Description

Method for determining blockage degree of dust filter screen of air conditioner and air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioning, in particular to a method for judging the blockage degree of a dust filter screen of an air conditioner and the air conditioner.
Background
The air inlet of the indoor unit of the existing air conditioner is provided with a dust filter screen which is used for filtering air entering the indoor unit and preventing impurities such as dust and the like from entering the indoor unit. After long-time use, impurities such as dust are easy to adhere to the dust filter screen, and the meshes of the dust filter screen are blocked. If the air conditioner cannot be cleaned in time, the air volume entering the indoor heat exchanger is reduced, the refrigeration and heating effects of the air conditioner are affected, the energy consumption of the air conditioner is increased, and the service life of the air conditioner is shortened. Most of the existing air conditioners are used for cleaning the dust filter screen by roughly estimating the service time of the air conditioner by users, unnecessary additional burden is brought to the users, and the situation that the dust filter screen is blocked and cannot be treated is likely to occur. Some air conditioners have a reminding function, but only remind blockage according to the service time of the air conditioner, and the blockage degree of the dust filter screen cannot be accurately judged.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a side view schematically illustrating an indoor unit 100 of an air conditioner 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 of the air conditioner 300 shown in fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the composition of an air conditioner 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to an air conditioner 300 having a wall-mounted indoor unit 100 as an example, with regard to the composition of the air conditioner 300 and a method of determining the clogging degree of a dust filter 103 of the air conditioner 300. The air conditioner 300 of the embodiment of the present invention generally includes: indoor unit 100 and outdoor unit 200. The indoor unit 100 includes a casing 110, an air inlet 101, an air outlet 102, an air deflector 140, an indoor heat exchanger 120, an indoor fan 130, and a dust filter 103. An air inlet 101 is formed at the top of the housing 110, and a dust filter 103 is disposed at the air inlet 101. The lower portion of the front side of the housing 110 is provided with an air outlet 102. The air outlet 102 is open toward the front lower side. The housing 110 may be a transversely extending strip-shaped structure, and the outlet 102 is an elongated opening extending along the transverse direction. The air outlet 102 is provided with an air deflector 140. The indoor heat exchanger 120 and the indoor fan 130 are disposed inside the case 110. The indoor heat exchanger 120 is configured to exchange heat with air entering the casing 110 from the air inlet 101 to form heat-exchanged air. Specifically, cold air is used for cooling, and hot air is used for heating. The indoor fan 130 is preferably a cross-flow fan extending in a transverse direction along an axial direction, and is used for promoting air to flow from the indoor heat exchanger 120 to the air outlet 102 and then to blow into the room. The indoor fan 130 has a motor 131. The outdoor unit 200 includes a casing, and a compressor 210, an outdoor heat exchanger 220, and an outdoor fan 230 disposed inside the casing. The indoor unit 100 and the outdoor unit 200 constitute a compression refrigeration cycle, thereby realizing cooling or heating of an indoor environment. The compression refrigeration cycle system transfers heat by using a compression phase change cycle of a refrigerant in the compressor 210, the outdoor heat exchanger 220, the indoor heat exchanger 120, and the throttle device.
The method for judging the blockage degree of the dust filter screen 103 of the air conditioner 300 in the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s202: acquiring the humidity of the environment where the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner 300 is located to obtain an indoor humidity value;
s204: obtaining the current of a motor 131 of an indoor fan 130 of the indoor unit 100 to obtain an actually measured current value;
s206: acquiring a current judgment threshold corresponding to the indoor humidity value;
s208: the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 is determined based on the measured current value and the current determination threshold value.
It is understood that step S202 and step S204 may be performed simultaneously, step S202 may be performed first and then step S204 may be performed, and step S204 may be performed first and then step S202 may be performed. Specifically, step S202 and step S206 may be executed first, and then step S204 may be executed.
The air conditioner 300 in the embodiment of the present invention further includes: a controller 400. The controller 400 includes a memory 401 and a processor 402, and a control program 410 is stored in the memory 401, and when the control program 410 is executed by the processor 402, the method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter net 103 of the air conditioner 300 is implemented. The controller 400 is generally provided in the indoor unit 100.
