本发明涉及地铁施工建领域,具体是一种地铁拉环用耐磨布料及制备方法。
背景技术
地铁是铁路运输的一种形式,指在地下运行为主的城市轨道交通系统,涵盖了城市地区各种地下与地上的路权专有、高密度、高运量的城市轨道交通系统(Metro);然而在地铁施工过程中,由于地下情况复杂以及施工周期长,因此地铁采用的钢材在施工阶段需要特殊安放,并且采用油布包裹覆盖以隔绝地下潮湿环境,同时在转移钢材时采用拉环将油布包裹的钢材直接吊装转移,因此需要油布有较强的耐摩擦力以及较大的摩擦阻力,但是较大的摩擦阻力会导致吊装时候钢材出现磨损,进而影响施工安全以及施工的精准性。

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种地铁拉环用耐磨布料及制备方法,以至少达到防潮性能优异、耐磨擦、不损坏钢材的目的。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种地铁拉环用耐磨布料,包括质量组分为:20-30份玻璃纤维、15-25份聚酯纤维、20-30 份硅胶纤维、25-40份木质纤维长丝。

S3将得到的Ⅰ号混合纤维长丝与Ⅱ号混合纤维长丝按照纺织密度35-48tex设置,以Ⅰ号混合纤维长丝为经线,Ⅱ号混合纤维长丝为纬线,采用纬编法编织成Ⅰ级布料;采用乳酸菌发酵液处理聚酯纤维与木质纤维形成的Ⅱ号混合纤维长丝,配合碳酸氢钠溶液处理的玻璃纤维与硅胶纤维形成的Ⅰ号混合纤维长丝,进而在汽蒸阶段使乳酸与碳酸氢钠形成乳酸钠,进一步使乳酸钠与乳酸菌发酵液中蛋白质交联形成致密的粘接网络,提高纤维密度,进而增加布料的耐摩擦性能同时乳酸酸化布料,方便后续的石墨粉处理;
S4将Ⅰ级布料经过振动松弛后,进行汽蒸处理后,初步定型形成Ⅱ级布料;
S5将Ⅱ级布料经过石墨粉处理后,经过乳酸菌发酵液浸泡后,再经过碱性退浆处理,再清水洗涤,得到退浆后的Ⅱ级布料;
S6将退浆后的Ⅱ级布料经过聚丙烯酸钠溶液浸泡后,烘干,再次定型,再经过后整理,即得到所述耐磨布料。

3.利用雾化的氢氧化钠带动聚丙烯酸钠分子扩散运动到布料纤维上,增加布料耐高温的能力。
4.采用方形轨道与椭圆形轨道,使经线与纬线的纤维长丝能充分填充混合,进而得到致密的布料。

S5将Ⅱ级布料经过石墨粉处理后,经过乳酸菌发酵液浸泡后,再经过碱性退浆处理,再清水洗涤,得到退浆后的Ⅱ级布料;为了进一步使所述的耐摩擦布料具有光滑,不易使所搬运的钢材受潮和受损,所述的石墨粉处理为,将Ⅱ级布料平铺,采用石墨球摩擦布料,当布料均匀抹黑后,通过180-210℃的热风气流15-30s后,立即浸入聚氨酯溶液中,采用石墨球均匀涂抹布料,使布料具有吸潮的作用,同时石墨粉嵌入布料纤维之间的空隙中,进而方便聚氨酯分子覆盖布料,增加布料的光滑度,承受摩擦产生的高温同时不损坏钢材;为了进一步使布料耐腐蚀以及耐潮湿,所述的碱性退浆处理为,将乳酸菌发酵液浸泡后的Ⅱ级布料上,依次加入工业级液碱、工业级PVA浆料、工业级PAC浆料,使Ⅱ级布料被完全浸泡,完全浸泡时间为5-6h;采用工业级的液碱洗涤布料上的有机杂质,PVA浆料与PAC浆料混合作用在布料上,使布料上的天然水浆褪去进而裹上新的浆料,增加防潮和耐腐蚀的特性;
S6将退浆后的Ⅱ级布料经过聚丙烯酸钠溶液浸泡后,烘干,再次定型,再经过后整理,即得到所述耐磨布料;为了进一步使布料更结实,以及将聚丙烯酸钠均匀的覆盖在纤维上,所述的烘干为,将聚丙烯酸钠溶液浸泡后的Ⅱ级布料,经过热的氢氧化钠溶液喷雾处理后,在100-130℃条件下烘干成型,进而利用雾化的氢氧化钠带动聚丙烯酸钠分子扩散运动到布料纤维上,增加布料耐高温的能力;为了使布料更具稳定性和光滑,所述的后整理为:a.定型整理:拉幅、预缩,使尺寸更稳定;b.外观整理:压辊紧轧布料,使其具有光泽。
实施例2
一种地铁拉环用耐磨布料,包括质量组分为:20份玻璃纤维、20份聚酯纤维、20份硅胶纤维、40份木质纤维长丝;为了进一步让采用的纤维具有耐摩擦产生的高温的性质,所述的木质纤维长丝采用絮状的木质纤维经过聚丙烯酸钠溶液浸泡后,再经过酸化处理,拉丝后得到,经过絮状的木质纤维在聚丙烯酸钠溶液浸泡过程中发散成丝,再经过酸化处理形成均一的长丝原料,进而使得到的木质纤维具有耐摩擦产生的高温的性质;其余步骤同实施例1。
实施例3
一种地铁拉环用耐磨布料,包括质量组分为:25份玻璃纤维、15份聚酯纤维、25份硅胶纤维、35份木质纤维长丝;为了进一步让采用的纤维具有耐摩擦产生的高温的性质,所述的木质纤维长丝采用絮状的木质纤维经过聚丙烯酸钠溶液浸泡后,再经过酸化处理,拉丝后得到,经过絮状的木质纤维在聚丙烯酸钠溶液浸泡过程中发散成丝,再经过酸化处理形成均一的长丝原料,进而使得到的木质纤维具有耐摩擦产生的高温的性质;其余步骤同实施例1。
实施例4
将所述的一种地铁拉环用耐磨布料的制备方法中,不采用乳酸菌发酵液进行浸泡,直接采用pH相同的乳酸浸泡;其余配方及步骤同实施例3.
实施例5
将所述的一种地铁拉环用耐磨布料的制备方法中,不采用石墨粉处理,直接采用乳酸菌发酵液进行浸泡;其余配方及步骤同实施例3。
实施例6
将所述的一种地铁拉环用耐磨布料的制备方法中,不采用纬编法织造布料,直接采用纤维缠绕的平面纺织法,其余配方及步骤同实施例3。
实施例7
将所述的一种地铁拉环用耐磨布料的制备方法中,不采用所述的烘干操作,直接采用在 100-130℃条件下烘干机成型,其余配方及步骤同实施例3。
实施例8
采用油布料中常用的聚酯纤维纺织成布料,同时在有机油剂中浸泡作防水处理。
将实施例1-8得到的布料,分别选取5cm2大小的布料,在2000N压力的摩擦轮上进行摩擦实验,记录完全摩擦透布料的时间;在相对湿度95%的条件下进行防潮实验,记录布料完全包裹的2cm2铁块表面出现铁锈,并使布料出现锈斑的时间,得到表1。

