Description

Method for determining blockage degree of dust filter screen of air conditioner and air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioning, in particular to a method for judging the blockage degree of a dust filter screen of an air conditioner and the air conditioner.
Background
The air inlet of the indoor unit of the existing air conditioner is provided with a dust filter screen which is used for filtering air entering the indoor unit and preventing impurities such as dust and the like from entering the indoor unit. After long-time use, impurities such as dust are easy to adhere to the dust filter screen, and the meshes of the dust filter screen are blocked. If the air conditioner cannot be cleaned in time, the air volume entering the indoor heat exchanger is reduced, the refrigeration and heating effects of the air conditioner are affected, the energy consumption of the air conditioner is increased, and the service life of the air conditioner is shortened. Most of the existing air conditioners are used for cleaning the dust filter screen by roughly estimating the service time of the air conditioner by users, unnecessary additional burden is brought to the users, and the situation that the dust filter screen is blocked and cannot be treated is likely to occur. Some air conditioners have a reminding function, but only remind blockage according to the service time of the air conditioner, and the blockage degree of the dust filter screen cannot be accurately judged.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a side view schematically illustrating an indoor unit 100 of an air conditioner 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 of the air conditioner 300 shown in fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the composition of an air conditioner 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to an air conditioner 300 having a wall-mounted indoor unit 100 as an example, with regard to the composition of the air conditioner 300 and a method of determining the clogging degree of a dust filter 103 of the air conditioner 300. The air conditioner 300 of the embodiment of the present invention generally includes: indoor unit 100 and outdoor unit 200. The indoor unit 100 includes a casing 110, an air inlet 101, an air outlet 102, an air deflector 140, an indoor heat exchanger 120, an indoor fan 130, and a dust filter 103. An air inlet 101 is formed at the top of the housing 110, and a dust filter 103 is disposed at the air inlet 101. The lower portion of the front side of the housing 110 is provided with an air outlet 102. The air outlet 102 is open toward the front lower side. The housing 110 may be a transversely extending strip-shaped structure, and the outlet 102 is an elongated opening extending along the transverse direction. The air outlet 102 is provided with an air deflector 140. The indoor heat exchanger 120 and the indoor fan 130 are disposed inside the case 110. The indoor heat exchanger 120 is configured to exchange heat with air entering the casing 110 from the air inlet 101 to form heat-exchanged air. Specifically, cold air is used for cooling, and hot air is used for heating. The indoor fan 130 is preferably a cross-flow fan extending in a transverse direction along an axial direction, and is used for promoting air to flow from the indoor heat exchanger 120 to the air outlet 102 and then to blow into the room. The indoor fan 130 has a motor 131. The outdoor unit 200 includes a casing, and a compressor 210, an outdoor heat exchanger 220, and an outdoor fan 230 disposed inside the casing. The indoor unit 100 and the outdoor unit 200 constitute a compression refrigeration cycle, thereby realizing cooling or heating of an indoor environment. The compression refrigeration cycle system transfers heat by using a compression phase change cycle of a refrigerant in the compressor 210, the outdoor heat exchanger 220, the indoor heat exchanger 120, and the throttle device.
The method for judging the blockage degree of the dust filter screen 103 of the air conditioner 300 in the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s202: acquiring an operation mode of the air conditioner 300;
s204: acquiring an initial current value of a motor 131 of an indoor fan 130 of an indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner 300 corresponding to the operation mode, wherein the initial current value is the motor current value acquired after the air conditioner 300 is adjusted to the operation mode in the initialization process;
s206: obtaining the current of the motor 131 for multiple times to obtain multiple actually measured current values;
s208: the clogging degree of the dust filter screen 103 is determined based on the magnitude of the plurality of measured current values and the magnitude of the initial current value.
In step S204, the motor current value obtained after the air conditioner is adjusted to the operation mode in the initialization process is used as the initial current value of the operation mode, which means that when the air conditioner 300 is first powered on after being installed in a use environment of a user, the air conditioner 300 is controlled to enter different operation modes, and in each operation mode, the current of the motor 131 is obtained for multiple times, and an average value is obtained to obtain the initial current value corresponding to the operation mode. Here, when the initial current value is determined, the number of times the current of the motor 131 is acquired plural times is preferably 3 to 5 times. The initial current value generally ranges from 20mA to 30 mA. The operation modes of the air conditioner 300 generally include a heating mode, a cooling mode, and a blowing mode. That is, the air conditioner 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention has a heating mode with a corresponding heating initial current value, a cooling mode with a corresponding cooling initial current value, and an air blowing mode with a corresponding air blowing initial current value.