When the dust filter screen 103 is clogged, the amount of air discharged from the air conditioner 300 is smaller, the load on the motor 131 of the indoor fan 130 is smaller, and the current value of the motor 131 is lower than when the dust filter screen 103 is not clogged, so that whether the dust filter screen 103 is clogged or not can be determined by detecting the current value of the motor 131 of the indoor fan 130. However, if only the current value of the motor 131 of the indoor fan 130 is considered, a situation similar to the blockage of the dust filter 103 due to the blockage of the air outlet duct caused by the condensed water covering the surface of the indoor heat exchanger 120 when the ambient humidity is high may occur, and at this time, although the dust filter 103 is not blocked, the controller 400 may still consider that the blockage occurs due to the low current value of the motor 131 of the indoor fan 130, which may cause an erroneous determination. According to the method for judging the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 of the air conditioner 300, provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 is judged, the indoor environment humidity is considered, different current judgment threshold values corresponding to different indoor humidity values are set, and then the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 is judged by comparing the actually measured current value of the motor 131 with the current judgment threshold value corresponding to the current indoor humidity value, so that the judgment accuracy rate of the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 is improved, the misjudgment is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, the step S206 of obtaining the current determination threshold corresponding to the indoor humidity value further includes:
acquiring a current compensation value corresponding to the indoor humidity value;
and calculating the difference value between the first reference set value and the current compensation value to obtain a current judgment threshold value.
In the method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 of the air conditioner 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention, a current determination threshold may be directly set for each indoor humidity value or each indoor humidity range, or a fixed first reference setting value may be set first, and a current compensation value is set for each indoor humidity value or each indoor humidity range, and then the current determination threshold is obtained by calculating a difference between the first reference setting value and the current compensation value. The first reference setting value is a value of the current of the motor 131 at which the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 has reached the time when cleaning is required, and therefore, it is logically possible to better understand that the current determination threshold value is calculated by setting the first reference setting value with different current compensation values than that each current determination threshold value is directly set. Here, it is more accurate to set a current determination threshold value or a current compensation value for each indoor humidity value, but it is more practical to set a current determination threshold value or a current compensation value for each indoor humidity range section, considering that it is not necessary to subdivide the determination of the clogging degree of the dust filter net 103.
Two ways of determining the current decision threshold will be tabulated below. Assuming that the indoor humidity value range is 10% -90%, the indoor humidity value range is divided into six indoor humidity range intervals, wherein A can be 25%, B can be 30%, C can be 35%, D can be 45%, and E can be 60%.

Table 1 shows a case where the air conditioner 300 sets the current determination threshold value for each of the indoor humidity range sections. Current determination threshold F1To F6Can range from 15mA to 30mA, and is selected from F1To F6Decreases as the indoor humidity value increases. For example, the current determination threshold F1Is 20mA, and a current determination threshold value F219.5mA, current determination threshold value F3Is 19mA, and a current determination threshold value F4Is 18mA, and a current determination threshold value F5Is 16mA, and the current determination threshold F6 is 15 mA. Assuming that the indoor humidity value obtained in step S202 is 22%, step S206 determines that the indoor humidity value 22% is in the interval < a, corresponding to the output current determination threshold F1And was 20 mA. Further, it is assumed that the indoor humidity value obtained in step S202 is 32%, and step S206 determines that the indoor humidity value 32% is in the B-C interval and corresponds to the output current determination threshold F3And was 19 mA. Assuming that the indoor humidity value obtained in step S202 is 50%, step S206 determines that 50% of the indoor humidity value is in the D-E interval, and corresponds to the current output determination threshold F5And was 16 mA.

Table 2 shows a case where the air conditioner 300 is set with the first reference set value X and the current compensation value is set for each indoor humidity zone. The first reference setting value X may range from 20mA to 30mA, such as 20mA, 23mA, and 27 mA. Current compensation value Y1To Y6Can range from 0mA to 2.5mA or 0mA to 5.0mA, and is selected from Y1To Y6Which increases in turn as the indoor humidity value increases. For example, the first reference set value X is 20mA, and the current compensation value Y1Is 0mA, and the current compensation value Y20.5mA, current compensation value Y31.0mA, electricityFlow compensation value Y4Is 2.0mA, and has a current compensation value Y53.0mA, and the current compensation value Y6 is 5.0 mA. Assuming that the indoor humidity value obtained in step S202 is 22%, step S206 determines that the indoor humidity value 22% is in the interval < a, corresponding to the output current compensation value Y1Calculating a first reference set value X and a current compensation value Y for 0mA1To obtain a current determination threshold value F1And was 20 mA. Current compensation value Y1That is, in the determination method according to the embodiment of the present invention, it is considered that the first reference set value X is not compensated when the indoor humidity value is smaller than a certain interval. In conjunction with the operation mode of the air conditioner 300, the air humidity is usually relatively low when the air conditioner 300 is in the heating mode, so the determination method of the embodiment of the present invention is particularly suitable for the case where the air conditioner 300 is in the cooling mode. Further, assume that the indoor humidity value obtained in step S202 is 32%, and step S206 determines that the indoor humidity value 32% is in the B-C interval and corresponds to the output current compensation value Y3Is 1.0mA, and a first reference set value X and a current compensation value Y are calculated3To obtain a current determination threshold value F3And was 19 mA. Assuming that the indoor humidity value obtained in step S202 is 50%, step S206 determines that the indoor humidity value 50% is in the D-E interval, corresponding to the output current compensation value Y5A first reference set value X and a current compensation value Y are calculated and are 3.0mA5To obtain a current determination threshold value F5And was 17 mA.
