(1) Installing a pipeline clamp with a rubber pipe clamping ring in an open state on a clamping ring positioning component for positioning a preset installation position of the pipeline clamp, sleeving a sleeve ring of a rubber pipe fixing seat on a brake hose, and installing the sleeve ring on a fixing seat positioning component for positioning the preset installation position of the sleeve ring;
(2) The method comprises the steps that a bent joint of a brake hose is arranged on a first fixed assembly, a lantern ring of a hose fixing seat is arranged on a fixing seat positioning component, a sliding table is pushed to be close to a straight joint in the direction of approaching the first fixed assembly, the straight joint is arranged on a second fixed assembly, the sliding table slides in the direction of being far away from the first fixed assembly under the action of an elastic tensioning assembly, so that the brake hose is straightened, the axis of the brake hose is positioned on a horizontal reference line, and the brake hose is positioned in a hose clamping ring in an opening state of a pipeline clamp;
