Background
An image sensor (sensor) is an important component in a network Camera (IPC), and can convert a sensed optical signal into an electrical signal to obtain image data. Whether the image sensor can work normally or not directly determines whether the network camera can work normally or not. In order to determine whether the image sensor can operate normally, the image sensor may be detected.
In the prior art, an image sensor may be inserted into a detection main board, a detection program is installed on the detection main board in advance, the detection main board may collect image data obtained by shooting the image sensor, and the detection program is used to analyze and process the image data to determine whether the image sensor is abnormal.
However, the image sensor often does not support hot plugging, and before the image sensor is plugged into the detection main board, the detection main board needs to be first closed, and then the detection main board is started after the image sensor is plugged. Therefore, each time a new image sensor is detected, the system needs to wait for the detection main board to restart, which results in low detection efficiency.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an image sensor detection apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may include: platform chip 100, interposer 200, hardware switch 300.
The adapter board 200 is used to electrically connect the image sensor detection device and the image sensor to be detected, where the image sensor to be detected is an image sensor that a user wants to detect by using the image sensor detection device.
The platform chip 100 includes a power supply interface 110, the platform chip 100 is configured to send a control command to the interposer 200, and the power supply interface 110 supplies power to the interposer 200 when the hardware switch 300 is in an on state and stops supplying power to the interposer 200 when the hardware switch 300 is in an off state. It is understood that the adaptor board 200 needs to be powered by a power source to operate, in this embodiment, the power source interface 110 of the platform chip 100 supplies power to the adaptor board 200, when the power source interface 110 supplies power to the adaptor board 200, the adaptor board 200 can operate normally, and when the power source interface 110 stops supplying power to the adaptor board 200, the adaptor board 200 cannot operate normally.
Further, the platform chip 100 may be electrically connected to the interposer 200 through a data interface, and send a control command to the interposer 200 through the data interface. The platform chip 100 may utilize the power supply interface 110 to supply power to the interposer 200 through a power supply circuit, one end of the power supply circuit is connected to the power supply interface 110, and the other end of the power supply circuit is connected to the power interface of the interposer 200, and the power supply circuit is provided with the hardware switch 300, when the hardware switch 300 is in an on state, the power supply circuit is in an on state, the power supply interface 110 can normally supply power to the interposer 200 through the power supply circuit, and when the hardware switch 300 is in an off state, the power supply circuit is in an off state, and the power supply interface 110 cannot normally supply power to the interposer 200 through the power supply circuit.
Further, the hardware switch 300 may be switched to a switch state under the control of a user, and for example, the image sensor detection device is provided with a knob switch, and the user may switch the switch state of the hardware switch 300 by rotating the knob switch. In other embodiments, the hardware switch 300 may also be configured to switch the switch state automatically, for example, after sensing that the image sensor to be detected is disconnected from the interposer 200, the switch state may be switched from the on state to the off state, and after sensing that the image sensor to be detected is connected to the interposer 200, the switch state may be switched from the off state to the on state.
The adapter plate 200 is configured to collect image data captured by the connected image sensor to be detected according to the control instruction sent by the platform chip 100, and feed back the collected image data to the platform chip 100. After receiving the image data fed back by the interposer 200, the platform chip 100 detects the image data.
Assuming that there are an image sensor a and an image sensor B, and the image sensor a and the image sensor B do not support hot plugging, the image sensor a is already connected to the adapter board 200 and the detection is completed, and the user now wants to further detect the image sensor B, the flow of the process may refer to fig. 2, and may include:
s201, close the hardware switch 300.
It can be understood that, in the process of detecting the image sensor a, the adapter board 200 is required to collect image data captured by the image sensor a, and therefore the hardware switch needs to be in an on state, and since the image sensor a and the image sensor B do not support hot plugging, the adapter board 200 cannot be directly disconnected from the image sensor a at this time, and the hardware switch 300 can be turned off, so that the adapter board 200 is turned off due to lack of power supply.
S202, the adapter board 200 is disconnected from the image sensor a.
Since the interposer 200 is already closed at this time, the image sensor a can be safely disconnected from the interposer 200.
S203, the image sensor B is connected to the interposer 200.
Since the interposer 200 is already closed at this time, the image sensor B can be securely connected to the interposer 200.
