Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that all expressions using "first" and "second" in the embodiments of the present invention are used for distinguishing two entities with the same name but different names or different parameters, and it should be noted that "first" and "second" are merely for convenience of description and should not be construed as limitations of the embodiments of the present invention, and they are not described in any more detail in the following embodiments.
In order to solve the technical problem, embodiments of the present invention provide a vehicle starting method and apparatus, and a vehicle-mounted device. The following first describes a vehicle starting method provided by an embodiment of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a vehicle starting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, including:
s101: and acquiring physiological data of the personnel acquired by the vehicle-mounted detector as to-be-matched physiological data.
For example, a vehicle may be provided with various detectors to detect various physiological data of persons in the vehicle. For example, various detectors such as a weight detector, a blood pressure detector, a thermometer, and a heart rate detector may be provided on the seat to detect various physiological data such as the weight, blood pressure, body temperature, heart rate, and pulse of the person. The specific location and type of the detector is not limited.
For the purpose of distinguishing descriptions, a detector provided on a vehicle is referred to as a vehicle-mounted detector, and physiological data of a person acquired by the vehicle-mounted detector is referred to as to-be-matched physiological data.
S102: and acquiring physiological data of the vehicle owner.
In one embodiment, S102 may include: and receiving the physiological data of the vehicle owner sent by the detection equipment bound by the vehicle-mounted equipment.
The vehicle owner can bind the detection equipment used by the vehicle owner with the vehicle-mounted equipment, and the bound vehicle-mounted equipment and the detection equipment can directly perform data interaction, so that the detection equipment can send the physiological data of the detected vehicle owner to the vehicle-mounted equipment.
For example, the detection device may be a wearable device worn by the vehicle owner, such as a smart watch and a bracelet, or may also be a weight detection device placed in a home scene or an office scene by the vehicle owner, or may also be a mobile terminal with a detection function, such as a smart phone or a tablet computer, and is not particularly limited. The detection devices can detect various physiological data of the vehicle owner, such as weight, blood pressure, body temperature, pulse, heart rate, walking steps and the like.
In one case, the vehicle-mounted device may send a data request to the detection device bound to the vehicle-mounted device after acquiring the physiological data to be matched, and the detection device sends the physiological data of the vehicle owner to the vehicle-mounted device after receiving the data request. For example, after receiving the data request, the detection device may send the latest detected physiological data of the vehicle owner to the vehicle-mounted device.
Or, in another case, the detection device may send the detected physiological data of the vehicle owner to the vehicle-mounted device at regular intervals; or the detection equipment sends the physiological data to the vehicle-mounted equipment after detecting the physiological data of the vehicle owner. Therefore, after the on-board device obtains the physiological data to be matched, the latest received physiological data of the vehicle owner is obtained from the received physiological data of the vehicle owner.
In another embodiment, S102 may include: receiving physiological data of a vehicle owner of the vehicle-mounted equipment sent by a server; and the physiological data sent by the server is uploaded to the server by the detection equipment used by the vehicle owner.
For example, the detection device used by the vehicle owner may upload the detected physiological data of the vehicle owner to the server, and the server records the association relationship between the detection device belonging to the same user and the vehicle-mounted device, so that the server may determine the physiological data of the vehicle owner belonging to the vehicle-mounted device in the physiological data uploaded by the detection device according to the recorded association relationship, and send the determined physiological data to the vehicle-mounted device.
In one case, the vehicle-mounted device may send a data request to the server after acquiring the physiological data to be matched, and the server sends the physiological data of the vehicle owner to the vehicle-mounted device after receiving the data request. For example, after receiving the data request, the server may send the physiological data of the vehicle owner, which is newly uploaded by the detection device, to the vehicle-mounted device.
Or, in another case, the server may send the physiological data of the vehicle owner uploaded by the detection device to the vehicle-mounted device at regular intervals; or after the detection equipment uploads the physiological data of the vehicle owner each time, the server sends the physiological data to the vehicle-mounted equipment. Therefore, after the on-board device obtains the physiological data to be matched, the latest received physiological data of the vehicle owner is obtained from the received physiological data of the vehicle owner.
S103: judging whether the physiological data to be matched is matched with the physiological data of the vehicle owner; if there is a match, S104 is performed.
S104: the vehicle is started.
In one embodiment, the on-board device may match the physiological data to be matched with the physiological data of the vehicle owner, and determine whether the two are matched based on the matching result. In another embodiment, the vehicle-mounted device may send the physiological data to be matched and the physiological data of the vehicle owner to the server, the server matches the physiological data and the physiological data, and sends the matching result to the vehicle-mounted device, and the vehicle-mounted device determines whether the physiological data and the physiological data of the vehicle owner are matched based on the received matching result.
The matching process may allow a certain degree of data to float, and if the two match, it indicates that the person in the vehicle is the owner of the vehicle, and the vehicle is started.
In one embodiment, the positioning information of the vehicle-mounted device may be acquired as the first positioning information; acquiring positioning information of the terminal equipment bound by the vehicle-mounted equipment as second positioning information; judging whether the first positioning information is matched with the second positioning information; in this embodiment, the vehicle is started when the physiological data to be matched matches the physiological data of the vehicle owner and the first positioning information matches the second positioning information.
