A first embodiment provided by the present disclosure is an embodiment of a method for managing an online experience course.
The embodiment of the present disclosure is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1, where fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for managing an online experience course provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure.
And step S101, obtaining the determined lesson information sent by the experience students on line on the same day.
For example, the experience students on the day log in their own account online, enter a special course management interface, display the experience course information of the day that the experience students on the day reserve on the special course management interface, and the students determine the experience course on the day through the confirmation button.
The purpose of this step is just to prevent that the student can't accomplish the experience class of reservation of this day because of the reason.
Optionally, the obtaining of the determined lesson information sent by the experience students on line on the same day includes:
and S101-1, acquiring the determined lesson-taking information sent by the experience students on line on the day in a preset time range before the appointed lesson-taking time on the day.
The students experiencing the current day are limited to send the determined information of class in the preset time range before the appointed time of class on the current day, and more accurate information of class of the students experiencing the current day can be obtained. For example, the preset time range is within the first half hour of the scheduled course-on-day time, for which the confirmation button of the opening of the experience student on the day to the scheduled experience class on the day can be set in the first half hour of the scheduled course-on-day time.
And step S102, acquiring information of the teacher waiting for teaching from the data set of the paying teacher in the day based on the determined teaching information.
The information of the teacher waiting for teaching comprises: identification information of the teacher waiting for teaching.
All teachers in the day-paying teacher data set, who are associated with the teacher information, can obtain the reward no matter whether the final lessons are given or not.
Thus, the cost of the teacher is for the online. And recording the information of the teachers to be taught, which is less than or equal to the payment limit quantity, in the data set of the teachers paying the day.
According to the method and the system, the number of teachers paying on the day in data concentration is controlled, so that the resource waste of online teachers caused by the absence of experience students on the day in a one-to-one online experience class is effectively reduced, and the cost of the online teachers is reduced.
Optionally, the method further includes the following steps:
and step S102-1, acquiring the maximum threshold value of the information of the teacher waiting for teaching in the current day paying teacher data set based on a predicted paying rule, and determining the maximum threshold value as a paying limit number.
Optionally, the predicted payment rule includes the following steps of calculating a predicted payment amount:
step S102-1-1, a first quotient value is obtained based on a quotient of the attendance number of the experience students of the previous day and the registration number of the experience students of the previous day.
The previous day refers to the day before the current day, i.e., yesterday. The subsequent first two days and the first three days, and so on.
Step S102-1-2, a second quotient value is obtained based on the quotient of the attendance number of the students in the first two days of experience and the registration number of the students in the first two days of experience.
And S102-1-3, acquiring a third quotient value based on the quotient of the attendance number of the experience students in the first three days and the registration number of the experience students in the first three days.
And step S102-1-4, obtaining the predicted payment amount based on the sum of the first quotient value, the second quotient value and the third quotient value multiplied by the number of the experience student registration on the day.
Optionally, after the information of the teacher to be taught is acquired from the data set of the teacher paying the day based on the determined information of the lesson, the method further includes:
and step S103, acquiring the information of the experience students on the day.
And step S104, before the time of the class opening on the current day is reserved, sending the information to be taught to the information receiving end of the teacher to be taught.
Wherein, the information to be lectured includes: the time of the class on the day is reserved, the information of the students is experienced on the day, and the information of the teacher waiting for teaching is reserved.
The information of the teacher waiting for teaching also comprises information of an information receiving end of the teacher waiting for teaching. The information to be taught is sent to the information receiving end of the teacher to be taught, and a mail including the information to be taught can be sent to an electronic mail box of the teacher to be taught, or a short message including the information to be taught is sent to a mobile phone of the teacher to be taught, or a message including the information to be taught is sent to a user interface of the teacher to be taught. The embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto.
Optionally, before the time of opening a class on the appointed day, after the information to be taught is sent to the information receiving end of the teacher to be taught, the method further includes:
step S105, acquiring the response information returned by the information receiving end.
The response message may be a reply email, a reply short message, or a response message. The embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto.
And step S106, when the response information comprises confirmation information, determining that the information of the teacher waiting for teaching is the information of the teacher waiting for teaching, and marking the information of the teacher waiting for teaching in the data set of the teacher paying the day as the information of the teacher waiting for teaching.
And marking the information of the teacher waiting for teaching in the data set of the current-day paying teacher as the information of the teacher giving teaching, so that the information of the teacher giving teaching is not distributed to other current-day experience students when the students determine to go to school.
Optionally, when the response information includes confirmation information, the method further includes:
and S107, sending the teaching information to the information receiving end of the experience student on the same day.
Wherein, the teaching information at least comprises teaching teacher information.
The purpose of this step is to inform the experience student of the current day that the teacher giving lessons has already arranged, thus strengthen the teaching experience of the student, in order to obtain the all-round impression to the teaching service.