由表1可看出,在25份玻璃纤维、15份聚酯纤维、25份硅胶纤维、35份木质纤维长丝的质量组分配方下,采用发酵液浸泡处理的方式,纬编法织造,同时加上石墨粉处理,并采用所述的烘干操作,得到的布料在2000N压力的摩擦轮上完全摩擦透布料的时间为28min,在相对湿度95%的条件下布料出现铁锈的时间为8d,证明了本发明的优越性。

Claims (9)

1.一种地铁拉环用耐磨布料,其特征在于:包括质量组分为:20-30份玻璃纤维、15-25份聚酯纤维、20-30份硅胶纤维、25-40份木质纤维长丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的,其特征在于:所述的木质纤维长丝采用絮状的木质纤维经过聚丙烯酸钠溶液浸泡后,再经过酸化处理,拉丝后得到。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种地铁拉环用耐磨布料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1将所述的玻璃纤维、硅胶纤维按照1:2比例,缠绕捻合,并经过碳酸氢钠溶液浸泡,得到Ⅰ号混合纤维长丝;
S2将所述的聚酯纤维、木质纤维长丝按照1:1比例,缠绕捻合,并经过乳酸菌发酵液处理,得到Ⅱ号混合纤维长丝;
S3将得到的Ⅰ号混合纤维长丝与Ⅱ号混合纤维长丝按照纺织密度35-48tex设置,以Ⅰ号混合纤维长丝为经线,Ⅱ号混合纤维长丝为纬线,采用纬编法编织成Ⅰ级布料;
S4将Ⅰ级布料经过振动松弛后,进行汽蒸处理后,初步定型形成Ⅱ级布料;
S5将Ⅱ级布料经过石墨粉处理后,经过乳酸菌发酵液浸泡后,再经过碱性退浆处理,再清水洗涤,得到退浆后的Ⅱ级布料;
S6将退浆后的Ⅱ级布料经过聚丙烯酸钠溶液浸泡后,烘干,再次定型,再经过后整理,即得到所述耐磨布料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种地铁拉环用耐磨布料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的石墨粉处理为,将Ⅱ级布料平铺,采用石墨球摩擦布料,当布料均匀抹黑后,通过180-210℃的热风气流15-30s后,立即浸入聚氨酯溶液中。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种地铁拉环用耐磨布料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的纬编法编织的原理为,利用双孔的纺丝板,在方形轨道上织造Ⅰ号混合纤维长丝,椭圆形轨道织造Ⅱ号混合纤维长丝。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种地铁拉环用耐磨布料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的方形轨道与椭圆形轨道依照纺织密度在15°-60°范围内进行相应的调节。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种地铁拉环用耐磨布料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的碱性退浆处理为,将乳酸菌发酵液浸泡后的Ⅱ级布料上,依次加入工业级液碱、工业级PVA浆料、工业级PAC浆料,使Ⅱ级布料被完全浸泡,完全浸泡时间为5-6h。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种地铁拉环用耐磨布料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的烘干为,将聚丙烯酸钠溶液浸泡后的Ⅱ级布料,经过热的氢氧化钠溶液喷雾处理后,在100-130℃条件下烘干成型。
9.根据权利要求3所述的一种地铁拉环用耐磨布料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的后整理为:a.定型整理:拉幅、预缩;b.外观整理:压辊紧轧布料。
