本发明涉及尼龙材料领域,具体涉及一种多层改性浇铸尼龙材料。
背景技术
浇铸尼龙是一种新型合成材料,其生产工艺是将已内酰胺置于模具中加热,待完全熔融后抽真空脱水,然后加入催化剂和增韧剂后迅速使其浇铸于已预热的模具中,在常压下聚合成型,这种工艺方法生产的材料称为单体浇铸尼龙或铸型尼龙(MC尼龙)。MC尼龙具有良好的磨损、良好的腐蚀性能、质轻、高韧性等优点,此浇铸工艺生产的MC尼龙可以生产出无内应力的产品尤其是尺寸大的以及尺寸复杂的产品。而随着工业技术水平的发展进步,人们对浇铸尼龙性能的要求越来越高。例如,要求其具有较好的耐磨性、强度、韧性、抗老化性、耐热性、尺寸稳定性等。现有的浇铸尼龙的性能已经不能够满足人们的需求了,但是对浇铸尼龙进行改性又会存在很多问题,如果添加单一的成分只能稍微增加浇铸尼龙的部分性能,如果添加较多复杂的成分又会导致浇铸尼龙的性能下降。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种多层改性浇铸尼龙材料,其包括至少两个功能层;所述功能层为耐磨层、增强层、耐老化层以及耐热层中的一种;
优选地,所述耐磨层、增强层、耐老化层、耐热层之间通过逐层离心浇铸的方法复合;
优选地,所述的多层改性浇铸尼龙材料可以根据性能应用需要进行多个功能层的自由组合,如“耐磨层+增强层”组合应用于高载荷高耐磨的零件,“耐磨层+耐老化层”组合应用于减震耐磨零件,“耐磨层+耐老化层+耐热层”组合应用于使用温度较高、外部环境恶劣的耐磨耐老化零件,“耐磨层+增强层+耐老化层+耐热层”组合应用于使用要求较高、较为全能的零件。
优选地,所述耐磨层是使用高韧性浇铸尼龙材料与耐磨剂制备得到;所述增强层是使用高韧性浇铸尼龙材料与增强剂制备得到;所述耐老化层是使用高韧性浇铸尼龙材料与耐老化剂制备得到;所述耐热层是使用高韧性浇铸尼龙材料与耐热剂制备得到;
所述高韧性浇铸尼龙通过聚酰胺纤维、碳纤维改性浇铸尼龙得到。
更优选地,所述耐磨剂为石墨颗粒和/或MoS2颗粒;所述增强剂为玻璃纤维;所述耐老化剂为纳米碳酸钙和/或酚醛树脂;所述耐热剂为硬脂酸钡和/或硬脂酸铝。
优选地,所述高韧性浇铸尼龙材料的制备方法如下:
(1)前处理碳纤维:
称取10g碳纤维研磨成粉末加入至200mL丙酮中,超声清洗2~3次,过滤取固体,放入100℃烘箱中烘干;再投入至100mL质量浓度为10%的高锰酸钾溶液中,在60℃条件下超声2h,抽滤取固体,使用去离子水反复洗涤,至洗涤液的pH=7,置于120℃烘箱中烘干,得到碳纤维前处理物;
(2)制备尼龙前聚体:
称取己内酰胺,升温至100℃并开启搅拌,使己内酰胺熔融,加入聚酰胺纤维,减压至压强为100Pa时,通入氦气至常压,其中,搅拌速度为300rpm;
再加入除水后的氢氧化钠,减压至压强为100Pa时,升温至150℃,继续反应5~8min;之后调节搅拌速度为600rpm,加入活化剂,反应2h,倒入预热180℃的模具中,室温冷却,得到尼龙前聚体;其中,所述氢氧化钠的加入量为己内酰胺质量的0.1%~0.3%;所述活化剂为甲苯二异氰酸酯;所述活化剂的加入量为己内酰胺质量的0.01%~0.1%;
(3)制备改性浇铸尼龙材料:
将尼龙前聚体使用磨盘粉碎机粉碎后,与碳纤维前处理物共同加入反应釜中,加入N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,密封反应釜,搅拌均匀,升温至150℃,搅拌反应2h后,再以3℃/min的速度降温至100℃,之后以10℃/min的速度降至室温,打开反应釜,过滤收集固体,真空干燥,得到改性浇铸尼龙材料;所述碳纤维前处理物的加入量为尼龙前聚体的5%~10%,尼龙前聚体与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的固液比为1:5~10。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.与单一改性的浇铸尼龙材料相比,本发明多层改性浇铸尼龙具有多项改善的性能。与同时加入多种填料改性的浇铸尼龙相比,本发明多层尼龙材料不仅具有多项改进的性能,而且在不同的层面具有不同的性能,能够满足零件不同使用位置对不同性能的要求。由于本发明尼龙材料各层的相结构相对简单,所用的改性填料相对较少,因此本发明多层改性浇铸尼龙性能也更稳定,成本也更低。
2.本发明的多层功能层均设置为在高韧性浇铸尼龙的基础上进行制备,因此所制备得到的功能层因基础相同,从而具有较好的层间相容性,不易出现层与层分离的情况。本发明采用的高韧性浇铸尼龙是先在浇铸尼龙制备时加入聚酰胺纤维得到尼龙前聚体,再将处理后的碳纤维接枝于尼龙前聚体。其中,碳纤维的处理是将碳纤维先进行研磨,分散于丙酮中超声除去杂质,再加入至高锰酸钾溶液中超声,这样处理是为了让碳纤维能够更好的与尼龙前聚体结合。首先,研磨能够使长碳纤维的断裂,但是也会有部分碳纤维被磨碎成纤维渣,这些纤维渣很难去除,且会吸附在碳纤维的表面影响性能,因此本发明通过加入高锰酸钾溶液,高锰酸钾不仅能够去除碳纤维表面的纤维渣,还能使纤维表面露出一道道轴向的沟壑,这些沟壑有利于增强碳纤维与尼龙前聚体的机械咬合性,从而提高其界面结合力,从而大大增强了浇铸尼龙材料的韧性。且得到的高韧性浇铸尼龙材料具有较强的结合能力,能够与增强剂、耐磨剂等结合,从而得到更多功能的浇铸尼龙材料。
具体实施方式

