The technical problem is as follows:
the existing wall surface painting process consumes manpower, wastes paint and has low working efficiency.
The invention relates to a building wall painting device, which comprises a machine body, wherein an ascending transmission device is arranged on the upper end wall of the machine body, the ascending transmission device comprises a transmission cavity positioned in the machine body, two bilaterally symmetrical racks are arranged in the transmission cavity, two bilaterally symmetrical connecting rods are fixedly connected to the two racks, the ascending transmission device drives the connecting rods to move up and down, two painting devices symmetrical about the ascending transmission device are arranged on two sides of the ascending transmission device, the painting device on the right side comprises a moving groove in the connecting rods, a painting rod is arranged in the moving groove, a return spring is fixedly arranged on the left end wall of the moving groove, the right end of the return spring is fixedly connected with the painting rod, a painting roller is rotatably connected to the painting rod, and the painting roller is driven to roll to paint the wall surface by the upward and downward movement of the painting, the wall of the lower end of the transmission cavity is internally provided with two bilaterally symmetrical conveying pipelines, the lower sides of the conveying pipelines are provided with spraying devices, each spraying device comprises a coating storage cavity positioned on the lower side of the two conveying pipelines, a moving block is arranged in each coating storage cavity, the moving blocks move upwards to extrude the coatings in the coating storage cavities upwards to spray the wall surfaces through the two conveying pipelines, the lower sides of the spraying devices are provided with intermittent transmission devices, each intermittent transmission device comprises an intermittent transmission cavity positioned on the lower side of the coating storage cavity and 4 wheels positioned at the bottom of the device, each intermittent transmission cavity comprises a rotating shaft penetrating through the intermittent transmission cavity and the coating storage cavity, the rotating shafts extend upwards into the coating storage cavities and are in threaded fit connection with the moving blocks, and the 4 wheels roll to drive the rotating shafts to rotate, providing power for the spray coating device.
The ascending transmission device further comprises a gear shaft located in the transmission cavity, the gear shaft is connected with the front wall and the rear wall of the transmission cavity in a rotating mode and is in power connection with a starting motor located on the rear end wall of the transmission cavity, a sector gear is fixedly arranged on the gear shaft, the two racks can be meshed with the sector gear, two sliding grooves which are symmetrical left and right are further formed in the transmission cavity, the two racks can slide in the sliding grooves up and down, and therefore the sector gear rotates to drive the two racks to slide up and down, and the two painting rods can move up and down.
The right side brushing device further comprises a connecting block fixedly arranged on the brushing rod, a fixed block is fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the connecting block, a gear is connected to the lower end face of the fixed block in a meshed mode, a gear shaft extending backwards is fixedly arranged at the axis of the gear, a bevel gear located on the rear side of the gear is fixedly arranged on the gear shaft, a bevel gear is connected to the left side of the bevel gear in a meshed mode, a rotating shaft extending leftwards is fixedly arranged at the axis of the bevel gear, the rotating shaft extends leftwards into the machine body and is in power connection with a motor located in the machine body, and therefore the motor is started to drive the rotating shaft to rotate, the gear rotates to drive the fixed block to move rightwards, the brushing rod extends, and a wall.
The spraying device further comprises a moving cavity which is located in the lower end wall of the transmission cavity and communicated with the two conveying pipelines and the paint storage cavity, and a spring and a moving block which is slidably connected into the moving cavity are fixedly arranged on the upper end wall of the moving cavity, so that the rotating shaft rotates to drive the moving block to move upwards, the spring moves upwards, the spring compresses, and paint is conveyed outwards through the two conveying pipelines.
Preferably, a fixed block is fixedly arranged outside the machine body, the conveying pipeline extends outwards into the fixed block and is sleeved with a conveying hose, the other end of the conveying hose is fixedly connected with the painting rod, and a spray head is further fixedly arranged in the conveying hose, so that the conveying hose moves up and down along with the painting rod and sprays the wall surface through the spray head.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention is provided with the bilateral symmetry painting devices, can paint the walls on two sides at the same time, avoids the time waste caused by back and forth painting of the walls on two sides, is also provided with the intermittent mechanism for controlling the spraying amount of the coating, avoids the coating waste and simultaneously avoids the uneven painting of the wall surface, and is also provided with the lifting mechanism for painting the wall body at a high position.

