Description

Efficient herbicide for cotton field and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of herbicide preparation methods, in particular to a high-efficiency herbicide for cotton fields and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Cotton is an important economic crop in China, but the harm of weeds in cotton fields in China is serious, so that the economic loss is as high as 14% -16%, and the cotton is a great obstacle for restricting the high-speed development of the cotton industry in China. At present, in the cotton field herbicides in China, the herbicides can be used for post-emergence herbicides of cotton, such as prometryn, carfentrazone-ethyl and the like, and although the herbicide controlling spectrum is wide, the practical requirements of cotton production cannot be well met due to damage to cotton. The safener can selectively protect crops, reduce the sensitivity of the crops to herbicides and not reduce the herbicidal activity, thereby increasing the safety of the crops and improving the weed control effect. However, broadleaf weed herbicides used on cotton have not been effective safeners to eliminate phytotoxicity.
The existing herbicide for cotton fields has an unsatisfactory weeding effect, and cannot effectively remove grassy weeds, broad-leaved weeds and sedge weeds (such as black nightshade and chickweed) in the cotton fields at the same time, so that a high-efficiency herbicide is urgently needed to be researched to effectively remove the weeds in the cotton fields.
Disclosure of Invention
Solves the technical problem
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a high-efficiency herbicide for cotton fields and a preparation method thereof, and solves the problems that the weeding effect of the existing herbicide for cotton fields is not ideal, and the grass family weeds, the broadleaf weeds and the sedge family weeds in the cotton fields can not be effectively removed at the same time.
Technical scheme
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a high-efficiency herbicide for cotton fields and a preparation method thereof are disclosed, wherein the raw materials of the herbicide comprise: 30-35 parts of mixed medicament, 10-15 parts of auxiliary medicament, 5-6 parts of sethoxydim, 2-3 parts of clethodim, 8-12 parts of penetrating agent, 2-3 parts of dispersing agent, 3-5 parts of defoaming agent, 4-7 parts of stabilizing agent and a proper amount of deionized water;
wherein the mixed medicament is prepared by mixing metamitron and haloxyfop-R-methyl dispersible oil suspending agent according to the weight ratio of 33-36: 1-2.
Furthermore, the preparation method of the auxiliary medicament comprises the following steps:
(1) putting 6-8 parts of glyphosate, 2-4 parts of pyriminobac-sodium and 3-6 parts of trifluralin into a grinding instrument, grinding until the particle size is 0.01-0.05cm, and marking as mixed particles;
(2) and (2) putting the mixed particles into a reaction kettle, heating to 30-60 ℃, uniformly dispersing, adding 2-6 parts of vegetable oil, 2-3 parts of thickening agent, 1-4 parts of stabilizing agent and a proper amount of deionized water under a high-speed shearing state, mixing, and uniformly dispersing to obtain the auxiliary medicament.
Furthermore, the penetrating agent is one or more of alcohol ether succinate, siloxane polyoxyethylene ether, isobutyl alcohol and isooctyl alcohol. The penetrant has fixed hydrophilic and lipophilic groups, so that the penetrant can be directionally arranged on the surface of the solution and the surface tension can be obviously reduced, thereby playing a better role in penetration.
Furthermore, the dispersant is stearic acid monoglyceride or hexenyl bisstearamide.
Further, the defoamer is selected from dimethyl siloxane, so that the defoaming agent can remove foams in the herbicide through the action of the defoamer to enable the molecules in the herbicide suspension to be more closely arranged.
Furthermore, the stabilizer is butyl hydroxy anisole or epichlorohydrin.
Further, the method comprises the following preparation steps:
s1, adding the mixed medicament, the auxiliary medicament, the sethoxydim, the clethodim, the dispersing agent and the stabilizing agent into a reaction kettle according to the weight ratio, stirring for 10-20min at the temperature of 40-60 ℃, wherein the stirring speed is 1000-1500r/min, and the obtained mixture is marked as a mixed component;
