本发明涉及装饰灯技术领域,公开了一种LED装饰灯,包括:支撑骨架,所述支撑骨架为中空的环形结构,所述支撑骨架内设有用于实现LED装饰灯发光的光源,所述支撑固架上设有用于对所述光源进行反射的可弯曲反射组件,所述光源与所述反射组件相连。光源设置于支撑骨架内,光源用于实现LED装饰灯发光,反射组件起反射作用,对光源散发出的光线进行反射,出现类似隧道的无限LED灯光效果,改善了LED装饰灯的发光效果及制作工艺。

一种LED装饰灯
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰灯技术领域,尤其涉及一种LED装饰灯。
背景技术
LED为发光二极管的简称,随着科学技术的发展,LED灯的应用已经较为广泛,且使用的范围也较广。
现有技术中,现有的LED装饰灯或鞋灯,通常是由几个单独的发光LED或由一个柔性板组成点阵式的发光LED,单独的发光LED组成图案效果比较单一;点阵式的发光LED,其制作工艺比较复杂并其成本较高。普通的LED灯在使用时候只能作为照明使用,效果单一而且缺乏趣味性。然而,现有的LED装饰灯发光单一且制作复杂,其使用的半透反光镜体多为玻璃材质或亚克力材质,半透反光镜体易碎,体积较大和不可弯曲。
因此,如何改善LED装饰灯的发光效果及制作工艺成为亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于改善LED装饰灯的制作工艺及降低成本。
为此,根据第一方面,本发明实施例公开了一种LED装饰灯,包括:支撑骨架,所述支撑骨架为中空的环形结构,所述支撑骨架内设有用于实现LED装饰灯发光的光源,所述支撑固架上设有用于对所述光源进行反射的可弯曲反射组件,所述光源与所述反射组件相连。
可选地,所述光源为LED灯带,所述LED灯带上设有若干发光LED。
可选地,所述LED灯带为环形。
可选地,所述反射组件包括设置于所述支撑骨架一端的第一半透反光镜体与设置于所述支撑骨架内的第二半透反光镜体,所述第一半透反光镜体与所述第二半透反光镜体均用于对所述光源进行反射。
可选地,所述支撑骨架、所述第一半透反光镜体以及所述第二反光镜体之间的连接处通过密封件进行密封,以使其连接处无缝隙。
可选地,所述密封件为环氧树脂或uv胶水。
本发明具有以下有益效果:光源设置于支撑骨架内,光源用于实现LED装饰灯发光,反射组件起反射作用,对光源散发出的光线进行反射,出现类似隧道的无限LED灯光效果,改善了LED装饰灯的发光效果及制作工艺。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。

本发明实施例公开了一种LED装饰灯,如图1所示,包括:支撑骨架1,所述支撑骨架1为中空的环形结构,支撑骨架1内设有用于实现LED装饰灯发光的光源2,支撑固架上设有用于对光源2进行反射的可弯曲反射组件3,光源2与反射组件3相连。在具体实施过程中,支撑骨架1可以由PVC材质制成,支撑骨架1可弯曲;支撑骨架1也可以是柔性材质或半硬材质或可弯曲的材质。
需要说明的是,光源2设置于支撑骨架1内,光源2用于实现LED装饰灯发光,反射组件3起反射作用,对光源2散发出的光线进行反射,出现类似隧道的无限LED灯光效果,改善了LED装饰灯的制作工艺及降低成本。
如图1所示,光源2包括LED灯带21,LED灯带21上设有若干发光LED22。
如图1所示,LED灯带21为环形。
如图1所示,反射组件3包括设置于支撑骨架1一端的第一半透反光镜体31与设置于支撑骨架1内的第二半透反光镜体32,第一半透反光镜体31与第二半透反光镜体32均用于对光源2进行反射。
需要说明的是,第一半透反光镜体31与第二半透反光镜体32均可弯曲,第一半透反光镜体31与第二半透反光镜体32均由柔性材质或可弯曲反光材质制成。
如图1所示,支撑骨架1、第一半透反光镜体31以及第二反光镜体之间的连接处通过密封件进行密封,以使其连接处无缝隙。
如图1所示,密封件为环氧树脂或uv胶水。
图2是本实施例公开的一种LED装饰灯的使用示意图,如图2所示,LED装饰灯应用于鞋子,实现多种图案无限延伸的效果。装饰灯可以任意弯曲,做到任何形状大小,并完全防水,可应用于鞋子任何部位。
工作原理:光源2设置于支撑骨架1内,LED灯带21用于实现LED装饰灯发光,反射组件3起反射作用,通过第一半透反光镜体31和第二半透反光镜体32对光源2散发出的光线进行无限次反射,即,光源2发出的光射到第一半透反光镜体31后,经第一半透反光镜体31反射至第二半透反光镜体32,经第二半透反光镜体32反射至第一半透反光镜体31,第一半透反光镜体31又将光反射至第二半透反光镜体32,……,如此反复反射,出现类似隧道的无限LED灯光效果,改善了LED装饰灯的制作工艺及降低成本。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (6)

1.一种LED装饰灯,其特征在于,包括:支撑骨架(1),所述支撑骨架(1)为中空的环形结构,所述支撑骨架(1)内设有用于实现LED装饰灯发光的光源(2),所述支撑固架上设有用于对所述光源(2)进行反射的可弯曲反射组件(3),所述光源(2)与所述反射组件(3)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED装饰灯,其特征在于,所述光源(2)包括LED灯带(21),所述LED灯带(21)上设有若干发光LED(22)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED装饰灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯带(21)为环形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED装饰灯,其特征在于,所述反射组件(3)包括设置于所述支撑骨架(1)一端的第一半透反光镜体(31)与设置于所述支撑骨架(1)内的第二半透反光镜体(32),所述第一半透反光镜体(31)与所述第二半透反光镜体(32)均用于对所述光源(2)进行反射。
5.根据权利要求4所述的LED装饰灯,其特征在于,所述支撑骨架(1)、所述第一半透反光镜体(31)以及所述第二半透反光镜体(32)之间的连接处通过密封件进行密封,以使其连接处无缝隙。
6.根据权利要求5所述的LED装饰灯,其特征在于,所述密封件为环氧树脂或uv胶水。
