Abstract
本发明属于集成板材技术领域,具体涉及一种LVL结构新型板材,包括基材层,所述的基材层由若干竖向粘接在一起的木片组成,各木片相互平行,基材层的上下两面冲有破纤维槽;基材层的上下两面分别粘接有上单板I和下单板I。本发明基材层结构稳固,并且通过上单板I和下单板I也可以将基材层的各木片拉住,结构稳定性好,机械强度高,基材层的上下两面冲有破纤维槽,有效的将板材表面的生长纤维破断,减少板材自身应力对变形的影响,大大降低了板材的变形、翘曲几率。避免了使用粉末类、颗粒碎料,因此用胶量大大减少,可以降低到2%以下,甲醛含量极低、环保系数高,满足现代环保要求,且无静电、无放射性、绝缘、隔音、防潮性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LVL结构新型板材,属于集成板材技术领域。
背景技术
LVL是Laminated Veneer Lumber英文简称,是以原木为原料旋切或者刨切制成单板,经干燥、涂胶后,按顺纹或大部分顺纹组坯,再经热压胶合而成的板材。但其使用一段时间后,内部不同部位木材的变形率会有不同,内部应力变化造成集成材变形、翘曲。而市面上有不易变形的纤维板、实木颗粒板等,因为基材是以粉末类、颗粒碎料为原料,因此用的胶粘剂比原木或实木板多,更容易产生环保问题。并且现在室内为了减少噪音,创造安静的工作和休息环境,在装修时需要考虑隔音性。声音是一种波状能量,需要介质才能传播,声音在同一种介质中传播时,介质密度越大,传播速度越快;声音的另一种传播就是跨介质传播,即从一种介质,穿过两种介质的临界接触面进入另一种介质。但是上述板材用于制作门或墙板时隔音性存在问题,使用效果不佳。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种LVL结构新型板材,结构稳定性好,机械强度高,减少内部应力变化的影响,降低集成材变形几率,并且用胶量少,甲醛含量极低,满足环保需求,隔音性好。
本发明所述的LVL结构新型板材,包括基材层,所述的基材层由若干竖向粘接在一起的木片组成,各木片相互平行,基材层的上下两面冲有破纤维槽;基材层的上下两面分别粘接有上单板I和下单板I。
基材层的木片、上单板I、基材层、下单板I之间通过少量无醛胶黏合,竖向木片形成的基材层结构稳固,并且通过上单板I和下单板I也可以将基材层的各木片拉住,实现结构稳定性,可以承受各个方向施加的力。基材层的上下两面破纤维处理,破纤维槽的制作可以使用垂直于板材纤维方向或其他方向的刀片冲压,能够有效的将板材表面的生长纤维破断,减少板材自身应力对变形的影响,大大降低了板材的变形几率。再者,由于基材层避免了纤维板、颗粒板等内部粉末状结构,因此用胶量大大减少,环保系数高,满足现代环保要求。
本发明还避免了粉末状结构吸收水分后膨胀系数较大的缺陷,防潮性较好。
声能的传递实质是振动幅度的传递,跨介质传播时,跨介质次数越多、介质之间的密度相差越大,声能的损耗越大,隔音性越好。通过空气介质传播的声波穿过本发明时,依次穿过上单板I、无醛胶层、基材层、无醛胶层、下单板I,声波在空气与上单板I、上单板I与无醛胶层、无醛胶层与基材层、基材层与无醛胶层、无醛胶层与下单板I、下单板I与空气之间形成多次跨介质传播,大大提高了板材的隔音性能,使其用于制作门或墙板时隔音性能好,使用效果佳。
优选的,所述的破纤维槽呈井字形分布,单条破纤维槽与基材层木片的走向平行或垂直,或呈其他任意角度。
优选的,所述的破纤维槽的深度为1~5mm。
所述的上单板I和下单板I外侧还粘接有上单板II和下单板II,上单板II和下单板II为二次黏贴,即上单板I和下单板I在基材层上下两面黏贴完成后,再黏贴上单板II和下单板II,使板材更为坚固,进一步提高结构稳定性和机械强度,且增加声波跨介质次数,进一步提高隔音性能。
所述的上单板I和上单板II的纤维走向垂直,即成横竖交叉型,下单板I和下单板II的纤维走向垂直,即成横竖交叉型,使板材的受力更加均衡稳定。
优选的,组成基材层的木片厚度为1~5mm。
优选的,所述的基材层的厚度c为10~50mm。
