本申请提供通信方法、网络设备和终端。通信方法包括:向终端发送第一指示信息,第一指示信息用于指示N个反馈时间相关信息集合,每个反馈时间相关信息集合的反馈时间相关信息用于指示数据块的反馈时间包括的时间单元数量,数据块的反馈时间包括响应消息的发送时间与数据块的接收时间的差值;向终端发送第二指示信息,第二指示信息用于指示第一数据块的第一反馈时间相关信息,第一反馈时间相关信息属于第一反馈时间相关信息集合,第一反馈时间相关信息集合为N个反馈时间相关信息集合中的一个;接收终端根据第一指示信息和第二指示信息发送的第一数据块的响应消息。本申请的通信方法、网络设备和终端,有助于提高通信的可靠性。