S204, the hardware switch 300 is turned on.
After the hardware switch 300 is turned on, the adapter board 200 starts to recover power supply and is restarted, it can be understood that since the detection of the image data is completed on the platform chip 100, and the control instruction is sent to the adapter board 200 by the platform chip 100, the adapter board 200 only needs to collect the image data according to the control instruction, so that the main control system and software of the image sensor detection device operate on the platform chip 100, and the adapter board 200 only needs to maintain a relatively simple system to complete the task of collecting the image data. However, the detection motherboard in the prior art usually needs to maintain a control system and load related software for image data detection, so the start-up speed of the adapter board 200 is faster than that of the detection motherboard in the prior art. Therefore, the image sensor detection equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention can shorten the waiting time caused by restarting when the image sensor to be detected which does not support hot plugging is replaced, and effectively improves the detection efficiency of the image sensor.
Further, in an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the interposer 200 may include a plurality of sensor interfaces 210, and the sensor interfaces 210 are divided into a plurality of types, wherein different types of sensor interfaces 210 are used to realize electrical connections between the interposer 200 and different types of image sensors. Illustratively, one or more of the following four interfaces may be included on the interposer 200:
1. the front lock of 50 pins is a flip type FPC (flexible printed circuit) interface, the pins are in contact with each other at a distance of 0.5 mm.
2. 30 pins, 0.4mm distance between pins, horizontal sticking and gold plating.
3. And the pins of the FPC interface with 36 pins are in contact with each other at a distance of 0.5 mm.
4. 30 pins, and the distance between the pins is 0.4 mm.
It is understood that the image sensor includes a plurality of types, and the interfaces of the different types of image sensors may be different. If the adapter board 200 only includes one type of sensor interface 210, only an image sensor having an interface matching the type of sensor interface 210 can be connected to the adapter board 200, and thus the image sensor detection apparatus can also detect a smaller number of types of image sensors. When the adapter board 200 includes a plurality of different types of sensor interfaces 210, the types of image sensors that can be detected by the image sensor detection device are increased, i.e., the image sensor detection device has better applicability.
Further, in an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of interposer 200 may be included, and the plurality of interposer 200 are electrically connected to the platform chip 100, in this embodiment, a hardware switch 300 may control the power supply interface 110 to supply power to the plurality of interposer 200, that is, when the hardware switch 300 is in an on state, the power supply interface 110 supplies power to the plurality of interposer 200, and when the hardware switch 300 is in an off state, the power supply interface 110 stops supplying power to the plurality of interposer 200. Each adapter plate 200 in a plurality of adapter plates 200 can realize that image sensor detection equipment is connected with different image sensors that wait to detect, and the quantity of the image sensors that wait to detect that different adapter plates 200 can connect simultaneously can be different, also can be the same. Illustratively, there are 2 adapter boards 200 in total, and each adapter board 200 can be connected to 3 image sensors to be detected at most simultaneously, or 1 adapter board 200 can be connected to 3 image sensors to be detected at most simultaneously, and in addition, 1 adapter board 200 can be connected to 4 image sensors to be detected at most simultaneously. One adapter plate is limited by mechanical or electrical limitation, and the image sensors to be detected which can be simultaneously connected are often limited, so that the image sensor detection equipment can be simultaneously and electrically connected with more image sensors to be detected through a plurality of adapter plates 200, and the detection efficiency of the image sensors to be detected is further improved.
Further, in an optional embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the platform chip 100 may include multiple sets of control interfaces 130, each set of control interfaces 120 includes at least one control interface 120, each control interface 120 is configured to send a control sub-instruction to the interposer 200, the control sub-instructions sent by all the control interfaces 120 in a set of control interfaces 120 form the control instruction sent by the set of control interfaces 120, and the control instruction sent by each set of control interfaces 120 is configured to control the interposer 200 to acquire image data captured by the image sensor corresponding to the set of control interfaces 120, where the control instructions sent by different sets of control interfaces 120 have different clock signals and level signals, so that the interposer 200 can distinguish different control instructions. For example, the interposer 200 may have a plurality of sensor interfaces 210, and the sensor interfaces 210 may be of different kinds or may be of the same kind. Each set of control interfaces 120 of the platform chip 100 corresponds to one sensor interface 210 on the adapter board 200, and is configured to send a control instruction to the adapter board 200 to control the adapter board 200 to acquire image data captured by an image sensor connected to the sensor interface 210. The number of the control interfaces 120 included in different groups of control interfaces 120 may be different or the same, and the control sub-instruction sent by each control interface 120 in a group of control interfaces 120 may also be configured according to the actual requirement of the user.
