In the cartridge bearing seal ring provided by the embodiment of the invention, the shape of the longitudinal section of the movable seal ring 3 can be set according to requirements.
However, since the rotational speed of the movable seal ring 3 is not constant; when the rotation speed of the movable seal ring 3 is slow, a part of the impurities may be accumulated vertically above the movable seal ring 3, and when the accumulated impurities are excessive, the impurities may reach the position where the movable seal ring 3 contacts the stationary seal ring radial portion 11 and the movable seal ring radial portion 21, so that, in the operating state, the movable seal ring 3 and the stationary seal ring radial portion 11 keep rotating relatively, and therefore the impurities reaching the positions of the movable seal ring 3 and the stationary seal ring radial portion 11 may continuously wear the movable seal ring 3 and the stationary seal ring radial portion 11. The movable sealing ring 3 and the radial part 21 of the movable sealing ring can keep rotating at the same speed, namely relatively static; but also relative rotation with the dynamic seal ring radial portion 21.
When the movable seal ring 3 and the movable seal ring radial portion 21 are held stationary relative to each other, the foreign matter reaching the positions of the movable seal ring 3 and the movable seal ring radial portion 21 does not wear the movable seal ring 3 and the movable seal ring radial portion 21.
When the movable seal ring 3 and the movable seal ring radial portion 21 keep rotating relative to each other, the impurities that reach the positions of the movable seal ring 3 and the movable seal ring radial portion 21 wear the movable seal ring 3 and the movable seal ring radial portion 21.
Therefore, in order to prevent the foreign matter from reaching the position where the movable seal ring 3 contacts the static seal ring radial portion 11 and the movable seal ring radial portion 21 and reduce the abrasion of the cartridge type bearing seal ring, it is necessary to accommodate the movable seal ring 3 with as much foreign matter as possible, and in one embodiment, the longitudinal section of the movable seal ring 3 has two V-shapes symmetrical to each other, and the V-shape of the longitudinal section of each movable seal ring 3 faces the outer peripheral surface of the cartridge type bearing seal ring.
When the longitudinal section of the movable sealing ring 3 is in two symmetrical V-shapes, and the V-shape of the longitudinal section of each movable sealing ring 3 faces the outer circumferential surface of the cassette bearing sealing ring, the impurities entering the cassette bearing sealing ring will preferentially accumulate at the vertex angle of the V-shape until the V-shape is fully accumulated, and the impurities will not reach the position where the movable sealing ring 3 contacts the radial part 11 of the static sealing ring and the radial part 21 of the movable sealing ring. And because the movable sealing ring 3 keeps rotating all the time in the working state, the impurities are difficult to be stored in the movable sealing ring 3, thereby slowing down the abrasion of the box type bearing sealing ring and prolonging the service life of the box type bearing sealing ring.
Of course, in other embodiments, the longitudinal section of the movable sealing ring 3 may have other shapes, such as: in one embodiment, the movable sealing ring 3 has a rectangular longitudinal section; in another embodiment, the movable sealing ring 3 has a wave-shaped longitudinal section.
In the cartridge bearing seal ring provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the V-shaped opening angle of the longitudinal section of the movable seal ring 3 may be set as required. However, in order to increase the amount of impurities that can be accumulated in the movable seal ring 3 as much as possible, the area of the triangle formed by the V-shape of the longitudinal section of the movable seal ring 3 may be increased. When the opening angle of the V-shape of the longitudinal section of the movable seal ring 3 is too large or too small, the area of the triangle formed by the V-shape of the longitudinal section of the movable seal ring 3 is relatively small, so, in one embodiment, the size of the opening angle of the V-shape of the longitudinal section of the movable seal ring 3 is in the range of 60 ° to 120 °.
Further, in one embodiment, the size of the V-shaped opening angle of the longitudinal section of the movable seal ring 3 is 90 °.
When the size range of the V-shaped opening angle of the longitudinal section of the movable sealing ring 3 is 60-120 degrees, the area of a triangle formed by the V-shaped longitudinal section of the movable sealing ring 3 is larger, more impurities can be accumulated, and therefore the abrasion of the box type bearing sealing ring is favorably reduced. When the size of the V-shaped opening angle of the longitudinal section of the movable seal ring 3 is 90 °, the area of the triangle formed by the V-shaped longitudinal section of the movable seal ring 3 becomes the largest, and the largest amount of impurities can be accumulated.