实施例1
一种多层改性浇铸尼龙材料,其包括耐磨层、增强层;
耐磨层、增强层通过逐层离心浇铸的方法复合;
耐磨层是使用高韧性浇铸尼龙材料与耐磨剂制备得到;
增强层是使用高韧性浇铸尼龙材料与增强剂制备得到;
耐磨剂为石墨颗粒;增强剂为玻璃纤维;
其中,高韧性浇铸尼龙材料的制备方法如下:
(1)前处理碳纤维:
称取10g碳纤维研磨成粉末加入至200mL丙酮中,超声清洗2~3次,过滤取固体,放入100℃烘箱中烘干;再投入至100mL质量浓度为10%的高锰酸钾溶液中,在60℃条件下超声2h,抽滤取固体,使用去离子水反复洗涤,至洗涤液的pH=7,置于120℃烘箱中烘干,得到碳纤维前处理物;
(2)制备尼龙前聚体:
称取己内酰胺,升温至100℃并开启搅拌,使己内酰胺熔融,加入聚酰胺纤维,减压至压强为100Pa时,通入氦气至常压,其中,搅拌速度为300rpm;

实施例2
一种多层改性浇铸尼龙材料,其包括耐磨层、耐老化层;
耐磨层、耐老化层之间通过逐层离心浇铸的方法复合;
耐磨层是使用高韧性浇铸尼龙材料与耐磨剂制备得到;
耐老化层是使用高韧性浇铸尼龙材料与耐老化剂制备得到;
耐磨剂为MoS2颗粒;耐老化剂为纳米碳酸钙。
其中,高韧性浇铸尼龙材料的制备方法如下:
(1)前处理碳纤维:
称取10g碳纤维研磨成粉末加入至200mL丙酮中,超声清洗2~3次,过滤取固体,放入100℃烘箱中烘干;再投入至100mL质量浓度为10%的高锰酸钾溶液中,在60℃条件下超声2h,抽滤取固体,使用去离子水反复洗涤,至洗涤液的pH=7,置于120℃烘箱中烘干,得到碳纤维前处理物;
(2)制备尼龙前聚体:
称取己内酰胺,升温至100℃并开启搅拌,使己内酰胺熔融,加入聚酰胺纤维,减压至压强为100Pa时,通入氦气至常压,其中,搅拌速度为300rpm;
再加入除水后的氢氧化钠,减压至压强为100Pa时,升温至150℃,继续反应5~8min;之后调节搅拌速度为600rpm,加入活化剂,反应2h,倒入预热180℃的模具中,室温冷却,得到尼龙前聚体;其中,所述氢氧化钠的加入量为己内酰胺质量的0.1%~0.3%;所述活化剂为甲苯二异氰酸酯;所述活化剂的加入量为己内酰胺质量的0.01%~0.1%;
(3)制备改性浇铸尼龙材料:
将尼龙前聚体使用磨盘粉碎机粉碎后,与碳纤维前处理物共同加入反应釜中,加入N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,密封反应釜,搅拌均匀,升温至150℃,搅拌反应2h后,再以3℃/min的速度降温至100℃,之后以10℃/min的速度降至室温,打开反应釜,过滤收集固体,真空干燥,得到改性浇铸尼龙材料;所述碳纤维前处理物的加入量为尼龙前聚体的5%~10%,尼龙前聚体与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的固液比为1:5~10。
实施例3
一种多层改性浇铸尼龙材料,其包括耐磨层、耐老化层以及耐热层;
耐磨层、耐老化层、耐热层之间通过逐层离心浇铸的方法复合;
耐磨层是使用高韧性浇铸尼龙材料与耐磨剂制备得到;
耐老化层是使用高韧性浇铸尼龙材料与耐老化剂制备得到;

耐磨剂为石墨颗粒和/或MoS2颗粒;耐老化剂为酚醛树脂;耐热剂为硬脂酸钡。
其中,高韧性浇铸尼龙材料的制备方法如下:
(1)前处理碳纤维:

