In the assembly production of a general isolating switch, the detection process of the isolating switch has hysteresis in the assembly process, and the process state of detection while assembly is not realized, so that the production efficiency is low, particularly in the loop resistance detection of products, the work needs to be done again after the unqualified products are found, and a large amount of time is wasted.

Detailed Description
The following examples are presented to enable one of ordinary skill in the art to more fully understand the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the embodiments described herein.
An isolating switch assembly production system as shown in fig. 1 to 4 comprises a part storage area 1, an isolating switch assembly area 2, an isolating switch detection area 3 and an isolating switch finished product area 4; the part storage area 1, the isolating switch assembly area 2, the isolating switch detection area 3 and the isolating switch finished product area 4 are sequentially arranged in a production workshop.
The parts storage area 1 includes a parts storage rack 11 and a parts cassette 12; the part box 12 is provided with a plurality of parts which are sequentially arranged on the part storage rack 11, and parts for assembling the isolating switch are placed in the part box 12 to realize uniform distribution management on the part storage rack 11.
The isolating switch assembling area 2 comprises a part placing frame 21, an assembling table 22 and a conveying table 23; the part placing frames 21 and the assembly tables 22 are provided with a plurality of parts, and each part placing frame 21 and each assembly table 22 form an assembly unit; a part box 12 taken out from the part storage area 1 is placed on the part placing frame 21; one side of the assembly table 22 is provided with a manual isolating switch assembly; the conveying table 23 is located on one side of the mounting table 22 and extends through the entire disconnector mounting area 2.
The isolating switch detection area 3 is positioned on one side of the conveying table for separating the switch assembly areas, and the isolating switch detection area 3 is provided with a plurality of isolating switch detection devices; the isolating switch detection device comprises a longitudinal frame 31, a transverse frame 32, a driving motor 33 and a detection frame 34; the longitudinal frame 31 is provided with a plurality of frames and arranged along the extending direction of the conveying platform 23, the transverse frame 32 is vertically arranged on the longitudinal frame 31 and driven by a driving motor 33 to move along the vertical direction, and the transverse frame 32 extends to the upper part of the conveying platform 23 along the horizontal direction; the detection frame 34 is arranged on the transverse frame 32 and is driven by a motor to realize displacement in the horizontal direction; the detection frame 34 is provided with a pair of detection rods 35 along the width direction of the detection frame 34, and the detection rods 35 are provided with a disconnecting switch detection frame resistance detection module 36.
The top end and the bottom end of the longitudinal frame 31 are respectively and horizontally provided with a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is provided with a gear, and the gears of the rotating shaft at the top end and the bottom end of the longitudinal frame are wound and connected through a chain; the side of the longitudinal frame 31 is provided with a guide rail; the transverse frame 32 is arranged on the chain through a connecting block, and a sliding block matched with the guide rail on the longitudinal frame 31 is arranged on the transverse frame 32; the driving motor 33 comprises a transverse frame lifting driving motor 331 and a detection frame driving motor 332; the output end of the transverse frame lifting driving motor 331 is connected to the rotating shaft at the bottom end of the longitudinal frame 31; the inspection frame driving motor 332 is disposed on the inspection frame 34; the traverse frame 32 reciprocates in the vertical direction by the cooperation of the guide rail and the slider under the drive of the traverse frame elevation drive motor 331.
The two sides of the transverse frame 32 are provided with a detection frame guide rail, the transverse frame 32 is respectively provided with a driving shaft at two ends of the transverse frame 32 along the width direction, and two ends of the driving shaft are both provided with a rack driving wheel 321, and the rack driving wheel 321 is positioned below the detection frame guide rail; the driving shafts are provided with transmission gears which are connected through chains; a detection frame guide rail on the outer side of the transverse frame 32 is matched with the detection frame 34, a rack is arranged on the detection frame 34, and the detection frame 34 is arranged on a rack driving wheel 321 at the end part of the driving shaft; the output end of the detection frame driving motor 332 is connected to the driving shaft to drive the driving shaft to rotate, so that the rack driving wheel 321 at the end of the driving shaft is driven to rotate to drive the detection frame with the rack to reciprocate along the extending direction of the detection frame guide rail.
The isolating switch finished product area 4 is provided with an isolating switch finished product storage rack, and the isolating switch finished product storage rack comprises a bottom frame 41, a supporting unit 42 and an isolating switch mounting seat 43; the underframe 41 is positioned at one side of the isolating switch detection area 3, and the underframe 41 is of a channel steel laid cross-shaped structure; the supporting units 42 are provided with a plurality of supporting units and distributed on the bottom frame 41 in an array; the isolator mount 43 is disposed on the supporting unit 42, and the isolator mount 43 is provided with an assembling hole matched with the isolator.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: according to the invention, the isolating switch is assembled along the production line direction of the production line, personnel take out the assembled parts from the part storage area, place the assembled parts on the part placing frame, then manually assemble the assembled parts on the assembling table of the isolating switch assembling area, place the assembled parts on the conveying table after the assembling is finished, and convey the assembled parts to the detection area for detection; a transverse frame lifting driving motor in the detection device drives a transverse frame to move along the vertical direction, the detection frame driving motor drives a detection frame arranged on the transverse frame to enter and exit from the upper part of a conveying table for detection of an isolating switch, a resistance detection module on a resistance detection rod in the detection frame is in contact detection with the assembled isolating switch, the detection value of the resistance detection module is compared with a standard value, the resistance detection module enters an isolating switch finished product area within an allowable error range, and the resistance detection module outputs the conveying table for reassembly if the resistance detection module exceeds the allowable error range; by adopting the scheme of the invention, the detection lag of the isolating switch is avoided, and the problems of time and labor waste in subsequent reworking of products are reduced.
