Abstract

本发明是提供一种多功能于一体,可在水质较差的环境下工作可靠且不出故障,同时在给水系统出现负压状态时能确保排出的水不能返流回供水管道的防虹吸功能的多功能先导式给水阀。本发明是在先导式给水阀的结构基础上,在进水管壁上设置滤网,确保流入限流小孔的水比较洁净,不会将限流小孔堵塞,保证阀门工作可靠不出现漏水现象,在给水的工作状态下水流会将停留在滤网上的杂质冲洗并带走;同时,在通往限流小孔的先导通管中设置单向阀,使水流只能从滤网流经单向阀,再进入限流小孔,再流入先导腔,先导腔中的水绝不能返流回进水管道,以此来保持先导腔始终处于正压力,阀门组件紧贴排水口不能开启。

技术领域
本发明属阀门技术领域中的先导式给水阀门,是生产、生活用品设备中的给水执行器。
背景技术
先导阀在智能制造的大环境下得到广泛的应用,是生产、生活用设备必不可少的控制执行器。它的可靠性关系到整台设备的品质。由于先导阀自身技术的特性,对流体的纯净度有较高的要求,因此在应用于水环境的阀门缺点凸显。为此,人们为了提高水的纯净度,增设了水过滤设备,而过滤器又必须时常清洗,给设备维护增加麻烦;为了保证自来水饮用水安全,世界各国都出台了用于自来水系统的给水器的防虹吸强制标准,由于现有的先导阀自身均不具有防虹吸功能,所以又只能在设备的自来水管道中增加防虹吸机构,以满足标准要求;但其体积大,可靠性差,安装不方便。因此,根据现有先导阀的短板,开发出一种多功能先导式给水阀很有必要,市场前景也很大。
发明内容
本发明是提供一种多功能于一体,可在水质较差的环境下工作可靠且不出故障,同时在给水系统出现负压状态时能确保排出的水不能返流回供水管道的防虹吸功能的多功能先导式给水阀。本发明是在先导式给水阀的结构基础上,在进水管壁上设置滤网,确保流入限流小孔的水比较洁净,不会将限流小孔堵塞,保证阀门工作可靠不出现漏水现象,在给水的工作状态下水流会将停留在滤网上的杂质冲洗并带走;同时,在通往限流小孔的先导通管中设置单向阀,使水流只能从滤网流经单向阀,再进入限流小孔,再流入先导腔,先导腔中的水绝不能返流回进水管道,以此来保持先导腔始终处于正压力,阀门组件紧贴排水口不能开启。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
本发明是在先导式给水阀的压力腔进水管管壁上增设一个环形滤网,在滤网通往先导腔限流小孔的管路中增设一个单向阀,进入先导腔的水必须经过过滤器过滤,比较洁净的水从先导通管和单向阀通过进入限流小孔,进入先导腔,确保限流小孔不堵塞,先导式给水阀就不出故障,被滤网过滤下的杂质停留在滤网表面,当阀门出水时,水流从滤网表面流过,水的流动冲击力带走滤网上的杂质,清洗了滤网,因而滤网就不会堵死,免去清洗滤网的麻烦;当自来水管道出现负压时,由于单向阀的作用,先导腔内的水不会倒流,先导腔也就不会产生负压,压力腔产生负压,由于先导腔内的阀门组件受压面积大于压力腔内的阀门组件受压面积,此时,先导腔是正压,压力腔是负压,阀门组件紧压在排水口上,流出排水口的水一点也不能从排水口返流到进水管内;由于在先导阀上增加了滤网和单向阀这两个装置,使先导式给水阀门更符合各种水环境,而不出故障,同时也满足给水阀防虹吸的国家强制标准,使先导阀用途更广、更方便、更可靠。

现结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
现结合图1对本发明作进一步说明。图1是本发明的产品结构图。本发明的一种多功能先导式给水阀是由压力腔A、先导腔B、先导孔1、执行器2、阀门组件3、弹簧4、先导通管5、限流小孔6、单向阀7、滤网8、进水管9、排水管10、排水口11组成的一体阀。
现结合图2对本发明作进一步说明。图2是本发明的常闭工作状态图。先导腔B、压力腔A是由阀门组件3将主体分隔形成。当来水时,水从进水管9流入压力腔A的同时流经管壁上设置的过滤网8,通过过滤的水同时流入滤网8后的先导通管5,再经过单向阀7流入限流小孔6进入先导腔B,由于执行器2是常闭状态,先导腔B内压力与自来水压力保持平衡,由于先导腔B中的阀门组件3受压面积大于压力腔受压面积,所以阀门组件3始终压向排水口11,因此,此时的先导给水阀是关闭状态不出水的。
现结合图3对本发明作进一步说明。图3是本发明的给水状态图。当执行器2开启,先导腔B内的水在水压状态下,水从先导孔1流入排水口11,由于先导孔1孔径大于限流小孔6,从限流小孔6流入先导腔B内的水量不能抵消先导孔1流出的水量,先导腔B失压;因此,在压力腔A内的水压作用下,克服弹簧4压力,将阀门组件3推向先导腔B,同时离开排水口11,压力腔A的水从排水口11流出,进水管9来水,不断流入压力腔A,保持压力腔A的压力,使阀门组件3始终处于开启状态;水流经滤网8时,由于流速快,可冲刷滤网8面,带走滤网8上停留的固态物质,随水排出。
现结合图4对本发明作进一步说明。图4是本发明的防虹吸工作状态图。当自来水管产生负压时,压力腔A也产生负压,由于先导通管5中的单向阀7的作用,使先导腔B中的水不能从限流小孔6返流回进水管9,保持了先导腔B内始终处于正压状态,再加上弹簧4的压力,阀门组件3也始终顶压在排水口11上,流出排水口11的水一点也不能从排水口11返流到进水管9内,确保了在负压产生时排出的水一点也不会返流的功能。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,本发明所述的技术可适用于各种先导式阀门和先导阀执行器;本发明技术不局限于先导阀进出水口的结构形式。

Claims (5)

1.一种多功能先导式给水阀,其特征在于:由压力腔、先导腔、先导孔、执行器、阀门组件、弹簧、先导通管、限流小孔、单向阀、滤网、进水管、排水管、排水口组成的一体阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能先导式排水阀,其特征是:所述的先导腔、压力腔是由阀门组件将主体分隔形成;所述的先导腔,其特征是先导腔上设有先导孔,先导孔上设有执行器,先导腔内阀门组件上设有压力弹簧、弹簧常压在阀门组件上使阀门紧贴排水口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能先导式给水阀,其特征是:所述的压力腔上有进水管、排水管和排水口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能先导式给水阀,其特征是:所述的先导通管是连通先导腔与压力腔的导通管,先导通管进水一端连通压力腔上的进水管,进水管的管壁上设置有环形滤网,只有通过滤网的净水才能流入先导通管,在先导通管中设置有单向阀,单向阀可阻止水倒流回进水管,先导通管另一端出水口是限流小孔,限流小孔设置在先导腔的内壁上与先导腔相通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能先导式给水阀,其特征是:本专利所述的技术可适用于各种先导式阀门和先导阀执行器;本专利技术不局限与先导阀进出水口的结构形式。