优选的,所述的上单板I、上单板II、下单板I和下单板II的厚度各为1~5mm。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的有益效果是:
本发明所述的LVL结构新型板材,竖向木片形成的基材层结构稳固,并且通过上单板I和下单板I也可以将基材层的各木片拉住,结构稳定性好,机械强度高,基材层的上下两面冲有破纤维槽,有效的将板材表面的生长纤维破断,减少板材自身应力对变形的影响,大大降低了板材的变形、翘曲几率。虽然在胶粘剂使用上实木颗粒板的含量一般可以低于5%,但本发明避免了使用粉末类、颗粒碎料,因此用胶量大大减少,可以降低到2%以下,甲醛含量极低、环保系数高,满足现代环保要求,且无静电、无放射性、绝缘、隔音、防潮性较好。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述:
如图1~6所示,本发明所述的LVL结构新型板材,包括基材层3,所述的基材层3由若干竖向粘接在一起的木片组成,基材层3的上下两面冲有破纤维槽6,破纤维处理,破纤维槽6的深度为2mm。基材层3的上下两面分别粘接有上单板I 2和下单板I 4,上单板I 2和下单板I 4外侧还粘接有上单板II 1和下单板II 5。上单板II 1和下单板II 5为二次黏贴,即上单板I和下单板I在基材层上下两面黏贴完成,并在上单板I 2和下单板I 4外表面砂光打磨后,再黏贴上单板II 1和下单板II 5。且上单板I 2和上单板II 1的纤维走向垂直,下单板I 4和下单板II 5的纤维走向垂直。
本实施例的破纤维槽6呈井字形分布,单条破纤维槽6与基材层3木片的走向平行或垂直。
本实施例中,组成基材层3的木片厚度为3mm,基材层3的厚度c为15mm,上单板II1、上单板I 2、下单板I4和下单板II5的厚度均为3mm。
本发明有效减少板材自身应力对变形的影响,结构稳定性好,机械强度高,大大降低了板材的变形几率。可以使用无醛胶,且用胶量大大减少,甲醛含量极低、环保系数高,满足现代环保要求,无静电、无放射性、绝缘、防潮、隔音,使穿过本实施例的音量降低42~45db,而相同条件下,普通LVL结构板材、纤维板、实木颗粒板分别只能降低22~25db、20~23db和18~22db左右,综合性能优异。
Claims (8)
1.一种LVL结构新型板材,其特征在于:包括基材层(3),所述的基材层(3)由若干竖向粘接在一起的木片组成,基材层(3)的上下两面冲有破纤维槽(6);基材层(3)的上下两面分别粘接有上单板I(2)和下单板I(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LVL结构新型板材,其特征在于:所述的破纤维槽(6)呈井字形分布,单条破纤维槽(6)与基材层(3)木片的走向平行或垂直。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LVL结构新型板材,其特征在于:所述的破纤维槽(6)的深度为1~5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LVL结构新型板材,其特征在于:所述的上单板I(2)和下单板I(4)外侧还粘接有上单板II(1)和下单板II(5)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的LVL结构新型板材,其特征在于:所述的上单板I(2)和上单板II(1)的纤维走向垂直,下单板I(4)和下单板II(5)的纤维走向垂直。
6.根据权利要求1所述的LVL结构新型板材,其特征在于:组成基材层(3)的木片厚度为1~5mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的LVL结构新型板材,其特征在于:所述的基材层(3)的厚度c为10~50mm。
8.根据权利要求4所述的LVL结构新型板材,其特征在于:所述的上单板II(1)、上单板I(2)、下单板I(4)和下单板II(5)的厚度为1~5mm。