According to an embodiment, the ascending transmission device 901 is described in detail below, the ascending transmission device 901 further includes a gear shaft 15 located in the transmission cavity 13, the gear shaft 15 is rotatably connected to the front and rear walls of the transmission cavity 13 and is in power connection with a starting motor 80 located on the rear end wall of the transmission cavity 13, a sector gear 14 is fixedly arranged on the gear shaft 15, the two racks 55 can be engaged with the sector gear 14, two sliding grooves 12 are further arranged in the transmission cavity 13, which are bilaterally symmetric, and the two racks 55 can slide up and down in the sliding grooves 12, so that the sector gear 14 rotates to drive the two racks 55 to slide up and down, and the two painting rods 38 move up and down.

According to an embodiment, the details of the spraying device 903 are described below, the spraying device 903 further includes a moving chamber 18 located in the lower end wall of the transmission chamber 13 and communicated with the two conveying pipes 51 and the paint storage chamber 21, a spring 19 and a moving block 20 slidably connected in the moving chamber 18 are fixedly arranged on the upper end wall of the moving chamber 18, so that the rotating shaft 23 rotates to drive the moving block 22 to move upwards, the spring 19 moves upwards, the spring 19 compresses, and the paint is conveyed outwards through the two conveying pipes 51.
Advantageously, a fixed block 52 is fixedly arranged outside the machine body 10, the conveying pipeline 51 extends outwards into the fixed block 52 and is sleeved with a conveying hose 53, the other end of the conveying hose 53 is fixedly connected with the painting rod 38, a spray head 54 is further fixedly arranged in the conveying hose 53, and therefore the conveying hose 53 is used for spraying on a wall surface through the spray head 54 along with the up-and-down movement of the painting rod 38.

The following will describe in detail the use steps of a building wall painting device in the present document with reference to fig. 1 to 7:
initially, the starting motor 80 is not operated, the applying brush bar 38 is located inside the moving groove 31, the spring 19 is in a natural state, and the fixed block 33 and the gear shaft 35 are in a meshed state.
When the device works, the motor 73 is started to drive the rotating shaft 72 to rotate, so that the bevel gear 71 rotates, further the bevel gear 70 rotates to drive the gear shaft 35 to rotate, further the gear 34 rotates, further the fixed block 33 and the connecting block 37 move towards the direction far away from the symmetry center to drive the painting rod 38 to stretch towards the direction far away from the symmetry center, and the return spring 32 is in a stretching state;
the starting motor 80 is started to drive the gear shaft 15 to rotate, so that the sector gear 14 rotates, and the two racks 55 move upwards to drive the two brushing rods 38 to move upwards to a high position, so that the two conveying hoses 53 move to the high position;
the trolley is pushed to the required painting position, the wheels 24 roll to drive the wheel shaft 25 to rotate, so that the gear 57 rotates, and further the rotation of the gear 50 drives the rotation of the rotating shaft 49, so that the bevel gear 42 rotates, and further the rotation of the bevel gear 43 drives the rotation of the rotating shaft 44, so that the bevel gear 45 rotates, and the transmission gear 46 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 74 to rotate, so that the gear 47 rotates, and further the gear 28 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 29 to rotate, so that the grooved pulley 27 rotates, and gear 26 rotates to drive rotating shaft 23 to rotate, so that moving block 22 moves upwards, the coating is squeezed upwards to push moving block 20 to move upwards, the spring 19 is compressed, the paint flows into the conveying pipe 51 and is conveyed to the conveying hose 53, and finally the paint is sprayed to the wall surface to be painted through the spray head 54, the wall surface is further coated by the vertical rolling of the coating roller 39, and the device returns to the initial state after the coating is completed.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention is provided with the bilateral symmetry painting devices, can paint the walls on two sides at the same time, avoids the time waste caused by back and forth painting of the walls on two sides, is also provided with the intermittent mechanism for controlling the spraying amount of the coating, avoids the coating waste and simultaneously avoids the uneven painting of the wall surface, and is also provided with the lifting mechanism for painting the wall body at a high position.
In the above manner, a person skilled in the art can make various changes depending on the operation mode within the scope of the present invention.
