Step S2: determining a power limiting scheme according to the power limiting index, the power grid operation state and the preset power limiting index and the corresponding relation between the power grid operation state and the power limiting scheme;
specifically, the preset power limiting indexes and the corresponding relation between the power grid operation state and the power limiting scheme can be preset by workers, the corresponding relation can be designed by the workers with abundant experience by combining different power limiting indexes and various operation states of the power grid, and the corresponding relation is prestored in the processor, so that the power limiting scheme can be conveniently and directly taken for use when being determined.
Of course, the preset power limiting index and the corresponding relationship between the power grid operating state and the power limiting scheme may also be prestored in an external storage device, and the corresponding relationship may be imported to the processor for use when the power limiting scheme is determined.

Wherein, the time requirements of various different electricity limiting types in the prior art can be as follows:
10 minutes (three-level rapid power limit of the power grid and power grid accident power limit), 20 minutes (middle-regulation forced peak shifting and power grid over-planning power limit), and 30 minutes (user forced peak shifting and ground-regulation forced peak shifting).
The step of controlling the switching device specified in the power limiting scheme to perform the disconnection action may further specifically be:
responding to a trigger instruction generated by a worker operating a trigger switch, and controlling a specified switch device in the power limiting scheme to execute a disconnection action;