In some embodiments, the indoor fan 130 has a plurality of wind speed steps, and the corresponding first reference set value X is determined according to the wind speed steps. The indoor fan 130 of the air conditioner 300 is generally divided into three wind speed stages of high wind speed, medium wind speed and low wind speed. It is proposed that the first reference setting values are respectively set for different wind speed gears to further improve the accuracy of the judgment of the clogging degree of the dust filter screen 103. Generally, the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 is determined only at the initial stage of starting the air conditioner 300, and at this time, the wind speed of the indoor fan 130 is a fixed value, so only one first reference set value may be set, but when the real-time determination is desired, a determination method of setting the first reference set values respectively for different wind speed gears is preferably adopted, which may further improve the determination accuracy of the clogging degree of the dust filter 103. In other embodiments, the current compensation value corresponds to the indoor humidity value and the wind speed gear, that is, different current compensation values are set for different wind speed gears in the same indoor humidity value, but the control logic may be somewhat complicated.
In some embodiments, the step S208 of determining the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 based on the measured current value and the magnitude of the current determination threshold includes: when the measured current value is smaller than the current determination threshold value, it is determined that the dust filter 103 is in the first clogged state. The first clogged state, i.e. the state in which the clogging degree of the dust filter screen 103 has reached the time when cleaning is required, may be referred to as a heavily clogged state. Further, the controller 400 of the air conditioner 300 is further configured to: when it is determined that the dust filter 103 is in the first clogged state, a cleaning signal is issued.
In some embodiments, the step S208 of determining the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 according to the measured current value and the current determination threshold value further includes: when the measured current value is larger than the second reference set value, the dust filter 103 is judged to be in a clean state; wherein the second reference setting value is greater than the first reference setting value. The second reference set value is the current value of the motor 131 in the cleaning state of the dust filter 103. The second reference setting value can range from 21mA to 31mA, such as 25mA, 27mA, and 30 mA.
In some embodiments, the step S208 of determining the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 according to the measured current value and the current determination threshold value further includes: when the measured current value is smaller than the second reference set value and larger than the third reference set value, the dust filter 103 is judged to be in a second blockage state; wherein the third reference setting value is greater than the current determination threshold but less than the second reference setting value; and when the measured current value is smaller than the third reference set value, the dust filter 103 is determined to be in the third blockage state. The determination method of the embodiment of the invention also provides that the third reference set value is set to be larger than the current determination threshold value but smaller than the second reference set value, so that the severe clogging state and the clean state are subdivided into the second clogging state and the third clogging state. The second occlusion state may be referred to as a mild occlusion state and the third occlusion state may be referred to as a moderate occlusion state.
The third reference set value is larger than the current determination threshold but smaller than the second reference set value, and preferably may be set as an average value of the current determination threshold and the second reference set value. For example, the first reference set value may be 20mA, and the current compensation value at a certain indoor humidity value is 3mA, and the current determination threshold value is 17 mA. The second reference setting may be 27 mA. The third reference setting may be 22 mA. When the actually measured current value is 16mA, the dust filter 103 can be judged to be in a severe blockage state, and the controller 400 sends out a cleaning signal; when the actually measured current value is 20mA, the dust filter 103 can be judged to be in a moderate blocking state; when the actually measured current value is 26mA, the dust filter 103 can be judged to be in a slight blockage state; when the measured current value is 29mA, it can be determined that the dust filter 103 is in a clean state. According to the judging method provided by the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of reference set values are set, and the dust filter 103 is judged to have four blockage degrees, such as a clean state, a first blockage state, a second blockage state and a third blockage state, according to different intervals where the actual measurement current value is located, so that the blockage degree judgment of different levels can be provided, and meanwhile, the subdivision is not excessive, and the user requirements are better met.
