Description

Composition for preventing and treating citrus fungal diseases and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a composition for preventing and treating citrus fungal diseases and application thereof
Background
Captan, also called kempton, is a trichloromethyl-thionine-based broad-spectrum protective bactericide, has a main protective effect and a certain treatment effect, and has a sale history of nearly 50 years in the world. The captan has wide bactericidal spectrum and various application modes, can be used for preventing and treating various high and low fungal diseases by foliar spray, dressing seeds of potatoes and peanuts, and can also be used for soil treatment (flushing application, root irrigation, soil mixing and broadcasting application and the like) and preventing and treating various crop root diseases. The captan has good control effect on a plurality of diseases of crops such as barley, wheat, oat, rice, corn, cotton, vegetables, fruit trees, melons, tobacco and the like. The captan has the effects of stimulating the growth of plants and preventing and treating rice sheath blight disease, rice blast, wheat straw rust, tobacco leaf brown spot, cotton seedling stage disease, apple rot and the like besides being safe and harmless to crops.
The sugar alcohol chelated calcium is a substance formed by chelating a sugar alcohol substance with a calcium element, the calcium chelating capacity of sugar alcohols is different, the single sugar alcohol has poor chelating capacity relative to EDTA, but the chelating capacity of multiple sugar alcohols after being compounded is stronger than that of EDTA, so the sugar alcohol chelated calcium is formed by combining the compound sugar alcohol with calcium ions in the field. Because the phloem of the crops contains sugar alcohol substances, the elements taking the sugar alcohol as a carrier can be recognized as the sugar alcohol by the phloem of the crops for absorption and transportation, and are not easy to react with organic acid in the bodies of the crops. Relatively speaking, the sugar alcohol chelated calcium can be transported in phloem, and has better mobility, which is the main reason for higher absorption and utilization rate of sugar alcohol calcium. Compared with the conventional EDTA chelated calcium and the like, the sugar alcohol chelated calcium is a safer and more effective calcium supplement because the EDTA is difficult to biodegrade, and can also chelate harmful heavy metal ions in the environment, improve the activity of the heavy metal ions, and cause the heavy metal ions to enter into the biological circulation, thereby further harming the human health. In addition to calcium supplementation, sugar alcohol chelated calcium may also serve the following functions: 1. can supplement calcium rapidly, promote cell division, accelerate metabolism, promote chlorophyll synthesis, and prevent yellowing. 2. Improving the stress resistance of crops such as fruit cracking prevention and the like, repairing damaged leaves and fruits and playing a role in correcting deformed fruits. 3. Beautifying fruit surface, enlarging fruit, improving appearance and taste, and improving crop quality. 4. No hormone, no heavy metal, and long preservation period.
The citrus is a fruit crop which is popular among people, although the consumption demand of people on citrus is increased gradually, and the planting area of citrus is increased. However, the pest and disease damage of the citrus can obviously affect the yield and the quality of the citrus, reduce the commercial economic performance of the citrus and cause great economic loss. The main diseases of the citrus comprise virus and bacterial diseases, fungal diseases and non-invasive diseases, wherein the fungal diseases comprise scab, anthracnose, black spot, resinosis, gummosis, foot rot, damping off, coal disease, gray mold, penicillium and green mold, black stalk rot, black rot and the like, the prevention and control difficulty is high, and the influence on the yield and the quality of the citrus is high.
The existing research shows that the citrus black spot disease can be prevented and controlled by 80% Meidele WDG (80% captan water dispersant), and the citrus black spot disease is sprayed for 1 time in 14 days 6 months after the Shatian pomelo fruit is stabilized, and is sprayed for 1 time every 15 days, and the spraying time is two times. The control effect of 80% MEIDLEG WDG after 800 times dilution can reach 78.4% and 81.3%, and the control effect is due to thiophanate methyl and mancozeb (Xixiujianle MEIDLEG-80% captan WDG control citrus sand skin disease field drug effect test [ J ]. Sichuan agricultural science and technology, 2015 (4): 44-45.). The Huang Zhendong et al researches the control effect of several bactericides on citrus black spot disease, wherein the bactericides are respectively sprayed once in the morning of 4 months 30 days (Xihua 2/3), 5 months 27 days (young fruit period), 6 months 21 days (fruit expansion period) and 7 months 21 days (fruit expansion period), and the bactericides are not used until the fruits are harvested. The results show that the control effect is best (92.53 percent and 90.21 percent) when the 80 percent mancozeb wettable powder is diluted by 600 times, and the control effect is poor (54.72 percent and 48.22 percent) when the 80 percent captan water dispersible granule 800 is used. In a citrus production area in the near-sea city of Zhejiang province, the key period for controlling the citrus black spot disease is to fall before 7 months, which is mainly because typhoon is collected for 8-10 months to influence large precipitation amount and no pesticide spraying control is carried out (Huangyadong, Chengqing, Typha 28241and the like; research on the control of the citrus black spot disease in the near-sea citrus area of Zhejiang [ J ] in southern fruit trees in China, 2017 (3)). It can be seen that different spraying periods of the captan have obvious influence on the control effect of the captan, mainly because the existing captan preparation has short lasting time and limited control coverage time, the control effect of the captan on citrus fungal diseases is unstable.

As can be seen from table 1, the control effect of the composition provided by the invention is significantly improved compared with that of captan which is used for controlling citrus black spot disease independently, namely, the captan and sugar alcohol chelated calcium have a synergistic effect after being compounded, so that the control effect of the composition on citrus fungal diseases can be significantly improved.
Example 6
The citrus variety of the test is crystal sugar orange, 100 citrus fruit trees are randomly selected from the same orchard in Jinhua, Zhejiang, and divided into five groups, and each group comprises 20 citrus fruit trees. Wherein, 1000 times of diluent of the wettable powder composition prepared in the embodiment 1 is sprayed on both groups to be used as a treatment group 1 and a treatment group 2; wherein, the other two groups are sprayed with 1000 times of diluent of the control wettable powder prepared in the comparative example 1 to serve as a control group 1 and a control group 2; the rest group was used as a blank control group without any pesticide.
The spraying time of the treatment group 1 and the control group 1 is spring shoot germination period (3 months, 10 days to 3 months, 15 days), the spraying time of the treatment group 2 and the control group 2 is thank for blossom 2/3(5 months, 7 days to 5 months, 10 days), and no pesticide is sprayed in the rest period. The disease condition is investigated at 11 months and 6, and the disease index and the prevention and treatment effect are calculated.
Disease grading criteria are as follows:
grade 0, no scab;

TABLE 2 Effect of different application timings on the control of the compositions of the present invention
Index of disease condition Controlling effect
Treatment of group 1 10.68 77.2%

Control group 1 27.03 42.3%
Control group 2 21.97 53.1%
Blank control group 46.84 -
As can be seen from table 2, the control effects of the treatment 1 group and the treatment 2 group applied at different timings were not significantly different, while the control effects of the control 1 group and the control 2 group applied at different timings were significantly different. The main reason is that the composition provided by the invention has longer lasting time compared with the single captan, and has better prevention and treatment effect. Therefore, the composition provided by the invention can reduce the influence of application time on the control effect of citrus fungal diseases, thereby providing more stable control effect.
