Abstract
The invention discloses a device for treating oil smoke pollution on a roof, and relates to the technical field of waste gas treatment. The invention comprises an air draft filtering component used for connecting the top end of a chimney; a separation guide cylinder is inserted above the air draft filtering component; an oil collecting and filtering cover body is fixed above the air draft filtering component and positioned on the periphery of the separating guide cylinder through bolts; the air draft filtering assembly comprises a rectangular base plate; a rectangular air pipe penetrates through and is fixed on the lower surface of the rectangular base plate; an annular oil storage tank, an annular slot and a water filter tank are sequentially fixed on the upper surface of the rectangular base plate and are coaxial with the rectangular air pipe from inside to outside; a pipeline fan is fixed between the opposite inner walls of the rectangular air pipe; the lower end of the separation guide shell is inserted in the annular slot. Along with the development of the urbanization progress, the density of the building gradually rises, all oil smoke in the building is upwards discharged from the oil smoke well and is released into the air at the top of the building, and as a large amount of atomized oil mist particles contained in the oil smoke can corrode the surfaces of flowers, plants, trees and vehicles along with the sedimentation of dust, the air pollution is increased. the air draft filtering assembly 1 comprises a rectangular base plate 4; a rectangular air pipe 5 penetrates through and is fixed on the lower surface of the rectangular base plate 4; an annular oil storage tank 6, an annular slot 7 and a water filter tank 8 are sequentially fixed on the upper surface of the rectangular base plate 4 from inside to outside and coaxial with the rectangular air pipe 5, the heights of two side walls of the annular oil storage tank 6, two side walls of the annular slot 7 and two side walls of the water filter tank 8 are gradually increased, and the height of the water surface in the water filter tank 8 is four fifths of the total height; a pipeline fan 9 is fixed between the opposite inner walls of the rectangular air pipe 5;

the oil collecting and filtering cover body 3 comprises a rectangular shell 14 with a lower opening; an air guide cylinder 15 is fixed on the inner top surface of the rectangular shell 14, and the air guide cylinder 15 is arranged outside the separation guide cylinder 2; the lower end of the air guide cylinder 15 is arranged in the inner cavity part of the water filter tank 8; the distance between the lower end surface of the air guide cylinder 15 and the upper end surface of the water filter tank 8 is one third of the depth of the water filter tank 8; oil collecting splitter blades 16 with the lower ends inclined inwards are annularly and uniformly distributed and fixed on the inner top surface of the rectangular shell 14, and air deflectors 18 which do not exceed the axial line are annularly and uniformly distributed and fixed on the inner top surface of the rectangular shell 14; the lower end surface of the guide plate 18 is a cambered surface which is spirally downward and points to the axis; the rotation axis of the guide plate 18 is coaxial with the air guide cylinder 15, the outer surface of the oil collecting splitter blade 16 is in clearance fit with the inner wall of the annular circular plate 10, and two rectangular frame bodies 19 are fixed on four inner walls of the rectangular shell 14; an active carbon filter screen plate 20 is fixed in each of the eight rectangular frame bodies 19; grid ventilation meshes 17 are formed in four side faces of the rectangular shell 14; the lower side surface of the rectangular base plate 4 is fixed with a switch for controlling the starting and stopping of the pipeline fan 9.