For example, the terminal device bound by the vehicle-mounted device may be a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone carried by a vehicle owner, or a wearable device such as a smart watch. For example, the positioning information of the terminal device may be obtained through a user account logged in the terminal device, and the positioning information of the vehicle-mounted device may be obtained through a user account logged in the vehicle-mounted device; and matching the two kinds of positioning information, and if the matching is successful, indicating that the owner of the vehicle is near the vehicle, or indicating that the person in the vehicle is the owner of the vehicle. In this case, the vehicle is restarted.
In the embodiment, whether the person in the vehicle is the owner is judged by matching the positioning information of the terminal device with the positioning information of the vehicle-mounted device, and if the person in the vehicle is the owner, the vehicle is restarted. Therefore, the embodiment further improves the safety.
With the embodiment of the invention shown in fig. 1, if the physiological data of the person collected by the vehicle-mounted detector is matched with the physiological data of the vehicle owner, the vehicle is started; therefore, on the first aspect, for a user, the vehicle does not need to be locked/unlocked through a vehicle key, and the vehicle is automatically started under the condition that the user does not sense the vehicle, so that the convenience is improved; in the second aspect, if the physiological data of the personnel collected by the vehicle-mounted detector is matched with the physiological data of the vehicle owner, the personnel in the vehicle is shown as the vehicle owner, and the vehicle is started under the condition, so that the safety is improved, and the risk that the vehicle is driven away by strangers is reduced.
The embodiment shown in FIG. 1 provides a vehicle starting method, and the embodiment of the invention also provides a vehicle door starting method. In other words, the embodiment shown in fig. 1 is implemented by an on-board device after a person enters a vehicle, and before that, the embodiment of the invention provides some solutions for actuating a vehicle door.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a vehicle door starting method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, including:
s201: it is detected whether a person touches the door handle.
For example, a collecting panel may be disposed on the vehicle door handle, and the collecting panel may collect biological texture information such as fingerprints or palm prints, and through the collecting panel, it may be detected whether a person touches the vehicle door handle. As shown in fig. 3, generally, a person usually pulls a door handle to open a door, and in this embodiment, when a person touches the door handle, the following steps are triggered.
In one embodiment, if the detection result of S201 is yes, S202 is directly performed.
S202: acquiring positioning information of the vehicle-mounted equipment as first positioning information; and acquiring the positioning information of the terminal equipment bound by the vehicle-mounted equipment as second positioning information.
S203: judging whether the first positioning information is matched with the second positioning information; if there is a match, S204 is performed.
S204: and opening the vehicle door.
For example, the terminal device bound by the vehicle-mounted device may be a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone carried by a vehicle owner, or a wearable device such as a smart watch. For example, the positioning information of the terminal device may be obtained through a user account logged in the terminal device, and the positioning information of the vehicle-mounted device may be obtained through a user account logged in the vehicle-mounted device; and matching the two positioning information, wherein if the matching is successful, the owner is positioned near the vehicle, or the person pulling the vehicle door is the owner. In this case, the door is opened again.
By applying the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 of the invention, on the first hand, for a user, the vehicle door can be automatically opened only by pulling the vehicle door, so that the convenience is improved; in the second aspect, the positioning information of the terminal device is matched with the positioning information of the vehicle-mounted device, whether the vehicle door is pulled is judged to be the owner, and if the vehicle door is pulled, the vehicle door can be opened, so that the safety is improved.
As described above, the vehicle door handle may be provided with the collecting panel, and the collecting panel may collect biological texture information such as fingerprints or palm prints; in one embodiment, if the detection result of S201 is yes, the biological texture information of the person may be collected by the collection panel; judging whether the collected biological texture information is legal or not; if it is legal, S202 is executed again.
For example, the vehicle-mounted device may pre-store biological texture information such as a fingerprint or a palm print of the vehicle owner as legal biological texture information; alternatively, the server communicating with the in-vehicle device may store biometric texture information such as a fingerprint or a palm print of the vehicle owner as valid biometric texture information. Matching the biological texture information acquired by the acquisition panel with prestored legal biological texture information; if the matching is successful, the collected biological texture information is legal, and in this case, the subsequent steps are continued. As can be seen, in the present embodiment, the safety is further improved.
In addition, if the collected biometric texture information is legitimate, the stored legitimate biometric texture information may be updated based on the biometric texture information.
When a person pulls the vehicle door handle each time, palm parts touching the handle may be different, biological texture information acquired by the acquisition panel is not completely the same, and in the embodiment, the stored legal biological texture information is continuously perfected, so that the matching accuracy is improved.
For example, in the present embodiment, palm print recognition may be used to determine whether the collected biological texture information is legal, that is, the palm image from the end of the finger to the wrist portion is recognized to identify the identity, and this method has the characteristics of simple sampling, rich image information, high user acceptance, difficulty in counterfeiting, small noise interference, and the like. And the palm image is analyzed, so that the influence of noise of the image in a space domain can be effectively avoided, and the image preprocessing step is simplified or even eliminated. In addition, the texture energy is adopted to describe biological texture information such as fingerprints and palmprints, and the biological texture information can be distinguished by using the property of the thickness degree of lines besides the space position, so that the matching is precise.