The indoor humidity value may be obtained by obtaining the indoor humidity value through a humidity sensor 104 provided outside the indoor unit 100; and/or

The indoor fan 130 wind speed correction constant e and the outdoor fan 230 wind speed correction constant f may be set to different correction constants for different wind speed intervals.

Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of the composition of an air conditioner 300 according to another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, an indoor temperature sensor 105 is provided outside the indoor unit 100 to detect the Troom; a coil temperature sensor 106 is arranged at the indoor heat exchanger 120 of the indoor unit 100 to detect and obtain Tincoil; an outdoor temperature sensor 201 is provided outside the outdoor unit 200 to detect Toutdoor.
The determination method of the embodiment of the invention can obtain the indoor humidity value by arranging the humidity sensor 104, and can also obtain the indoor humidity value by calculating according to a formula, wherein one of the two modes can be selected, and the two modes can also be supplemented.
In addition, the determination method according to the embodiment of the present invention may be a method of compensating for the actually measured current value. Specifically, the method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 of the air conditioner 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of:
acquiring the humidity of the environment where the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner 300 is located to obtain an indoor humidity value;
obtaining the current of a motor 131 of an indoor fan 130 of the indoor unit 100 to obtain an actually measured current value;
acquiring a current compensation value corresponding to the indoor humidity value;
calculating the sum of the actually measured current value and the current compensation value to obtain a judgment value;
the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 is judged based on the judgment value and the first reference set value.
In general, the first reference setting value is compensated for by determining the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 only at the initial stage of the air conditioner 300. Compensating for the measured current value is more suitable for situations where a real-time determination of the degree of clogging is required, but this increases the operating cycle of the controller 400. For example, continuing the previous assumptions, in Table 2 the first reference setpoint X is 20mA, and the current offset Y is1Is 0 mA; current compensation value Y20.5mA, current compensation value Y31.0mA, current compensation value Y4Is 2.0mA, and has a current compensation value Y53.0mA, and the current compensation value Y6 is 5.0 mA. Meanwhile, assuming that the obtained indoor humidity value is 50%, the obtained measured current value is 16 mA. The indoor humidity value is 50% in the D-E interval and corresponds to the output current compensation value Y5It was 3.0 mA. Calculating the measured current value and the current compensation value Y5The determination value was 19 mA. When the judgment value 19mA is less than the first reference set value 20mA, the dust filter screen 103 is judged to be in a severe blockage state, and the controller 400 sends out a cleaning signal.
The following describes an example of determining the clogging state of the dust filter 103 from the start of the air conditioner 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of the air conditioner 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The control method of the air conditioner 300 of the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s502: turning on the air conditioner 300;
s504: an indoor humidity value is obtained by a humidity sensor 104 provided outside the indoor unit 100; and/or calculating the indoor humidity value by the formula;
s506: acquiring a current compensation value corresponding to the indoor humidity value;
s508: calculating the difference value between the first reference set value and the current compensation value to obtain a current judgment threshold value;
s510: obtaining the current of a motor 131 of an indoor fan 130 of the indoor unit 100 to obtain an actually measured current value;
s512: judging whether the actually measured current value is smaller than a current judgment threshold value;
s514: if the judgment result in the step S512 is yes, it is judged that the dust filter 103 is in the first blocking state;
s516: the controller 400 sends a cleaning signal;
s518: if the determination result in the step S512 is negative, continuously determining whether the actually measured current value is greater than a second reference set value;
s520: if the determination result in the step S518 is yes, it is determined that the dust filter 103 is in a clean state;
s522: if the determination result in the step S518 is negative, continuously determining whether the actually measured current value is greater than a third reference setting value;
s524: if the determination result in the step S522 is yes, it is determined that the dust filter 103 is in the second clogged state;
s526: if the determination result in step S522 is negative, it is determined that the dust filter 103 is in the third clogged state.
It is understood that steps S504-S508 may be performed simultaneously with step S510, or may be performed sequentially.
According to the air conditioner 300 and the method for judging the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 of the air conditioner 300, provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 is judged, the indoor environment humidity is considered, different current judgment threshold values corresponding to different indoor humidity values are set, and then the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 is judged by comparing the measured current value of the motor 131 with the current judgment threshold value corresponding to the current indoor humidity value, so that the misjudgment situation that the air channel is blocked due to the fact that condensed water covers the surface of the indoor heat exchanger 120 when the environment humidity is high can be avoided, the judgment accuracy rate of the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 is improved, the misjudgment is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
Further, the determination method according to the embodiment of the present invention further provides that the wind speed of the indoor fan 130 is considered when determining the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103, so that the determination accuracy of the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 can be further improved.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
