4. Press upset flat forming 1.5mm supporting plate
A1.5 mm thick pallet is formed on a 160 ton crank press, and in order to ensure the enough size in the length direction, a strip-shaped groove with the depth of 0.5mm is formed on a die, and finally a 1.5mm thick pallet blank with steps meeting the appearance of a punched pallet is formed.