In step S206, the number of times of obtaining the actually measured current value for a plurality of times is preferably 5 to 10 times. The multiple acquisitions of measured current values are not the same as the multiple acquisitions of initial current values. In some embodiments, the measured current value is obtained by obtaining the current of the motor 131 after the air conditioner 300 is turned on and operates in the operation mode each time, so as to obtain a measured current value; several times of continuous recording are carried out to obtain a plurality of measured current values. That is, rather than obtaining multiple measured current values during one turn-on, the air conditioner 300 obtains one measured current value for several turns-on times per turn-on. In some embodiments, the obtaining time of the measured current value is a set time after the air conditioner is turned on and operates in the operation mode. For example, the operation mode is entered for 5min, or the operation mode is entered for 1min, or the operation mode is entered for 30 s. It is understood that, in the determination method according to the embodiment of the present invention, step S202 and step S204 may be executed first, and then step S206 is executed, and step S202 and step S204 may also be executed after step S206 is executed first.
The initial current value of the motor 131 of the indoor fan 130 set in the different operation modes of the conventional air conditioner 300 is a fixed value set at the time of factory shipment. This causes an effect similar to clogging of the dust filter net 103 when the indoor unit 100 is installed at a too close distance from the ceiling of the indoor ceiling where it is located. The inventor of the present invention proposes to set the initial current value to the motor current value obtained after the air conditioner 300 is adjusted to the operation mode in the initialization process, and then determine the blocking degree of the dust filter net 103 by considering a plurality of measured current values and the magnitude of the initial current value, so as to avoid the situation of erroneous determination of blocking of the dust filter net 103 caused by the fact that the installation position of the indoor unit 100 is too close to the ceiling of the indoor roof.
The air conditioner 300 in the embodiment of the present invention further includes: a controller 400. The controller 400 includes a memory 401 and a processor 402, and a control program 410 is stored in the memory 401, and when the control program 410 is executed by the processor 402, the method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter net 103 of the air conditioner 300 is implemented. The controller 400 is generally provided in the indoor unit 100.
In some embodiments, in the method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter screen 103 of the air conditioner 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the step of determining the clogging degree of the dust filter screen 103 according to the magnitudes of the plurality of measured current values and the initial current value includes:
calculating the difference between the initial current value and a preset current judgment difference value to obtain a current judgment threshold value;
the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 is determined based on the plurality of measured current values and the magnitude of the current determination threshold.
In some embodiments, in the method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 of the air conditioner 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the step of determining the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 based on the plurality of measured current values and the magnitudes of the current determination threshold values includes:
judging whether the plurality of actually measured current values are all lower than a current judgment threshold value;
when the plurality of measured current values are all lower than the current determination threshold, determining whether the accumulated operation time of the air conditioner 300 is greater than the operation time determination threshold;
when the accumulated operation time is greater than the operation time determination threshold, it is determined that the dust filter 103 is in the clogged state.
In order to improve the accuracy of determining the clogging degree of the dust filter screen 103, the method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter screen 103 of the air conditioner 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention first determines whether a plurality of continuously obtained measured current values are all lower than a current determination threshold; when the plurality of measured current values are all lower than the current determination threshold, whether the accumulated running time of the air conditioner 300 is greater than the running time determination threshold is judged; when the accumulated operation time is greater than the operation time determination threshold value, it is determined that the dust filter 103 is in the clogged state. According to the judging method, the plurality of actually measured current values are compared with the current judging threshold value, so that the judging result is closer to the reality; whether the accumulated running time is larger than a running time judgment threshold value or not is also considered, and through a series of multi-step limitation, the occurrence of misjudgment can be sufficiently reduced, and the user experience is improved. The accumulated operation time may be obtained by a method known in the art of the air conditioner 300, and will not be described in detail herein.
