Abstract
The invention discloses a complete technology for preventing a bolt from falling and an installation and disassembly method, wherein the complete technology comprises a bolt falling prevention protective sleeve made of anti-aging rubber, an installation and disassembly tool matched with the protective sleeve for use, and a device installation and disassembly method. The rubber protective sleeve is fixed on the high-strength bolt and is connected with the high-strength bolt through the rubber rope, and the protective sleeve is restrained to form an integral structure through elastic materials, so that the purpose of preventing the bolt from falling is achieved, and safety accidents are avoided. The mounting tool is provided with the positioning groove and the pressing and pulling rib, so that the protective sleeve can be quickly and accurately fixed to the joint surface of the mounting tool, and the purpose of quick mounting is realized; the mounting tool adopts a scissor-like design, and the length of a handle of the mounting tool solves the space limitation during high-altitude construction.