再加入除水后的氢氧化钠,减压至压强为100Pa时,升温至150℃,继续反应5~8min;之后调节搅拌速度为600rpm,加入活化剂,反应2h,倒入预热180℃的模具中,室温冷却,得到尼龙前聚体;其中,所述氢氧化钠的加入量为己内酰胺质量的0.1%~0.3%;所述活化剂为甲苯二异氰酸酯;所述活化剂的加入量为己内酰胺质量的0.01%~0.1%;
(3)制备改性浇铸尼龙材料:

实施例4
一种多层改性浇铸尼龙材料,其包括耐磨层、增强层、耐老化层以及耐热层;
耐磨层、增强层、耐老化层、耐热层之间通过逐层离心浇铸的方法复合;
耐磨层是使用高韧性浇铸尼龙材料与耐磨剂制备得到;
增强层是使用高韧性浇铸尼龙材料与增强剂制备得到;
耐老化层是使用高韧性浇铸尼龙材料与耐老化剂制备得到;
耐热层是使用高韧性浇铸尼龙材料与耐热剂制备得到。
其中,耐磨剂为石墨颗粒;增强剂为玻璃纤维;所述耐老化剂为纳米碳酸钙;耐热剂为硬脂酸铝。
高韧性浇铸尼龙材料的制备方法如下:
(1)前处理碳纤维:

将尼龙前聚体使用磨盘粉碎机粉碎后,与碳纤维前处理物共同加入反应釜中,加入N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,密封反应釜,搅拌均匀,升温至150℃,搅拌反应2h后,再以3℃/min的速度降温至100℃,之后以10℃/min的速度降至室温,打开反应釜,过滤收集固体,真空干燥,得到改性浇铸尼龙材料;所述碳纤维前处理物的加入量为尼龙前聚体的5%~10%,尼龙前聚体与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的固液比为1:5~10。

1.一种多层改性浇铸尼龙材料,其特征在于,其包括至少两个功能层;所述功能层为耐磨层、增强层、耐老化层和耐热层中的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层改性浇铸尼龙材料,其特征在于,所述功能层之间通过逐层离心浇铸的方法复合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层改性浇铸尼龙材料,其特征在于,所述耐磨层、增强层、耐老化层、耐热层均是在高韧性浇铸尼龙材料的基础上制备而成;
所述高韧性浇铸尼龙通过聚酰胺纤维、碳纤维改性浇铸尼龙得到。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种多层改性浇铸尼龙材料,其特征在于,所述耐磨层是使用高韧性浇铸尼龙材料与耐磨剂制备得到;所述耐磨剂为石墨颗粒和/或MoS2颗粒。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种多层改性浇铸尼龙材料,其特征在于,所述增强层是使用高韧性浇铸尼龙材料与增强剂制备得到;所述增强剂为玻璃纤维。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种多层改性浇铸尼龙材料,其特征在于,所述耐老化层是使用高韧性浇铸尼龙材料与耐老化剂制备得到;所述耐老化剂为纳米碳酸钙和/或酚醛树脂。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种多层改性浇铸尼龙材料,其特征在于,所述耐热层是使用高韧性浇铸尼龙材料与耐热剂制备得到;所述耐热剂为硬脂酸钡和/或硬脂酸铝。
8.根据权利要求3~7任一所述的一种多层改性浇铸尼龙材料,其特征在于,所述高韧性浇铸尼龙材料的制备方法如下:
(1)前处理碳纤维:
称取10g碳纤维研磨成粉末加入至200mL丙酮中,超声清洗2~3次,过滤取固体,放入100℃烘箱中烘干;再投入至100mL质量浓度为10%的高锰酸钾溶液中,在60℃条件下超声2h,抽滤取固体,使用去离子水反复洗涤,至洗涤液的pH=7,置于120℃烘箱中烘干,得到碳纤维前处理物;
(2)制备尼龙前聚体:
称取己内酰胺,升温至100℃并开启搅拌,使己内酰胺熔融,加入聚酰胺纤维,减压至压强为100Pa时,通入氦气至常压,其中,搅拌速度为300rpm;
再加入除水后的氢氧化钠,减压至压强为100Pa时,升温至150℃,继续反应5~8min;之后调节搅拌速度为600rpm,加入活化剂,反应2h,倒入预热180℃的模具中,室温冷却,得到尼龙前聚体;其中,所述氢氧化钠的加入量为己内酰胺质量的0.1%~0.3%;所述活化剂为甲苯二异氰酸酯;所述活化剂的加入量为己内酰胺质量的0.01%~0.1%;
(3)制备改性浇铸尼龙材料:
将尼龙前聚体使用磨盘粉碎机粉碎后,与碳纤维前处理物共同加入反应釜中,加入N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,密封反应釜,搅拌均匀,升温至150℃,搅拌反应2h后,再以3℃/min的速度降温至100℃,之后以10℃/min的速度降至室温,打开反应釜,过滤收集固体,真空干燥,得到改性浇铸尼龙材料;所述碳纤维前处理物的加入量为尼龙前聚体的5%~10%,尼龙前聚体与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的固液比为1:5~10。