In some embodiments, the predetermined current decision difference is determined according to an indoor humidity value of an indoor environment in which the indoor unit 100 is located. When the ambient humidity is high, the condensed water covers the surface of the indoor heat exchanger 120 to cause the blockage of the air outlet duct, which is similar to the blockage of the dust filter 103, at this time, although the dust filter 103 is not blocked, the current value of the motor 131 of the indoor fan 130 becomes low, and the controller 400 still considers that the blockage occurs, which causes an erroneous judgment. In the method for determining the blocking degree of the dust filter 103 of the air conditioner 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the preset current determination difference is determined according to the indoor humidity value of the indoor environment in which the indoor unit 100 is located, so that a false determination situation that the air duct is blocked due to the condensed water covering the surface of the indoor heat exchanger 120 when the environmental humidity is high and the like that the dust filter 103 is blocked can be avoided. In conjunction with the operation mode of the air conditioner 300, the air humidity is generally low when the air conditioner 300 is in the heating mode, and thus the step of determining the preset current determination difference value according to the indoor humidity value is particularly suitable for the case where the air conditioner 300 is in the cooling mode.
In some embodiments, determining the preset current determination difference according to the indoor humidity value of the indoor environment in which the indoor unit 100 is located includes:
acquiring a current compensation value corresponding to the indoor humidity value;
and calculating the sum of the reference set value and the current compensation value to obtain a preset current judgment difference value.
The reference set value ranges from 3mA to 10mA, and the current compensation value ranges from 0mA to 5 mA.
The indoor humidity value may be obtained by obtaining the indoor humidity value through a humidity sensor 104 provided outside the indoor unit 100; and/or
Calculated by the following formula:
Rh=(a×freq+c-ΔT’)/b,
ΔT’={ΔT×[1-g×(Troom-27)]+d×(Toutdoor-35)}×e+f,

The indoor fan 130 wind speed correction constant e and the outdoor fan 230 wind speed correction constant f may be set to different correction constants for different wind speed intervals.

The determination method of the embodiment of the invention can obtain the indoor humidity value by arranging the humidity sensor 104, and can also obtain the indoor humidity value by calculating according to a formula, wherein one of the two modes can be selected, and the two modes can also be supplemented.

For example, the current compensation value Y1Is 0mA, and the current compensation value Y20.5mA, current compensation value Y31.0mA, current compensation value Y4Is 2.0mA, and has a current compensation value Y53.0mA, and the current compensation value Y6 is 5.0 mA. In addition, it should be understood that the current compensation values corresponding to the same indoor humidity range region may be the same or different in different operation modes.
When the indoor humidity value determined in step S506 is 32%, step S208 determines that the indoor humidity value 32% is in the B-C interval, corresponding to the current compensation value Y3It was 1.0 mA.
In step S510, the reference set value X of the air conditioner 300 may range from 3mA to 10mA, such as 3mA, 5mA, and 10 mA. Taking the reference set value X as 3mA for example, calculate it and the current compensation value Y3To obtain a preset current judgment difference value of 4 mA.
In step S512, a difference between the initial current value 25mA determined in step S504 and the preset current determination difference value 4mA determined in step S510 is calculated to obtain a current determination threshold value of 21 mA.
In step S514, after the air conditioner 300 is turned on and operated in the cooling mode each time, the current of the motor 131 is obtained to obtain one actually measured current value, and the actually measured current values are continuously recorded for 6 times to obtain 6 actually measured current values, which are 17mA, 18mA, 19mA, 18mA, and 19mA, respectively.
In step S516, it is determined whether all of the 6 measured current values are lower than the current determination threshold. The judgment in step S516 is yes.
Step S518 is performed to determine whether the accumulated operation time of the air conditioner 300 is greater than the operation time determination threshold. The value range of the running time determination threshold may be 200-500h, such as 200h, 300h, 400h, 500 h. Take the runtime decision threshold as 400h as an example. Assuming that the accumulated operating time is 410h, the judgment result of step S518 is yes.
Step S520 is performed to determine that the dust filter 103 is in the clogged state.
In step S522, the controller 400 sends a cleaning signal and clears the accumulated operation time of the air conditioner 300.