Of course, the movable seal ring 3 may rotate with the rotation of the movable seal ring 2 in various ways. In one embodiment, the second end of the movable seal ring 3 and the movable seal ring radial portion 21 are in contact with each other and are not fixedly connected through friction transmission.
In this way, the movable seal ring 3 and the movable seal ring 2 are provided separately, so that the processing of the movable seal ring 3 of the cartridge bearing seal ring can be facilitated, and when the use time is long and the wear occurs, only one of the movable seal ring and the movable seal ring can be replaced. On the one hand, the convenience of replacement can be improved, and on the other hand, the cost can be reduced.
When the movable seal ring 3 is in contact with only the stationary seal ring radial portion 11 and the movable seal ring radial portion 21, vertical sliding is likely to occur in the operating state, and abrasion of the cartridge type bearing seal ring is accelerated, so that vertical sliding in the operating state can be reduced when the movable seal ring 3 is kept in contact with the other portions of the bearing. Therefore, in one embodiment, the longitudinal section of the static axial lip 12 has two symmetrical V-shapes, and the V-shape of the longitudinal section of each static axial lip 12 faces the outer circumferential surface of the cartridge bearing seal ring; the V-shaped apex of the longitudinal section of the stationary axial lip 12 is in contact with the V-shaped apex of the longitudinal section of the movable seal ring 3.
Since the V-shaped apex portion of the longitudinal section of the stationary axial lip 12 is in contact with the V-shaped apex portion of the longitudinal section of the movable seal ring 3, the stationary axial lip 12 can support the movable seal ring 3 in an operating state, and the stationary axial lip 12 is prevented from sliding in the direction of the inner ring of the bearing, so that the abrasion of each part of the seal ring of the cartridge bearing can be reduced.
When the movable sealing ring 3 and the movable sealing ring 2 are separately arranged, the movable sealing ring 3 can be processed by adopting an integral forming process. Therefore, in one embodiment, the machining process of the movable sealing ring 3 is an integral molding process. The movable sealing ring 3 is processed by an integral forming process, and all parts of the obtained movable sealing ring 3 are connected and fastened, and the movable sealing ring is simple and convenient to process and low in cost.
In the box-type bearing sealing ring provided by the embodiment of the invention, the material of the movable sealing ring 3 can be selected according to the requirement. Therefore, in one embodiment, the material of the movable sealing ring 3 is rubber. When the movable sealing ring 3 is made of rubber, impurities entering the sealing ring of the box-type bearing can be discharged in time after the movable sealing ring 3 bears deformation and abrasion in a large degree, and the sealing of the bearing is guaranteed, so that the service life of the sealing ring of the box-type bearing is prolonged.
Although the movable seal ring 3 can still perform its corresponding function after undergoing a large degree of deformation and abrasion when the movable seal ring 3 is made of rubber, in order to improve the structural strength of the movable seal ring 3, an elastic portion contacting the stationary seal ring 1 and the movable seal ring 2 and a supporting portion wrapped in the elastic portion may be provided in the movable seal ring 3. The elasticity and the wear resistance of the elastic part are better, so that the durability of the movable sealing ring 3 is improved; the supporting part is wrapped in the elastic part, the structural strength of the supporting part is high, so that the elastic part can be supported, the overall structural strength of the movable sealing ring 3 is improved, and the movable sealing ring 3 can bear stronger acting force without being greatly deformed. Therefore, in one embodiment, the movable sealing ring 3 comprises: the two ends of the elastic part are respectively contacted with the static sealing ring 1 and the dynamic sealing ring 2; the supporting part is wrapped inside the elastic part by the elastic part.
The materials of the elastic part and the supporting part can be selected according to the needs.
In order to improve the sealing performance and durability of the movable seal ring 3, both ends of the elastic portion need to have good elasticity and wear resistance, since both ends of the elastic portion are in contact with the stationary seal ring 1 and the movable seal ring 2, respectively, in an operating state. Therefore, in one embodiment, the material of the elastic portion is rubber. Because the material of elastic part chooses for use rubber for the elasticity and the wearability of elastic part are better, have improved movable sealing ring 3's leakproofness and durability, and then have improved box bearing sealing ring's durable degree.