After the door is opened, the in-vehicle apparatus may continue to execute the embodiment shown in fig. 1. In some cases, the authority to open the door may be different from the authority to start the vehicle for the same vehicle (each corresponding to a different user). For example, the car owner has three mouths, one adult male, one adult female and one child, the three people all have the authority to open the car door, and the terminal devices of the three people are all bound with the car door device, so that when any one of the three people carries the terminal device used by the person and pulls the car door, the positioning information of the car door device is matched with the positioning information of the terminal device, and the car door is opened.
However, only the adult male and the adult female have the authority to start the vehicle, and only the physiological data of the adult male and the adult female are taken as the physiological data of the vehicle owner, and the vehicle can be started only under the condition that the vehicle-mounted detector detects the physiological data of the two persons. In this way, the safety can be further improved.
Or the authority for opening the vehicle door and the authority for starting the vehicle can be the same (corresponding to the same user), and the specific authority can be set according to the actual situation.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of another vehicle door starting method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, including:
s401: it is detected whether a person touches the door handle.
In one embodiment, if the detection result of S401 is yes, S402 is directly performed.
S402: searching whether a terminal device exists in the communication range.
For example, the terminal device may be a wearable device such as a smart watch and a smart bracelet, or may also be a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer, and is not particularly limited. If the judgment result of S402 is negative, the subsequent steps are not executed. If the judgment result of S402 is YES, S403 is executed.
S403: and judging whether the user of the vehicle-mounted device and the user of the terminal device are the same person or not, and if so, executing S404.
S404: and opening the vehicle door.
In one embodiment, S403 may include: judging whether the vehicle-mounted equipment and the terminal equipment have a binding relationship or not; if present, are indicated as the same person.
For example, various electronic devices used by the same user, such as a vehicle-mounted device, a wearable device, a detection device, or a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, may be bound to each other, and for the purpose of description differentiation, the wearable device, the detection device, the mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, and the like are collectively referred to as a terminal device. In this embodiment, if the vehicle-mounted device and the terminal device are in a binding relationship, it indicates that a person pulling the door handle is a vehicle owner, and the door is opened.
In one embodiment, S403 may include: judging whether the user information of the terminal equipment is matched with the user information of the vehicle-mounted equipment or not; if there is a match, the persons are represented as identical.
For example, when a user uses a vehicle-mounted device and uses a terminal device, an account is usually registered, the account may include user information such as a user name, an identification number, a mobile phone number, and a mailbox, and if the user information in the vehicle-mounted device account matches with the user information in the terminal device account, it indicates that a person using the terminal device and a person using the vehicle-mounted device are the same person.
By applying the embodiment shown in FIG. 4 of the invention, on the first hand, for a user, the vehicle door can be automatically opened only by pulling the vehicle door, so that the convenience is improved; in the second aspect, the vehicle door is opened only when the user of the vehicle-mounted device and the user of the terminal device are the same person, and safety is improved.
After the door is opened, the in-vehicle apparatus may continue to execute the embodiment shown in fig. 1. In some cases, the authority to open the door may be different from the authority to start the vehicle for the same vehicle (each corresponding to a different user). For example, a car owner has three mouths, one adult male, one adult female and one child, all three people have the authority to open the car door, and the terminal devices of the three people are all bound with the vehicle-mounted device, or the user information of the three people is registered in the vehicle-mounted device, so that when any one of the three people carries the terminal device used by the user and pulls the car door, the user of the vehicle-mounted device and the user of the terminal device are judged to be the same person, and the car door is opened.
In one embodiment, in the case that the determination result in S103 is yes, the health status of the person may be determined based on the physiological data to be matched and/or the physiological data of the vehicle owner; and if the health state is abnormal, outputting prompt information.
Assuming that the physiological data shows that the health state of a person (owner) in the vehicle is abnormal, for example, the body temperature is 38 degrees, indicating that the person is fever, in this case, the vehicle may be started, and in addition, a prompt message may be output. The prompt message may be a voice prompt message, or may be a text prompt message, and the specific form is not limited, for example, the prompt message may be: the host, your body is uncomfortable, please pay attention to driving safety, and the like, and the specific content is not limited.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a vehicle starting apparatus, as shown in fig. 5, including:
the first acquisition module 501 is configured to acquire physiological data of a person acquired by a vehicle-mounted detector, and the physiological data is used as physiological data to be matched;
a second obtaining module 502, configured to obtain physiological data of a vehicle owner;
a first judging module 503, configured to judge whether the physiological data to be matched matches the physiological data of the vehicle owner; if so, triggering a first initiation module 504;
a first starting module 504 is used to start the vehicle.
As an implementation manner, the second obtaining module 502 is specifically configured to:
receiving physiological data of the vehicle owner sent by the detection equipment bound by the vehicle-mounted equipment;
