Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the electronic device further includes a host, the flexible display screen and the adhesive layer are manufactured by a manufacturer of the flexible display screen and a related manufacturer, the transparent protection member is manufactured by a manufacturer of the transparent protection member, and finally the manufacturer of the flexible display screen or the related manufacturer assembles and tests the performance of the flexible display screen, the adhesive layer and the transparent protection member, and after the test is passed, the flexible display screen and the transparent protection member are integrally sent to a host assembly plant, and assembled to the host by the host assembly plant, and electrically connected to the host through the flexible circuit board and the connector, so as to realize functions of displaying, bending and the like of the electronic device.
In another embodiment of the present application, a first portion of the transparent protective member is made of a first material, a second portion is made of a second material, and the first portion and the second portion are molded to have a seamless visual effect therebetween, and in an embodiment of the present application, a method of manufacturing the electronic apparatus includes:
adhering an adhesive layer to the surface of the flexible display screen; and forming a first part of the transparent protection piece and a second part of the transparent protection piece on the side, away from the flexible display screen, of the bonding layer by using a compression molding process.
Alternatively, on the basis of the above embodiments, in an embodiment of the present application, the flexible display screen is manufactured by a manufacturer of the flexible display screen, the first portion of the transparent protection member is manufactured by a manufacturer corresponding to the first portion, such as a glass manufacturer, and then the manufacturer of the flexible display screen fixes the first portion of the transparent protection member on the surface of the flexible display screen by using an adhesive to achieve the fixed connection between the first portion of the transparent protection member and the flexible display screen, and finally, the manufacturer of the flexible display screen or a matching manufacturer injects a flexible wear-resistant material into an area of the flexible display screen corresponding to the second portion of the transparent protection member by using a molding or forming method to complete the fixed connection between the transparent protection member and the flexible display screen. And then, carrying out performance test on the whole body consisting of the flexible display screen and the transparent protection piece, after the test is qualified, delivering the whole body consisting of the flexible display screen and the transparent protection piece to a host assembly factory, assembling the whole body on a host by the host assembly factory through a mechanical structure such as a double-sided adhesive tape, and electrically connecting the flexible circuit board and a connector with the host to realize the functions of display, bending and the like of the electronic equipment.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiments, the flexible circuit board and the connector in the flexible display screen may be fixed in the flexible display screen by means of fitting. However, the present application is not limited thereto, as the case may be.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, in an embodiment of the present application, the manufacturing method further includes: and forming a protective layer on one side of the transparent protection piece, which is far away from the flexible display screen, so that the protective layer is utilized to improve the scratch resistance of the surface of one side of the transparent protection piece of the electronic equipment.
Optionally, on the basis of the above embodiments, in one embodiment of the present application, the protective layer is an electroplated layer, that is, the protective layer is formed on the surface of the transparent protection member by an electroplating process, and in another embodiment of the present application, the protective layer is a sprayed layer, that is, the protective layer is formed on the surface of the transparent protection member by a spraying process, which is not limited in this application, and in other embodiments of the present application, the protective layer may also be formed on the surface of the transparent protection member by other processes, as the case may be.

Claims (10)

1. An electronic device, comprising:
a flexible display screen;
the transparent protection piece covers the upper portion of the flexible display screen and is fixedly connected with the flexible display screen, the transparent protection piece comprises a first portion and a second portion, and the flexibility of the first portion is different from that of the second portion.
2. The electronic device of claim 1, the first portion having a flexibility that is less than a flexibility of the second portion.
3. The electronic device of claim 2, the first portion being a cured portion and the second portion being a deformed portion, such that a first screen portion of the flexible display corresponding to the cured portion is not deformable and a second screen portion of the flexible display corresponding to the deformed portion is deformable.
4. The electronic apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the transparent protector is made of a material of the same material; the thickness of the first portion is greater than the thickness of the second portion such that the flexibility of the first portion is less than the flexibility of the second portion; the material is any one of the following materials: glass, graphene or polymethylmethacrylate.
5. The electronic device according to claim 4, further comprising a transparent filling member located below the second portion and deformed according to the deformation of the deformed portion, the transparent filling member being located in a filling space formed by a difference in thickness between the first portion and the second portion, the transparent filling member being configured to fix at least the second portion of the transparent protection member and a portion of the flexible display screen corresponding to the second portion.
6. The electronic device of claim 2, wherein the first portion of the transparent protective member is made of a first material and the second portion is made of a second material, the first portion being molded with the second portion such that a seamless visual effect is provided between the first portion and the second portion.
7. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein a bend radius of the second portion of the transparent protector is smaller than a bend radius of the flexible display screen after the flexible display screen is bent.
8. The electronic device of claim 1, comprising:
a first body;
the first body is movably connected with the second body through a rotating shaft;
the flexible display screen is arranged on the first body and the second body and covers at least partial area of the first surface of the first body, the rotating shaft and at least partial area of the first surface of the second body;
the transparent protection piece covers the upper portion of the flexible display screen and is fixedly connected with the flexible display screen, a first portion of the transparent protection piece corresponds to the first body and the second body respectively, and a second portion of the transparent protection piece corresponds to the rotating shaft.
9. The electronic device of claim 1, comprising:
a body;
one end of the body is fixedly connected with the movable body;
the flexible display screen is arranged above the body and the movable body and covers at least partial area of the first surface of the body and at least partial area of the first surface of the movable body;
the transparent protection piece covers the upper part of the flexible display screen and is fixedly connected with the flexible display screen, and the first part of the transparent protection piece corresponds to the body; the second portion of the transparent protector corresponds to the movable body.
10. The electronic device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a protective layer on a surface of the transparent protector on a side facing away from the flexible display screen.
