When unloading, the telescopic rod of the hydraulic cylinder 10 is retracted by operating the hydraulic system, the clamping arm 2 is driven to rotate towards the direction of releasing the cylindrical goods 15, and the cylindrical goods 15 can be unloaded after being released.
