s5, starting the servo motor I13, conveying the fabric, rotating the rinsing roller 11, enabling the movable block 21 to contract inwards when passing through the guide plate 23, sliding along the side face of the arc plate 22 until the movable block is separated from the arc plate 22, and enabling the spring 20 to stretch to vibrate the fabric.
