1. A control method of an air conditioner, the air conditioner including an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, the control method comprising:
detecting a level signal transmitted by a communication line between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit;
disconnecting or maintaining the communication line according to the level signal;
disconnecting the communication line according to the level signal, specifically including:
detecting that the level signal transmitted on the communication line is a first level signal or a second level signal, wherein the first level signal is generated when the identity information of the indoor unit and the identity information of the outdoor unit are not matched, and the second level signal is generated when the identity information of the indoor unit and the identity information of the outdoor unit are matched;
and determining the level signal as a first level signal, and disconnecting the communication line.
2. The control method of an air conditioner according to claim 1, further comprising:
and detecting that the communication line is disconnected, and generating corresponding abnormal information.
3. The control method according to claim 2, wherein the air conditioner is provided with a communication module provided to the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit, the control method further comprising:
judging whether the communication module and the server can perform data interaction or not;
judging that the communication module and the server can perform data interaction, and uploading the abnormal information to the server;
and responding to a disconnection confirmation signal fed back by the server, and disconnecting the communication module.
4. The control method of an air conditioner according to claim 1, further comprising, after disconnecting the communication line according to the level signal:
and determining the level signal as the second level signal, and conducting the communication line.
5. The control method of an air conditioner according to claim 1 or 4, further comprising, before detecting a level signal transmitted by a communication line between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit:
acquiring first identity information of the indoor unit and second identity information of the outdoor unit;
determining the first identity information and the second identity information;
determining that the first identity information and the second identity information are successfully matched, and generating the second level signal;
and determining that the first identity information and the second identity information fail to be matched, and generating the first level signal.
6. The method for controlling an air conditioner according to claim 3, wherein determining whether data interaction between the communication module and the server is enabled comprises:
generating and sending a communication request to the server;
the communication information fed back by the server is received in a designated time, and the communication module and the server are determined to be capable of performing data interaction;
and the communication information is not received within the appointed time, the fact that the communication module and the server cannot conduct data interaction is determined, and the communication module is disconnected.
7. A control device of an air conditioner, characterized by comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the control method of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the computer program.
8. An air conditioner, comprising:
an indoor unit;
an outdoor unit; and
the control device of the air conditioner according to claim 7, wherein the control device is connected to the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, and the control device is capable of implementing the following steps when executing a computer program:
detecting a level signal transmitted by a communication line between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit;
the communication line is disconnected or maintained according to the level signal.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the control method of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
