of step S604, when it is determined that the flight type determination rule carried in the second service information is the second rule, it is determined whether the target flight type to which the target leg belongs is an international flight or a domestic flight according to the departure airport of the target leg. For example, when the departure airport of the target leg is Beijing, the type of the target flight to which the target leg belongs is determined to be domestic flight, and when the departure airport of the target leg is London, the type of the target flight to which the target leg belongs is determined to be international flight.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the second service information which is stored in the second service information table and is matched with the target service provided by the target airline is determined, a flight type judgment rule carried by the second service information is obtained, whether the flight type judgment rule carried by the second service information belongs to the first rule or the second rule is judged, when the flight type judgment rule is the first rule, the type of the target flight of the target airline is determined according to the departure airport and the arrival airport of the target airline, and when the flight type judgment rule is determined to be the second rule, the type of the target flight of the target airline is determined according to the departure airport of the target airline.
Step S407 disclosed in fig. 4 of the above embodiment of the present invention determines whether the time for sending the service request meets the second time limit, as shown in fig. 7, and specifically includes the following steps:
s701: and acquiring a second zero point identifier corresponding to the type of the target flight, which is included in the second service information, wherein the second zero point identifier indicates a second deadline determination rule.
When the target flight type of the target flight section of the requested service IS determined to be the domestic flight, if the content in the IS_DOM_DEPTIME_ZERO IS N, determining a second ZERO point identifier corresponding to the target flight type to be N, and determining the second cut-off time as the departure time of the flight of the requested target service indicated by the service request according to a second cut-off time determination rule indicated by the second ZERO point identifier; if the content in the IS_DOM_DEPTIME_ZERO IS Y, determining a second ZERO point mark corresponding to the type of the target flight as Y, and determining the second deadline as the ZERO point of the flight departure time of the target service according to a second deadline determination rule indicated by the second ZERO point mark.
When the target flight type of the requested service IS determined to be the international flight, if the content in the is_int_depptime_zero IS N, determining a second ZERO point identifier corresponding to the target flight type to be N, determining the second deadline to be the departure time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request according to a second deadline determination rule indicated by the second ZERO point identifier, if the content in the is_int_depptime_zero IS Y, determining the second ZERO point identifier corresponding to the target flight type to be Y, and determining the second deadline to be the ZERO point of the flight departure time of the target service according to a second deadline determination rule indicated by the second ZERO point identifier.
In the process of specifically executing step S701, a second deadline determination rule is determined by acquiring a second zero-point identifier corresponding to the type of the target flight included in the second service information. For example, as can be seen from table 2, when the determined second service information is the first piece of second service information in the second service information, acquiring a second zero point identifier corresponding to the type of the target flight included in the second service information as N, and determining a second deadline determination rule indicated by the second zero point to determine the departure time of the flight of the target service as a second deadline; and when the determined second service information is the 4 th piece of second service information in the second service information, acquiring a second zero mark corresponding to the type of the target flight, which is included in the second service information, as Y, and determining a second deadline determining rule of the second zero mark to determine zero point of departure time of the flight of the target service as second deadline.
S702: and determining the second deadline by using the departure time of the flight requesting the target service indicated by the service request according to the second deadline determination rule.
S703: a second time difference between the time the service request was sent and a second deadline is calculated.
In the process of specifically executing step S703, a second time difference between the time of sending the service request and the second deadline is calculated. For example, when the departure time of the flight of the target service is 14 # 8, as can be seen from the above table 2, when the determined second service information is the 4 th piece of second service information in the second service information, the second zero point identifier corresponding to the type of the target flight included in the second service information is obtained as Y, the zero point of the departure time of the flight of the target service is determined as the second deadline according to the second deadline determination rule indicated by the second zero point, that is, the second deadline is 14 # zero point, and when the time of the service request is 10 # zero point, the second time difference between the time of sending the service request and the second deadline is calculated as 4 days.
S704: and judging whether the second time difference is smaller than a second time limit.
If the second time difference is not less than the second time limit, step S705 is executed, and if the second time difference is less than the second time limit, step S706 is executed.
It should be noted that the second time period is preset, and the second time period may be set to 1 day or 2 days, and may be set according to practical applications, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
S705: it is determined that the time to send the service request satisfies the second time limit.
S706: it is determined that the time to send the service request does not satisfy the second time limit.
For a better understanding of the foregoing, examples are provided below.

On the contrary, when the time of sending the target service request is 8 points of 13 # and the second time difference between the time of sending the service request and the first deadline is 16 hours, since the 16 hours are less than 1 day (24 hours), the second time difference is determined to be less than the second time limit, and further, it is determined that the time of sending the service request does not meet the second time limit.
In the embodiment of the invention, a second deadline determining rule is determined according to a second zero mark corresponding to the type of the target flight, which is included in the acquired second service information, the second deadline of the requested target service is determined according to the determined second deadline rule, finally, whether the time of the service request meets the second deadline is determined by comparing the time of sending the service request and the second time difference between the second deadline with the size of the second deadline, when the time of the service request meets the second deadline, the service request is received, and when the time of the service request does not meet the second deadline, the service request is refused.
