本发明涉及一种带泄压功能减压器,其结构为:一级壳体的底端连接一级调整螺套,一级壳体的内腔中设置一级活门,一级活门与一级调整螺套之间设置一级主弹簧;二级壳体的顶端连接二级堵头,二级壳体的底端连接二级螺套,二级螺套的底端连接二级调整螺套,二级壳体的内腔中设置二级活门,二级螺套的上方设置膜片,膜片与二级调整螺套之间设置主弹簧,二级活门与二级堵头之间设置二级副弹簧;一级壳体的侧壁上设有进气口管嘴,二级壳体的侧壁上设置出气口管嘴,低压腔与安全阀壳体连通,安全阀壳体上连接套筒,活塞装配在安全阀壳体中,活塞与套筒之间设置弹簧。该减压器将减压和泄压结构集成为一体,节省总装系统空间和重量,大幅提高产品工作的可靠性。

本发明涉及一种带泄压功能减压器,属于阀门类领域。
背景技术
减压器在各种气路系统中广泛应用。目前,由于整弹重量及空间受限,随着技术的不断发展,将减压器与安全阀结构集成,在系统压力偏高条件下自身具备泄压能力是今后气路系统的一个重要发展方向,研发设计带泄压功能减压器具有较广阔的市场背景。
现有技术中的减压器,具备减压、稳压功能。在非正常工作环境下,缺少泄压功能会造成输出压力超指标问题,导致飞行失败的情况。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,提供了一种带泄压功能减压器,解决了现有技术中减压器过压泄压的问题。
本发明专利技术解决方案:
一种带泄压功能减压器,一级壳体的底端连接一级调整螺套,一级壳体的内腔中设置一级活门,一级壳体与一级活门之间形成反馈腔,一级调整螺套与一级活门之间形成大气腔,一级活门与一级调整螺套之间设置一级主弹簧;二级壳体的顶端连接二级堵头,二级壳体的底端连接二级螺套,二级螺套的底端连接二级调整螺套,二级壳体的内腔中设置二级活门,二级螺套的上方设置膜片,二级壳体与膜片之间形成反馈腔,二级螺套、二级调整螺套与膜片之间形成大气腔,膜片与二级调整螺套之间设置二级主弹簧,二级活门与二级堵头之间设置二级副弹簧;所述的一级壳体的侧壁上设有进气口管嘴,进气口管嘴与一级活门之间形成高压腔,二级壳体的侧壁上设置出气口管嘴,出气口管嘴与二级壳体、二级活门之间形成低压腔;所述的低压腔与二级壳体外部的安全阀壳体连通,安全阀壳体上连接套筒,活塞装配在安全阀壳体中,活塞与套筒之间设置弹簧,活塞与套筒之间形成排压腔。
所述的进气口管嘴设有过滤器。
所述的一级壳体与一级活门之间套装有第一胶圈和第二胶圈;所述的二级壳体和二级活门之间套装有第三胶圈。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果:
本发明在高压气体通过一级活门处形成减压,减压后气体反馈至一级低压腔,并作用在活门上与一级主弹簧预紧力相平衡,使一级输出稳定压力。一级输出稳压气体通过二级活门处形成二次减压,将减压后气体反馈至低压腔,低压气体作用在膜片上与二级主弹簧预紧力相平衡,最终输出稳定压力。二级腰孔流经活塞,在输出压力异常情况下,活塞克服弹簧力移动,过胶圈泄压排气。减压、稳压和泄压功能集成的结构节省总装空间和重量。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图,结合具体实施例,详细描述本发明。
一种带泄压功能减压器,一级壳体1的底端连接一级调整螺套9,一级壳体1的内腔中设置一级活门2,一级壳体1与一级活门2之间形成反馈腔,一级调整螺套9与一级活门2之间形成大气腔,一级活门2与一级调整螺套9之间设置一级主弹簧8;二级壳体6的顶端连接二级堵头18,二级壳体的底端连接二级螺套12,二级螺套12的底端连接二级调整螺套10,二级壳体的内腔中设置二级活门15,二级活门15的底端两侧分别设有隔板14,二级螺套12的上部设置膜片13,二级壳体与膜片13之间形成反馈腔,二级螺套12、二级调整螺套10与膜片13之间形成大气腔,膜片13与二级调整螺套10之间设置二级主弹簧11,二级活门与二级堵头之间设置二级副弹簧17。
一级壳体的侧壁上设有进气口管嘴4,进气口管嘴4设有过滤器3。进气口管嘴4与一级活门2之间形成高压腔,二级壳体的侧壁上设置出气口管嘴27,出气口管嘴与二级壳体、二级活门15之间形成低压腔,二级壳体的外部通过螺钉19、胶圈20连接安全阀壳体26,所述的低压腔与安全阀壳体26连通;安全阀壳体26上通过锁紧螺母22连接套筒21,活塞25装配在安全阀壳体26内孔中,密封胶圈24设置在安全阀壳体26槽孔内,活塞25与套筒21之间设置弹簧22,活塞25与套筒20之间形成排压腔。
所述的一级壳体与一级活门之间套装有第一胶圈5和第二胶圈7;所述的二级壳体和二级活门之间套装有第三胶圈16。
在给定进口压力P时,旋动一级调整螺套9,使一级主弹簧8受压缩,一级主弹簧力作用在一级活门2上,使一级活门2开启一定高度,高压气体经过一级活门2与一级壳体1的密封韧边之间形成的环形节流面积,被减压后进入低压腔建立出口压力P,并输出额定流量,及稳定的一级输出压力。然后一级输出压力进入二级活门15处,此时旋动二级调整螺套10,使二级主弹簧11受压缩,二级主弹簧力作用在二级活门15上,使二级活门15开启一定高度,高压气体经过二级活门15与二级壳体密封韧边之间形成的环形节流面积,被减压后进入低压腔,并作用在膜片13上,与二级主弹簧11力相平衡,输出稳定压力P。减压器低压腔与安全阀壳体26连通,当输出压力P超过规定压力值时,活塞组件25克服弹簧23力值,活塞组件25移动过胶圈24泄压排气,气体从套筒21的排气孔排出。
所述的一种带泄压功能减压器,工作压力35MPa~4MPa,出口压力0.55MPa±0.1MPa,流量9L/min-168L/min。

1.一种带泄压功能减压器,其特征在于一级壳体的底端连接一级调整螺套,一级壳体的内腔中设置一级活门,一级壳体与一级活门之间形成反馈腔,一级调整螺套与一级活门之间形成大气腔,一级活门与一级调整螺套之间设置一级主弹簧;二级壳体的顶端连接二级堵头,二级壳体的底端连接二级螺套,二级螺套的底端连接二级调整螺套,二级壳体的内腔中设置二级活门,二级螺套的上方设置膜片,二级壳体与膜片之间形成反馈腔,二级螺套、二级调整螺套与膜片之间形成大气腔,膜片与二级调整螺套之间设置二级主弹簧,二级活门与二级堵头之间设置二级副弹簧;所述的一级壳体的侧壁上设有进气口管嘴,进气口管嘴与一级活门之间形成高压腔,二级壳体的侧壁上设置出气口管嘴,出气口管嘴与二级壳体、二级活门之间形成低压腔;所述的低压腔与二级壳体外部的安全阀壳体连通,安全阀壳体上连接套筒,活塞装配在安全阀壳体中,活塞与套筒之间设置弹簧,活塞与套筒之间形成排压腔。