By adopting the embodiment, the platform chip 100 can simultaneously control the adapter plate 200 to acquire image data obtained by shooting a plurality of image sensors to be detected, so that the image sensor detection equipment can simultaneously detect a plurality of image sensors to be detected, and the detection efficiency is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the power supply interface 110 is electrically connected to the interposer 200 through a preset power chip 310, and the power chip is configured to convert the power supply voltage of the power supply interface 110 into the working voltage of the interposer 200. in this case, the working voltage of the interposer 200 may not be consistent with the power supply voltage output by the power supply interface 110 of the platform chip 100 according to design requirements, and in this case, the power chip 310 may be disposed on the power supply interface 110 and the interposer 200 to implement voltage transformation. For example, the power supply voltage output by the power supply interface 110 is 12V, and the operating voltage of the adapter board is 5V, then the power supply chip may be a chip that implements a function of converting 12V to 5V. The power chip 310 may be integrated with the hardware switch 300 or may be independent from the hardware switch 300.
Further, in an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 7a, an indicator lamp 400 may be further disposed on the image sensor detection device, and the indicator lamp 400 is used to indicate whether the adapter board is currently in the power-off state. For example, when the hardware switch 300 is in the on state, the indicator light 400 is turned on to indicate that the adapter board 200 is currently in the operating state, and when the hardware switch 300 is in the off state, the indicator light 400 is turned off to indicate that the adapter board 200 is currently in the power-off state. The indicator lamp 400 enables a user to more intuitively know whether the adapter plate 200 is powered off or not, and then insert and pull the image sensor to be detected.
In an alternative embodiment, the circuit for supplying power from the power supply interface 110 to the adapter board 200 may be as shown in fig. 7b, wherein the hardware switch 300 may be a sliding switch, the indicator light 400 may be an LED (light emitting Diode), 701 is a voltage input, 702 and 703 are capacitance voltage stabilizing modules, 602 is used for stabilizing an input voltage, 703 is used for stabilizing an output voltage, and 704 is a voltage output.
In order to more clearly describe the image sensor detection device provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the following will describe an operating principle of a platform chip in the image sensor detection device, and referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart of the operating principle of the platform chip provided in the embodiment of the present invention, which may include:
s801, acquiring image data obtained by shooting of an image sensor to be detected connected with the adapter plate through detecting the adapter plate.
The step can be to obtain the image data that all image sensors to be detected that the keysets connect shoot and get at the same time according to the actual demand, also can obtain the image data that one or more image sensors to be detected that the keysets connect shoot and get. The adapter plate plays a role in collecting image data obtained by shooting of the image sensor to be detected.
Further, the image data obtained by shooting the image sensor to be detected connected with the adapter plate can be obtained after an operation instruction input by a user is received, or the image data obtained by shooting the image sensor to be detected connected with the adapter plate can be automatically obtained after the adapter plate is restored to be powered, for example, after the adapter plate is detected to be restored to be powered, a control instruction is sent to the adapter plate to control the adapter plate to collect the image data obtained by shooting the image sensor connected with the adapter plate, and the adapter plate is controlled to send the collected image data to the platform chip. It can be understood that the reason why the adapter board is powered off is that a user needs to connect a new image sensor to be detected to the adapter board, and therefore after the adapter board is powered back, the user is likely to have connected the new image sensor to be detected to the adapter board, and at the moment, image data is automatically acquired to perform subsequent detection steps, so that the operation load of the user can be reduced.
S802, detecting the image data by using a preset image detection program to obtain a detection result.
The detection result can be used to indicate whether the image data captured by the image sensor to be detected has an abnormality. This embodiment is selected for use, can realize through the hardware switch that under the condition that the platform chip still operates, the power supply of disconnection keysets, can will wait to detect image sensor this moment and insert on the keysets, the rethread hardware switch resumes the power supply of keysets to the completion treats the detection that detects image sensor, because control system is the operation on the platform chip, whole in-process control system need not to restart, consequently can realize higher detection efficiency.
