The invention discloses a hydrogen feeding method for a swimming pool, a hot spring and a bathing circulating water system, which comprises the following steps: s1, adding hydrogen, and conveying the hydrogen into a circulating pipeline of the swimming pool by a negative pressure adding principle; s2, mixing and dissolving hydrogen and water, and fully cutting and stirring the circulating water and the hydrogen by the impeller which rotates at a high speed under the drive of pressure to fully dissolve the hydrogen and the water; s3, secondarily dissolving hydrogen and water, mixing the dissolved hydrogen and water, and then filtering by using a nano film, wherein the nano film cuts and subdivides water molecules again; s4, using and recycling reproduction, sending the hydrogen-rich water with high hydrogen content into the swimming pool through a circulation pipeline, making the water in the swimming pool always in a hydrogen-rich state, and playing a good role in preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cerebral arteriosclerosis, diabetes, losing weight, improving the physiological cycle of women, gastrointestinal circulation and constipation, eliminating the climacteric symptoms of women and removing body toxins.