Since the support portion functions to support the elastic portion, the support function can be more effectively exerted when the structural strength of the support portion is high. In one embodiment, the material of the support is steel. Because the material of the supporting part is steel, the supporting part has higher structural strength, so that the elastic part can be better supported, the overall structural strength of the movable sealing ring 3 is improved, and the movable sealing ring 3 can bear stronger acting force without large deformation.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a bearing, including: an inner ring; an outer ring; a rolling body; the box type bearing sealing ring; the box type bearing sealing ring is arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring and is positioned at the end part of the rolling body; the inner ring is fixedly connected with a movable sealing ring 2 of the box type bearing sealing ring; and the outer ring is fixedly connected with the static sealing ring 1 of the box-type bearing sealing ring.
It can be seen that the bearing provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the box type bearing sealing ring with the movable sealing ring, and when the bearing is in a working state, impurities enter between the static sealing ring and the movable sealing ring of the box type bearing sealing ring and are deposited on the movable sealing ring. The movable sealing ring can rotate along with the rotation of the movable sealing ring, so that impurities deposited on the movable sealing ring can rotate along with the movable sealing ring, and when the impurities rotate to the lower part of the bearing, the impurities are separated from the movable sealing ring under the action of gravity and can be discharged from a gap between the static sealing ring and the movable sealing ring. Therefore, the bearing provided by the embodiment of the invention can discharge impurities entering between the static sealing ring and the dynamic sealing ring in time, reduce the probability of the impurities further entering the bearing, slow down the abrasion of the sealing ring of the box type bearing, prolong the service life of the sealing ring of the box type bearing and prolong the service life of the bearing.

Claims (10)

1. A cartridge bearing seal ring comprising:
the static sealing ring comprises a static sealing ring radial part and a static axial lip, and the static axial lip is fixedly connected with the static sealing ring radial part;
the dynamic sealing ring comprises a dynamic sealing ring radial part, the dynamic sealing ring radial part is parallel to the static sealing ring radial part, and the static axial lip is contacted with the dynamic sealing ring radial part;
the movable sealing ring is arranged between the radial part of the movable sealing ring and the radial part of the static sealing ring, and is close to one side of the outer peripheral surface of the box-type bearing sealing ring relative to the static axial lip, the first end of the movable sealing ring is contacted with the radial part of the static sealing ring, the second end of the movable sealing ring is contacted with the radial part of the movable sealing ring, and the movable sealing ring is suitable for rotating along with the rotation of the movable sealing ring.
2. The cartridge bearing seal ring according to claim 1, wherein a longitudinal section of said movable seal ring has two V-shapes symmetrical to each other, the V-shape of the longitudinal section of each of said movable seal rings being directed toward an outer peripheral surface of said cartridge bearing seal ring.
3. The cartridge bearing seal ring according to claim 2, wherein the size of the V-shaped opening angle of the longitudinal section of the movable seal ring is in the range of 60 ° to 120 °.
4. The cartridge bearing seal ring of claim 3, wherein the second end of the movable seal ring is frictionally engaged with the radial portion of the movable seal ring.

The cartridge type bearing seal ring according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a longitudinal section of said static axial lip has two V-shapes symmetrical to each other, the V-shape of the longitudinal section of each of said static axial lips being directed toward an outer peripheral surface of said cartridge type bearing seal ring;
the V-shaped apex portion of the longitudinal section of the stationary axial lip is in contact with the V-shaped apex portion of the longitudinal section of the movable seal ring.
6. The cartridge bearing seal ring according to claim 5 wherein the machining process of the movable seal ring is an integral molding process.
7. The cartridge bearing seal ring of claim 6 wherein the material of the movable seal ring is rubber.
8. The cartridge bearing seal ring of claim 5, wherein the movable seal ring comprises:
the two ends of the elastic part are respectively contacted with the static sealing ring and the dynamic sealing ring;
the supporting part is wrapped inside the elastic part by the elastic part.
9. The cartridge bearing seal ring according to claim 8, wherein the material of the elastic portion is rubber; the material of the supporting part is steel.
10. A bearing, comprising:
an inner ring;
an outer ring;
a rolling body;
the cartridge bearing seal ring according to any one of claims 1 to 9;
the box type bearing sealing ring is arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring and is positioned at the end part of the rolling body;
the inner ring is fixedly connected with a movable sealing ring of the box type bearing sealing ring;
and the outer ring is fixedly connected with the static sealing ring of the box-type bearing sealing ring.
