However, the molding method of the upper and lower bell mouth plastic parts is very troublesome, and half of the bell mouth is required to be molded on one injection molding machine, then the mold is removed, then the half of the bell mouth is put on the other injection molding machine, then the secondary injection molding is carried out, the interfaces are connected, and then the other half of the mold is removed to form the upper and lower bell mouth plastic parts as shown in fig. 4.
At present, a mould for molding an upper bell mouth and a lower bell mouth by one-time injection molding does not exist in the market, because the bell mouths are oppositely opened, the demoulding is not easy, and the blanking is not good after the demoulding, so that the technical blank exists.

A molding die for upper and lower bell mouth plastic parts comprises a feed inlet, wherein a screw rod is arranged below the feed inlet, a pouring head is arranged at the front end of the screw rod, a main runner is arranged at the end part of the pouring head, the molding die further comprises a fixed die and a movable die which are arranged up and down, the pouring head is positioned at one side of the fixed die and the movable die, a limit block is further arranged at the other side of the fixed die and the movable die, the fixed die, the movable die, the limit block and the pouring head jointly form a double-bell mouth injection molding part cavity, the double-bell mouth injection molding part cavity is used for injection molding of double-bell mouth injection parts, the pouring head extends into the double-bell mouth injection part cavity and keeps a certain distance with the limit block to form a sub-runner, the sub-runner is positioned at the central position of the double-bell mouth injection parts, the pouring head can move left and right along with the screw rod, and the limit block can, and a plurality of hydraulic rods are arranged below the movable die and controlled to lift through a hydraulic system. The injection molding of the whole upper and lower bell mouth plastic part is completed on one machine, the original process is effectively reduced, the automation degree is high, and the precision of the processed part is high.
Preferably, a material pushing rod is further arranged on a vertical surface of the fixed die and the movable die. The convenience is discharged when cover half and movable mould are opened.
Preferably, the diameter of the foremost end of the main flow passage is the smallest. When the whole pouring head retreats, the main runner and the sub-runners are easy to break and separate because the position is the position with the minimum caliber.
Preferably, the entire machine is also provided with a hydraulic control unit and an electric control unit. The hydraulic control unit and the electric control unit can input programs, and after the programs are input, the machine can operate according to a fixed operation flow, so that manual judgment is reduced, and the automation degree is improved.
