Abstract

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the confirmation of the safety measures is brought into the operation link, so that the confirmation efficiency of the safety measures is improved, and the probability of the safety measures to play a role is greatly improved.

Background
For high-risk operations, such as fire driving, temporary power utilization, limited space operation, high-altitude operation, soil moving operation, hoisting operation, blind plate plugging operation, radioactive operation, high-temperature environment operation, pressure-bearing operation and the like, the situation that operators directly operate without implementing safety measures (hereinafter referred to as safety measures) or confirming the safety measures often occurs, so that accidents frequently occur, and serious consequences such as personal injuries and deaths, serious equipment damage and the like are caused.
As a result, there are various situations such as carelessness of the worker and insufficient safety awareness.
In order to reduce safety accidents, the currently used technical means is that administrative management and control are performed by adopting a safe patrol spot check mode, so that the deterrent effect can be occasionally played, but in most cases, because of no actual management and control, operating personnel have a 'lazy' space. Theoretically, the effectiveness level of the safety measure can be divided into six levels from high to low, and the six levels are ranked as follows: passive control, automatic control, alarm device, administrative control, verified one-time action, unverified one-time action. In fact, however, the way the spot check is safely patrolled, with the lowest level of effectiveness being the "verified one-time action" at level 5 and the "unverified one-time action" at level 6. This is also an important reason for safety accidents caused by the fact that high-risk operation safety measures are not implemented.
If the high-reliability informatization confirmation technology can be adopted, the confirmation of the safety measures is brought into the operation link, then the technical means is increased to the level of automatic control or alarm device, the effectiveness can be improved to the level of 2 nd or 3 rd, and the probability of the safety measures to play a role is greatly improved.
However, no intelligent confirmation technology for security measures has been developed.

a server including a management module, a security measure management module, and a location information processing module, wherein,
the management module is used for constructing an electronic map of the operation site, displaying the electronic map through the mobile terminal, and managing identity information of the operator entering the operation site and position information of the operator sent by the positioning sensor;
the safety measure management module is used for newly adding a safety measure task and editing safety measure information, then setting a space area on an electronic map for each physical position needing to implement the safety measure in advance so as to carry out safety measure confirmation management, wherein the set space area is called a safety measure execution interval, and before an operator enters the safety measure execution interval, if an unlocking signal sent by the position information processing module is received, the safety measure management module allows the operator to carry out the operation of confirming the implementation of the safety measure on the mobile terminal;
and the position information processing module is used for judging whether the operator enters a safety measure execution interval or not, and sending an unlocking signal to the safety measure management module after the operator is away from the safety measure execution interval by a preset distance.
As an improvement, the invention also comprises N base stations which are erected on the operation site and have fixed positions, wherein N is a natural number which is more than or equal to 3, and the management module constructs an electronic map of the operation site according to the specific positions of the N base stations. .
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the confirmation of the safety measures is brought into the operation link, so that the confirmation efficiency of the safety measures is improved, and the probability of the safety measures to play a role is greatly improved.
