(一)技术领域
本发明属于化工装备技术领域,特别涉及一种错位组合搅拌桨。
(二)背景技术
在化工生产中,对于搅拌反应罐常出现罐内上下搅拌混合不均匀,影响反应物料化学反应速度问题,涡轮搅拌桨排液量比较大,混合能力强,但会带来沿涡轮面分成上下两个混合区的问题,上下区域之间物料混合难以实现。本发明错位组合搅拌桨在保证涡轮搅拌桨混合能力强的基础上,解决搅拌罐内被涡轮搅拌桨分区后混合物料不均匀的问题。
(三)发明内容:
本发明错位组合搅拌桨的主要目的是:在保证涡轮搅拌桨混合能力强的基础上,解决搅拌罐内被涡轮搅拌桨分区后混合物料不均匀的问题。
本发明要解决上述技术问题所采用的新的技术方案是这样实现的:该种错位组合搅拌桨,它主要包括六叶推进搅拌桨、搅拌辅助柔性带和叶片上下错位的六叶涡轮搅拌桨,其特征在于:还包括搅拌轴、固定键和紧定螺钉,搅拌轴底部设置叶片上下错位的六叶涡轮搅拌桨,搅拌轴上部设置六叶推进搅拌桨,六叶涡轮搅拌桨和六叶推进搅拌桨通过固定键和紧定螺钉固定在搅拌轴上,搅拌辅助柔性带两端分别通过铆接固定在六叶涡轮搅拌桨和六叶推进搅拌桨的桨叶上。

下面结合附图,对本发明一种错位组合搅拌桨的技术问题所采取的技术方案作进一步说明:它的结构如附图1所示,主要由六叶推进搅拌桨3和六叶涡轮6与搅拌轴1相连接,搅拌辅助柔性带4两端分别通过与六叶涡轮搅拌桨6和六叶推进搅拌桨3的桨叶相连接,六叶涡轮搅拌桨6固定搅拌轴1的底部,通过轮毂5与搅拌轴相连接,轮毂通过键8和紧钉2 固定在搅拌轴1上;六叶推进搅拌桨3设置搅拌桨上部,通过键和紧钉2固定在搅拌轴1上;搅拌辅助柔性带4两端分别通过铆接固定在六叶涡轮搅拌桨和六叶推进搅拌桨的桨叶上。
六叶涡轮搅拌桨结构如附图2所示,六叶涡轮搅拌桨六个叶片间隔一个叶片上下位置错开,一个在轮毂面上面位置,下一个叶片在轮毂面上面位置,交错设置。叶片这种设置可以增加流体在罐内的湍流程度,利于物料混合;在搅拌过程,由于在涡轮搅拌桨6上部设置六叶推进搅拌桨3,六叶推进搅拌桨3转动产生的轴向流动流体破坏了涡轮搅拌桨6沿轮毂面形成上下两个混合区,使得整个罐体的物料得到混合,在涡轮搅拌桨6和六叶推进搅拌桨3 之间的搅拌辅助柔性带4增加了两个桨之间流体的扰动,加速物料混合,促进化学反应。

1.错位组合搅拌桨,包括六叶推进搅拌桨、搅拌辅助柔性带和叶片上下错位的六叶涡轮搅拌桨等组成,六叶推进搅拌桨和六叶涡轮桨与搅拌轴相连接,搅拌辅助柔性带两端分别通过与六叶涡轮搅拌桨和六叶推进搅拌桨的桨叶相连接,其特征在于:还包括固定键、紧定螺钉和轮毂,六叶涡轮搅拌桨固定搅拌轴的底部,通过轮毂与搅拌轴相连接,轮毂通过键和紧钉固定在搅拌轴上;六叶推进搅拌桨设置搅拌桨上部,通过键和紧钉固定在搅拌轴上;搅拌辅助柔性带两端分别通过铆接固定在六叶涡轮搅拌桨和六叶推进搅拌桨的桨叶上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的错位组合搅拌桨,其特征六叶涡轮搅拌桨六个叶片间隔一个叶片上下位置错开,一个在轮毂面上面位置,下一个叶片在轮毂面上面位置,交错设置。