The method for judging the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 of the air conditioner 300 in the embodiment of the invention firstly judges whether a plurality of continuously obtained measured current values are all lower than a current judging threshold value, when the plurality of measured current values are all lower than the current judging threshold value, then judges whether the accumulated running time of the air conditioner 300 is greater than a running time judging threshold value, and judges that the dust filter screen 103 is in a blocking state when the accumulated running time is greater than the running time judging threshold value, so that the judging accuracy rate of the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 is improved, the misjudgment is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 of the air conditioner 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 of the air conditioner 300 includes the steps of:
s602: acquiring an operation mode of the air conditioner 300, and determining that the air conditioner 300 is in a heating mode, a cooling mode or an air supply mode;
s604: acquiring an initial current value of a motor 131 of an indoor fan 130 of an indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner 300 corresponding to an operation mode, wherein the initial current value is the motor current value acquired after the air conditioner 300 is adjusted to the operation mode in an initialization process, a heating mode corresponds to a heating initial current value, a cooling mode corresponds to a cooling initial current value, and an air supply mode corresponds to an air supply initial current value;
s606: the current of the motor 131 is acquired a plurality of times in succession: after the air conditioner 300 is started up and operates in the operation mode each time, the current of the motor 131 is obtained to obtain an actually measured current value, and the actually measured current value is continuously recorded for multiple times to obtain multiple actually measured current values;
s608: judging whether the plurality of actually measured current values are all larger than or equal to the initial current value;
s610: if the determination result in step S608 is yes, it is determined that the dust filter 103 is in the clean state. If the determination result in step S608 is negative, the process returns to step S606.
The determination method of the embodiment of the present invention further proposes that when all of the plurality of measured current values are greater than the initial current value, the dust filter 103 is considered to be in a clean state.
The determination method shown in fig. 6 will be explained below by taking the cooling mode as an example. It should be understood that the numerical values in the following description are merely exemplary by reference.
In step S602, it is determined that the air conditioner 300 is in the cooling mode.
In step S604, the initial current value corresponding to the cooling mode is 25mA (after the air conditioner 300 is installed, the air conditioner is powered on for the first time, and is controlled to enter the cooling mode, and the current of the motor 131 of the indoor fan 130 is obtained 5 times to obtain 24mA, 25mA, and 26mA, and the average value is calculated to determine that the initial cooling current value is 25 mA).
In step S5606, after the air conditioner 300 is turned on and operates in the cooling mode each time, the current of the motor 131 is obtained to obtain one actually measured current value, and the actually measured current values are continuously recorded for 6 times to obtain 6 actually measured current values, which are 25mA, 26mA, 25.5mA, 26mA, and 26mA, respectively.
In step S608, it is determined whether or not each of the plurality of measured current values is equal to or greater than the initial current value. The judgment in step S608 results in yes.
Step S610 is performed to determine that the dust filter 103 is in a clean state.
The air conditioner 300 and the method for determining the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 of the air conditioner 300 in the embodiment of the invention propose that the current value of the motor 131 obtained after the air conditioner 300 is adjusted to the running mode in the initialization process is taken as the initial current value of the running mode, and the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 is determined according to the actually measured current values and the initial current values, so that the situation of erroneous determination of blocking of the dust filter screen 103 caused by the fact that the installation position of the indoor unit 100 is too close to the ceiling of the indoor roof can be avoided.
Further, the method for determining the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 of the air conditioner 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention first determines whether the obtained multiple measured current values are all lower than a current determination threshold, and when the multiple measured current values are all lower than the current determination threshold, then determines whether the accumulated operation time of the air conditioner 300 is greater than an operation time determination threshold, and when the accumulated operation time is greater than the operation time determination threshold, determines that the dust filter screen 103 is in a blocking state, so that the determination accuracy of the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 is improved, the erroneous determination is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
Further, in the method for determining the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 of the air conditioner 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the preset current determination difference is determined according to the indoor humidity value of the indoor environment in which the indoor unit 100 is located, so that a false determination situation that the air duct is blocked due to the fact that the condensed water covers the surface of the indoor heat exchanger 120 when the ambient humidity is high, which is similar to the blocking of the dust filter screen 103, can be avoided.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
