and step S12, controlling the operation of one or more devices according to the operation state of each device.
By adopting the optional embodiment shown in fig. 1, the operation of one or more devices can be controlled according to the operation state of each device, so that the optimal control of the operation state of each device is realized, the clothes washing requirement of a user is met, the energy consumption of the clothes treatment system is ensured to meet the household power consumption requirement, and the household power consumption load overload is avoided.
The running state of each device can be obtained by installing a communication module at each device and directly uploading the running state of each device through the communication module, or the running state of each device can be obtained by arranging a corresponding sensor and the running state of each device is obtained by acquiring the running state of each device through the sensor according to the actual running condition of the device. The method for acquiring the operating state of each device can be reasonably selected by those skilled in the art according to design requirements, and the method for acquiring the operating state of each device is not limited by the invention.
In another optional embodiment, the step of obtaining the operation status of each device by the control method comprises obtaining the on or off status of each device, and suspending one or more devices when the number of devices on exceeds a preset number. For example, the laundry treating system includes a pre-holding device, a washing device, a drying device, an ironing device, and a holding device, the number of devices allowed to be simultaneously turned on is 3, and one or more of the drying device, the ironing device, and the holding device are suspended when the washing device is turned on in a state where the drying device, the ironing device, and the holding device have been operated.
Optionally, when the number of the turned-on devices exceeds a preset number, one or more of the devices are paused according to the running time of each device. Optionally, when the number of devices turned on exceeds a preset number, one or more devices having the longest operation time are paused. For example, the laundry treating system includes a pre-holding device, a washing device, a drying device, an ironing device, and a holding device, the number of devices allowed to be simultaneously turned on is 3, the drying device, the ironing device, and the holding device are already operated, the drying device has the longest operation time, the ironing device has the next to the holding device, and the holding device has the shortest operation time, and when the washing device is turned on, the drying device is paused, or the drying device and the ironing device are paused, or the drying device, the ironing device, and the holding device are paused. Optionally, when the number of devices turned on exceeds a preset number, one or more devices with the shortest running time are paused. Optionally, when the number of turned-on devices exceeds a preset number, one or more of the devices are suspended according to the current power consumption of each device. In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the current power consumption of each device may be a rated power of each device, or may also be an actual power consumption of each device, which is obtained by collecting parameters of each device through a sensor and calculating, or may also be a power consumption preset according to an operating mode of each device, for example, a rinsing mode of a washing device, and a power consumption preset according to an actual test result of the washing device in the washing mode. Optionally, when the number of turned-on devices exceeds a preset number, suspending one or more devices with the largest current power consumption. For example, the laundry processing system includes a pre-saving device, a washing device, a drying device, an ironing device, and a saving device, the number of devices allowed to be simultaneously turned on is 3, the drying device, the ironing device, and the saving device are already operated, the current power consumption of the drying device is the largest, the current power consumption of the ironing device is the next to the current power consumption of the saving device is the smallest, and when the washing device is turned on, the drying device is suspended, or the drying device and the ironing device are suspended, or the drying device, the ironing device, and the saving device are suspended. For example, the related device list corresponding to the washing device includes a pre-storage device, a drying device, an ironing device, and a storage device, and the priority order is sequentially the pre-storage device, the ironing device, and the drying device, when the washing device is turned on, if other devices need to be adjusted, the pre-storage device is suspended, or the pre-storage device and the storage device are suspended, or the pre-storage device, the storage device, and the ironing device are suspended, or the pre-storage device, the ironing device, and the drying device are suspended according to the related device list.
In another optional embodiment, the step of obtaining the operation state of each device in the control method further includes obtaining current power consumption of each device, and controlling operation of one or more devices according to the current power consumption of each device.
Optionally, when the sum of the current power consumptions of the devices is greater than the first set value, the operation of one or more of the devices is suspended. Optionally, the first set point is 90% to 100% of the rated power of the laundry treating system.
Optionally, when the sum of the current power consumptions of the devices is greater than the first set value, suspending one or more devices in which the operation time is longest. Optionally, when the sum of the current power consumptions of the devices is greater than the first set value, suspending one or more devices in which the operation time is shortest. Optionally, when the sum of the current power consumptions of the devices is greater than the first set value, suspending one or more devices in which the current power consumption is the largest. Optionally, when the sum of the current power consumptions of the devices is greater than the first set value, suspending one or more devices in which the current power consumption is minimum. Optionally, when the sum of the current power consumptions of the devices is greater than the first set value, calculating a difference between the sum of the current power consumptions and the first set value, and suspending one or more of the devices according to the difference, the current power consumption of the suspended single device being greater than and closest to the difference, or the sum of the current power consumptions of the suspended multiple devices being greater than and closest to the difference. For example, the clothes processing system comprises a pre-storage device, a washing device, a drying device, an ironing device and a storage device, wherein the drying device, the ironing device and the storage device are in operation, when the washing device is started, the sum of power consumption of the washing device, the drying device, the ironing device and the storage device is calculated, if the sum of power consumption is greater than a first set value, the difference value between the sum of current power consumption and the first set value is calculated, one device, such as the drying device, with current power consumption greater than the difference value and closest to the difference value is selected, the drying device is suspended, the washing device is started and operated, and the ironing device and the storage device continue to operate; if the current power consumptions of all the single devices are smaller than the difference value, selecting two or more devices of which the sum of the current power consumptions is larger than the difference value and is closest to the difference value, for example, the sum of the current power consumptions of the drying device and the ironing device is larger than the difference value and is closest to the difference value, suspending the drying device and the ironing device, starting the washing device and running the washing device, and keeping the devices to run continuously.

Optionally, each device corresponds to a related device list, and when one of the devices is to be turned on, if other devices need to be adjusted, power consumption of the related devices is reduced according to the list in the priority order. For example, the related device list corresponding to the washing device includes a pre-storage device, a drying device, an ironing device, and a storage device, and the priority order is the pre-storage device, the ironing device, and the drying device in turn. When the washing equipment is started, if other equipment needs to be adjusted, according to the related equipment list and according to the difference value between the total power of the system after the washing equipment is started and a second set value, the power consumption of the equipment is sequentially reduced according to the sequence of pre-storage equipment, ironing equipment and drying equipment until the sum of the current power consumption of each equipment is lower than the second set value. Optionally, after the devices reduce power consumption as a whole according to the first consumption reduction ratio, if the sum of the current power consumption of the devices is still higher than a second set value, the power consumption of the related devices is reduced according to the priority order of the related device list according to the second consumption reduction ratio. And similarly, the consumption reduction process is circulated until the sum of the current power consumption of each device is lower than a second set value.
In another optional embodiment, the control method further includes sending the alert information to a network side server or a mobile terminal.
Optionally, when the sum of the current power consumptions of the devices is greater than a third set value, sending warning information to a network side server or a mobile terminal. Optionally, the third setting value is equal to the first setting value, that is, when the sum of the current power consumptions of the devices is greater than the first setting value, the warning information is sent to the network side server or the mobile terminal. Optionally, the third setting value is equal to the second setting value, that is, when the sum of the current power consumptions of the devices is greater than the second setting value, the warning information is sent to the network side server or the mobile terminal. Optionally, the third set value is equal to 95% to 100% of the rated power, and when the sum of the current power consumptions of the devices is greater than the third set value, the warning information is sent to the network side server or the mobile terminal.
