The reasons for this are that there is a vulnerability in the security management of the high-risk work area, and that the security measures of the job responsible person are not established, implemented, checked and confirmed.
The technical means used at present is to implement the management on the administrative flow by implementing the operation license for the high-risk operation, and to implement the administrative management and control by adopting the modes of spot check, patrol and the like for the operation license on the working site. and the management module constructs a digitalized physical space of the operation site according to the specific positions of the N base stations, presets a high-risk operation area in the digitalized physical space of the operation site, and manages the identity information of the operator entering the operation site and the position information of the operator sent by the positioning sensor.
The electronic fence traffic information processing module is used for managing and controlling the entrance and exit of an operator to and from a high-risk operation area, monitoring position information sent by a positioning sensor in a positioning tag and identity information of the operator to which the positioning tag belongs in real time, and when the operator who does not obtain operation permission for entering the high-risk operation area enters the high-risk operation area, generating alarm information by the electronic fence traffic information processing module of the server and sending the alarm information to the alarm for alarming; for the operators who obtain the operation permission to enter the high-risk operation area to enter or leave the high-risk operation area, an electronic fence traffic information processing module of the server informs the intelligent terminal to send out voice prompt information;
the alarm is used for alarming the condition of violating the operation permission conditions, namely: when an operator who does not obtain operation permission to enter the high-risk operation area enters the high-risk operation area, the electronic fence traffic information processing module of the server generates alarm information and alarms through the alarm.
