Conclusion
According to the judgment of the result of the immunity enhancing function test specified in 2003 edition of China 'health food inspection and evaluation technical Specification', the cordyceps sobolifera and the sealwort wine have a synergistic effect on enhancing the immunity under the test condition, have an obvious effect of enhancing the immunity of the organism and have an effect obviously superior to that of the conventional single use of cordyceps sobolifera soaked wine.

Claims (10)
1. The cordyceps cicadae miq health wine is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials: 1.0-15% of cordyceps sobolifera sporophore, 0.1-6% of polygonatum sibiricum and 80-98.6% of white spirit.
2. The cordyceps sobolifera health-care wine as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials: 1.2-12% of cordyceps sobolifera sporophore, 0.12-5% of polygonatum sibiricum and 85-97.8% of white spirit.
3. The cordyceps sobolifera health-care wine as claimed in claim 2, which is prepared from the following raw materials: 2.65% of cordyceps sobolifera fruiting body, 0.29% of rhizoma polygonati and 97.06% of white spirit.
4. The cordyceps sobolifera health-care wine as claimed in claim 2, which is prepared from the following raw materials: 1.33 percent of cicada fungus fruiting body, 0.14 percent of rhizoma polygonati and 98.53 percent of white spirit.
5. The cordyceps sobolifera health-care wine as claimed in claim 2, which is prepared from the following raw materials: 2.0% of cordyceps sobolifera fruiting body, 0.2% of rhizoma polygonati and 97.8% of white spirit.
6. The cordyceps sobolifera health-care wine as claimed in claim 2, which is prepared from the following raw materials: 2.4 percent of cordyceps sobolifera fruiting body, 0.24 percent of rhizoma polygonati and 97.36 percent of white spirit.
7. The cordyceps sobolifera health wine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the water content of the cordyceps sobolifera fruiting body is lower than 6%.
8. The cordyceps sobolifera health-care wine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the concentration of the white wine is 42 degrees to 52 degrees.

The preparation method of the cordyceps sobolifera health-care wine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding Cordyceps cicadae fruiting body and rhizoma Polygonati into Chinese liquor base liquor at a certain proportion, stirring regularly, soaking for 60 days, filtering to remove Cordyceps cicadae and rhizoma Polygonati, blending the filtered sake with pure water to obtain a health wine with alcohol degree of 38 degree, bottling and storing.