In addition, in the embodiment, only the main functions of the image sensor, namely image data acquisition, can be detected, and the auxiliary functions of the image sensor, such as motor driving, alarming and the like, are not detected, so that the platform chip can be started only by pre-loading resources related to an image detection program, and the starting speed of the platform chip can be effectively improved.
Further, in an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, it may include:
and S901, acquiring identification information of the image sensor to be detected after the adapter plate recovers power supply.
The identification information is used to indicate the type of the image sensor to be detected, and may include, for example, the model of the image sensor to be detected.
And S902, configuring a preset image detection program according to the identification information.
The configuration file corresponding to the identification information may be called to configure the image detection program. For example, it may be determined whether the type of the image sensor to be detected is identical to the type of the detected image sensor based on the identification information. The detected image sensor refers to the image sensor connected before the adapter board recovers power supply. It can be understood that, assuming that the identification information is the model of the image sensor to be detected, the types of the image sensors of different models may be consistent according to actual situations, for example, in a case where the similarity between the two models of image sensors is high.
And if the type of the image to be detected is inconsistent with the type of the detected image sensor, switching the configuration file of the image detection program into the configuration file corresponding to the identification information. If the type of the image sensor to be detected is consistent with the type of the detected image sensor, the configuration file of the image detection program is kept unchanged.
And S903, acquiring image data shot by the to-be-detected image sensor connected with the adapter plate through the adapter plate.
In other embodiments, S902 may be executed first, and then S901 is executed, or S902 and S901 are executed in parallel.
And S904, detecting the image data by using a preset image detection program to obtain a detection result.
The step is the same as S802, and reference may be made to the foregoing description about S802, which is not described herein again.
It will be appreciated that the detection criteria and detection methods may be different for different kinds of image sensors, a fixed image detection program may therefore only be able to detect image data of a limited number of types of image sensors, when image data of other types of image sensors are to be detected, it may be necessary to use a platform chip having a function of processing corresponding image data, and therefore in order for the image sensor inspection apparatus to be able to inspect a wider variety of image sensors, it may be necessary to integrate multiple platform chips on an image sensor inspection apparatus to cope with different types of image sensors, may make the image sensor inspection apparatus complicated in structure, in addition, in the actual operation process, a user may need to manually switch the platform chip used by the image sensor detection device, which is tedious in operation and prone to error. And select for use this embodiment, can be intelligently according to waiting to detect image sensor's identification information, the configuration file that automatic switch corresponds can use a platform chip to handle the image data that multiple different grade type image sensor shot for image sensor check out test set is comparatively simplified in the design, and need not the user and manually switch the platform chip that image sensor check out test set used, and it is comparatively convenient and easy to get to the hand in the operation.
Further, in an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the method may include:
s1001, image data obtained by shooting of an image sensor to be detected connected with the adapter plate is obtained through detection of the adapter plate.
The step is the same as S801, and reference may be made to the foregoing description on S801, which is not repeated herein.
S1002, detecting the image data by using a preset image detection program to obtain a detection result.
The step is the same as S802, and reference may be made to the foregoing description about S802, which is not described herein again.
S1003, determining whether the image sensor to be detected is abnormal or not according to the detection result, executing S1004 if the image sensor to be detected is abnormal, and finishing detection and determining that the image sensor to be detected passes the detection if the image sensor to be detected is not abnormal.
Understandably, if there is no abnormality in the image sensor to be detected, it indicates that the image sensor to be detected can normally collect image data, and the collected image data is the main function of the image sensor. In other optional embodiments, after it is determined that there is no abnormality in the image sensor to be detected, other detection may be performed, for example, further detection may be performed on a motor driving module, an alarm module, and the like corresponding to the image sensor.
S1004, determining whether the number of times of detection of the image sensor to be detected is less than a preset number threshold, if the number of times of detection is less than the preset number threshold, executing S1001, and if the number of times of detection is not less than the preset number threshold, executing S1005.
Although the detection result indicates that the image sensor to be detected has an abnormality, the performance of the image sensor to be detected has random fluctuation, and the result of the image detection program may have a certain error, so that it cannot be determined that the image sensor to be detected has an abnormality.
S1005, determining that the image sensor to be detected does not pass the detection.
